Perfect in every way. Excellent communication, excellent location 10 min walk to beach, plenty of bars & restaurants closeby. Amenities excellent great choice of kitchen utensils etc. Great bathrooms, the heated pool was excellent.

Summer 2023

Clean, well equipped property in a great location for exploring the area. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was very clean and well maintained and we all enjoyed relaxing round the pool & sun deck. We had a fabulous holiday, enjoyed local golf courses and explored the towns south of Moliets too. Bike hire to Leon lake was fun as there are great cycle paths mostly away from the traffic.

The villa is very impressive. 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms. Lovely pool, and the cover is easy to operate. Everything was very clean on arrival. Close to the main beach. We preferred the smaller beach a few hundred metres to the south. Going back to the villa, I think the only thing that could improve it would be a proper oven, there is only a combined oven/microwave and this was a bit difficult to use, especially to prepare a meal for 5 people, but we only ate at the villa one night, the other nights we ate out. We recommend Ti Bou in Moliets village for an authentic french meal. The villa also has a washing machine and dryer, it's so nice to be able to wash your clothes rather than waiting until you get home like you do in a hotel.

Tolles Haus!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Pool, schöner Terrasse und guter Ausstattung. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub benötigt und das Haus ist für 2 Familien gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

Situation idéale

Maison où on trouve tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. Piscine bien chauffée ce qui permet de ce baigner même si le temps n’est pas ensoleillé. Tout est faisable à pied.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la villa de John. Elle est très bien située, dans un quartier calme, sans vis à vis. L'océan est proche, nous n'avions pas besoin de prendre nos véhicules, un vélo est idéal, mais ça se fait bien à pied. La piscine chauffée est également très agréable. Il ne manque rien, la maison est bien agencée, la cuisine très bien équipée, les chambres et salles de bains confortables. J'espère avoir l'occasion d'y retourner.

Chouette piscine. Bien située

Belle maison, piscine top pour les enfants. La maison est très bien et complètement équipée. Communication (en anglais) avec les proprios prompt et agréable. Situation facile et proche du petit centre de Moliets-plage (centre actif qui engendre quand même un peu de vacarme nocturne (juste un peu - pour ceux qui dorment fenêtre ouverte). Je recommande vivement.

Great Location

The property had everything we needed and was like home from home. Lovely pool and easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Owners were great in all our communications. Would highly recommend!

Una casa estupenda con todo lo que puedas necesitar para que tus vacaciones sean más fáciles. Ideal para familias, adultos y jóvenes. En Moliets podrás disfrutar de paseos por la playa, bosque, la corriente de su río, surf y otras actividades deportivas. Cercano a unos lugares increíbles para disfrutar. Una vía ciclista “velodyssee” segura tanto para grades como pequeños de más de 388 km. Un lugar lleno de gente joven con ganas de disfrutar.

Ein Traum von einem Ferienhaus.

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen sind leider viel zu schnell vorbei gegangen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr funktionell eingerichtet. Die Lage zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Stränden ist hervorragend. Es gibt zudem in der Umgebung viele Aktivitäten, die für Familien geeignet sind. Vielen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber, Kirstie und John.

We are a young (just about) family based in Cornwall, UK. This is our holiday home that we chose to stay in when we come to France but we also run the house as a holiday let too.

We love our house because of its proximity to the beach, restaurants and the golf course. Once you put your car on the driveway, you really don't need to use it if you don't want to. Everything you need is a short walk away which was key for us when we decided we loved Moliets enough to buy a home here. There are bigger grocery shops in Moliets village and Leon and there is plenty to explore by car if you want to.

There are limited number of properties with a pool in such close proximity to the beach and to the Club House on the Golf course. We think our home is a comfortable and well appointed place to either use a base to go off exploring and to stay right where you are and relax.
