手入れの行き届いた、海に近い静かな宿泊施設。リビングルームに2つのベッドルームとソファベッド。椅子とテーブル、アームチェアを備えた約200平方メートルのテラス/ガーデン。 オーブン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ケトル、食器を備えたキッチン。ダブルベッドとワードローブを備えた最初のベッドルーム、シングルベッド2台とワードローブを備えたセカンドベッドルーム。
国際テレビチャンネル（ロシアのチャンネルを含む）、cd / dvdプレーヤー。 フルバスルームに加えて、屋外シャワー。 ガレージ。 海に近く（150メートル）、すべてのショップがすぐ近くにあります。

Well equipped apartment

We have just returned from a 12 day stay in Gino's apartment and we were very happy with it. It was actually better than we anticipated and only a short walk down to the seafront, shops and bus stops. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own garden area complete with outdoor furniture and shower. It is surrounded by other apartments but was quiet during our stay. It felt very secure with gated entry and locked entrance hall. All areas were clean and well maintained. The apartment is very well equipped with bedding and towels included, a necessity when travelling with Ryanair's baggage allowance. Gino was very helpful and responded immediately to my booking enquiry and emails and we were able to make a mid week booking which many owners don't allow. He very kindly collected us from Fondi station when we arrived late in the evening. We would happily stay in the apartment again. Our last visit to Sperlonga was in 2007 and we chose to come again in September to coincide with the annual weekend music festival. We were also lucky to get the Sapori del Mare festival the following weekend with stalls, music, dance and a fantastic firework finale. All very entertaining and well organised. Sperlonga is a clean, up market beach resort with miles of clean golden sand with safe bathing and an interesting and scenic Centro Storico. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars and a wonderful gelateria.

Sperlonga, AAA Bella Casa con Giardino

Lived in the apartment family with 2 children. Wonderful place. All they need is: a nice patio, quiet location away from the sea and shops, quiet street, towels, fresh linen, all the necessary appliances, dishes, furniture. I highly recommend.

tutto come descritto dal proprietario al momento della prenotazione (palazzina in posizione tranquilla ma la tempo stesso vicinissima al mare ed ai negozi).Vorrei inoltre ringraziare il Sig.Vecchine per il tempismo e la celerità dimostrate nella sostituzione del frigorifero che si era rotto al nostro arrivo.Se possibile ritorneremo anche il prossimo anno.

"We stayed at Gino's apar...

"We stayed at Gino's apartment in Sperlonga for 11 days. We were 3 adults and 3 children (between 1 and 4 years old). We did not know entirely what to expect before we got there. From the advert the apartment looked quite alright, but when we got there it was much better than expected. Gino met us himself and showed us the apartment and the important things concerning it. First thing that striked us was that the photos does not do this place justice. It's better in real life. The outside area is great, bigger and more cosy than one can see from the pictures. It was extremely hot when we was there in July, but thanks to 3 air condition units (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) the apartment was a comfortable place to stay once in a while when it became to hot outside. The two bedrooms were of different size, one big and one a bit smaller. We used the living room as sleeping place for two of the kids. In our opinion the apartment is well equipped with the most things one need on a holiday. Gino even bought a baby chair for the apartment before we came, which was a great surprise. We didn't use the TV, so we don't no much about the channels available. The location of the apartment was great as well. It's in the centre of everything, with shops, restaurants and the beach nearby. We felt the apartment was located in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. Sperlonga is quiet during the weekdays and busy during the weekends. The only minus is that the electricity in the apartment shuts of from time to time, but that is a problem with the whole area and not the apartment, as far as we understand (it has to be said that 3 air conditions demand quite a lot of el. power). We just had to figure out how much electricity we could use before it shut down, and not exceed that use. We recommend this apartment and would love to come back. Thanks Gino."

"Amazed by amount of outdoor space for 2 bed appartment with terraces facing south & west & outdoor shower which was very useful after trips to beach which is just 2 minute walk away. Gino very helpful & gave us lift from nearby Fondi station. Hope to visit the jewel which is Sperlonga again 1 day. Many thanks."
