Very spacious apartment of 93 sqm 100 m far from the sea.
On the second floor, it is the highest house of the district for a breathtaking view. It is a 5 minutes walk from the harbor and from the town promenade. It’s equipped with all the amenities. Perfect for family/friends holidays.

The terrace above the whole apartment (then 93 sqm too) alone is worth the stay. The view of the sea 100 meters far and the colors of Salento do the rest. The house is located less than 10 minutes drive from the Maldives of Salento and all the wonderful local beaches (equipped and free beaches).

The apartment is structured as follows:
- Very large living room with color tv, digital cable box and Sky decoder to use with personal Smart Card
- Air conditioning in the living area and sleeping area
- Kitchen with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, gas plate for barbecue
- A double bedroom
- A double/twin bedroom
- A room with two bunk beds
- 2 bathrooms with shower (one with washing machine)
- 3 terraces (one of 12 square meters around the entrance, one connected to the kitchen with an outdoor shower, and the third terrace of 93 sqm above the whole apartment).

The weekly rent is preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in: from 17:00 h
Check out: before 10.00 am
In case of availability, check-in and/or check-out can take place on a day different from Saturday.
Linen (sheets and towels) available on demand: 10€ per person
No pets allowed.

For unpleasant experiences, in the case of requests for the same period, the house will be given to the first book.
