Exactly what we were hoping for our vacation. Beautiful, peaceful, private, serene. Amparo and her staff were so helpful and friendly. Our family will carry wonderful memories of our stay on San Andres Island.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Host

The property is beautiful. Excellent condition. Super comfortable. And amizingly the host Maria and her colleague Oreana were even better. Maria takes the time to teach you about the island. Don't bother earing out. Oreana's food is amazing.

Great spot! Incredibly tranquil.

Very nice to be outside of town and have a great view of the sea and our own pool. There were iguanas, other lizards, and giant hermit crabs in the yard. Geckos hanging out in the patio. Quick trip by mule wherever you wanted to be. Staff was incredible.

As we expressed to Maria, our host, on our very first afternoon at the property, as well as on the morning we left, we were deeply disappointed that that the property did not meet the qualities reflected in the online listing for VRBO. More important, there were several issues with the property that caused us to be concerned for our personal safety and health. When I described our concerns on the first day, she said I was welcome to leave. I asked for a complete refund and she refused. Given the hassles of changing flights or locations, we attempted to make the best of the stay there. Ultimately, for safety and health reasons, after two full days at the property we chose to leave. On the morning we departed, I also asked for a refund, and the host refused. Being unable to secure our personal safety while we sleep causes me concern in most places. But we were in Colombia. Home security was completely lacking. We could not secure the house because it had no door locks, no windows, absolutely nothing to prevent anyone from walking into the home on their whim. Two dogs did that every day and every night. The host’s home was safe and secure, however. When my wife went to ask the host for help on an issue, the gardener said the host was gone. He could tell because the host’s slider door was locked.Oddly, only our bedroom doors could be locked. Two of the bedrooms could only be locked from OUTSIDE, not inside the bedroom. Late one night, my wife heard noise and looked out the

Just amazing

We are so grateful for the stay. Where to begin!! The house is beautiful , the gardens the view the space the rooms!! Amparo de host is a beautiful person very sweet, told us about the history of the island places where to go. Claudia and Johana were amaizing, the cooked the most delicious food for us! They always pay attention to the details in everything they do. Luis was very helpful, always attentive to the things around the house making sure the pool and places around the house where in working order. Sol was so sweet always responding to questions quickly and making all the booking process and requests from us so smooth and easy. They made us feel at home and they became part of our family. We are so pleased with our stay. We are definitely coming back and I will recommend casa de las Flores for your stay. You will be arriving at a place where you will gain extra friends and it will be come home. Thank you Amparo, Sol, Claudia, Johana and Luis. We already miss you guys.

Estuvimos con mi familia una semana y nos hospedamos en el Hotel Casa de Las Flores. Todo es un sueño, la casa es espectacular, cuenta con unos jardines preciosos y una bella piscina. La dueña del hotel una mujer super querida y muy amable a colaborarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Si tienen pesado alquilar una casa en san andres no dude en contactarlos muy recomendado!!!
