Schöne Atmosphäre, tolle Dachterrasse, super Lage, sehr ruhig, Schlafzimmer absolut ruhig, in 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern war allerdings das Bett ein Hochbett mit dementsprechend sehr wenig Kopfhöhe (ca 1,5m) aber vielleicht gerade deshalb sehr gemütlich. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wir haben hier einige Tage übernachtet. Der Blick von der kleinen Dachterrasse zum Eifelturm und nach Montmatre ist grandios. Wir hätten nochts besseres finden können. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und sehr groß. Wir waren 5 Personen und konnten uns aus dem Weg gehen, wenn gewünscht. Die Familienfotos lassen vermuten, dass das objekt nicht ausschließlich vermietet wird. Die Vermieterin Valèrie und die Nachbarin Vanessa waren sehr nett. Mit etwas Englisch kommt man auch ohne Französischkenntnisse gut zurecht. Der Kontakt war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Objekt jedem Urlauber nur empfehlen.

Special Birthday Family Trip

We visited for my Mums birthday, 4 adults and 2 teens, as she'd never been to paris. The appartment is fabulous! Light, clean and stylish, with a spectacular view of the eiffel tower and Sacre Coeur from the rooftop terrace. Great location for restaurants, transport, history, food markets, parks...we couldn't have asked for more! Hosts were very helpful, going out of their way to make sure my brother could access the appartment and we had everything we needed. Just be warned- all but one double and the sofa beds are accessed by ladders/steep staircase. Absolutely fine for us but yiu may need to bear in mind.I cannot recommend this place enough!

Olympic Stay

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was perfect for our family, and the area was so charming with many delicious restaurants and bakeries. It is conveniently located to the metro which made all the sights of Paris within 30 minutes. We visited the bakery (Boulangerie Pâtisserie) daily. The owner of the bakery was fantastic! The view from the balcony was beautiful, and we could see the Effiel Tower and Arc de Triomphe well (so picturesque at night)! The flat was clean and had absolutely all that we needed. We were there in the heat of the summer (90 degrees during the day) and where it wasn’t cool at night, they supplied a fan and with the windows open, there was a nice breeze at night. In conclusion, this flat accommodated our family amazingly, and it will house many wonderful memories of our trip in Paris.

Breathtaking view in beautiful flat!

It was such a pleasure to stay in this flat with wonderful view. Mansard is a huge plus! View from the rooftop is breathtaking! Apartment has everything you need. Kitchen supplies, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher etc. Plenty space for family of 4-5 people. Very clean. The owner is quickly responding if any questions. Very helpful also. The flat looks exactly like the pictures. Lots of lights and very comfortable. Three bedrooms with huge loft. Two bathrooms with one toilet. The flat location is great. In the middle of everything. Merto and bus station just over the corner. Many grocery shops and restaurants around. We were able to find a good restaurant at midnight with very good food. The only concern might be it’s a sixth floor. The elevator wasn’t working at the time we stayed, but it was an extra workout for us. Neighbors are quiet, building is beautiful. Lots of history. Overall it was a great experience and stay. Highly recommended.

Fabulous apartment and vacation

Our stay was picture perfect. The views from the apartment are breathtaking and the location is honestly better than I imagined. The subway stop was just a short walk; lots of fun and delicious restaurants within walking distance. Owner was superb with communication and expectations. It is nice sized & was perfect for my husband, teenager and I to spend a week in very comfortably. Everything you could want in a vacation place & feel like home. Would DEFINITELY recommend & stay again if we go back to Paris!

Great Location

Overall great stay in a great location. Easy to find and easy to access. Very safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and groceries. Nice space with plenty of areas to spread out. Loved the rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. This is not your typical VRBO as the owners live in the apartment when not rented so all of their personal items are there. This did not bother us but wanted others to understand this. Would definitely rent again.

Hervorragende Unterkunft für eine Städtereise

Das Apartment können wir nur in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr zentral und das Viertel bietet alles (viele kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bäckerei in der Nähe usw.). Das Arpartment mit seiner Dachterasse (sehr schöner Blick auf den Eifelturm und Sacre Coeur) ist unschlagbar. Wir waren mit sechs Personen in dem Apartment und es war genügend Platz für alle ( 2 Kinder hatten sogar ein Zimmer für sich alleine). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn es mehr Sterne gäbe, würde ich sie geben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Chouette appartement idéalement placé pour visiter Paris

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. La petite terrasse face à la tour Eiffel et donnant vue sur les autres grands monuments est un vrai plus, surtout que nous avons été gâtés par le temps ! 3 belles chambres d'ados, une chambre parentale, des coins lecture... Cuisine bien équipée pour le quotidien. Un lieu vivant, bien situé, que nous recommandons ++.

A 30 min de tout

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux et avec une terrasse à la superbe vue sur les grands monuments. Les enfants ont satisfait leur passion pour la lecture. Et l'appartement a 2 minutes à pied du metro, était à max 30 minutes de toutes les attractions. Nous sommes ravis et nous espérons y revenir.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Schöne Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Terrasse. Die Lage in der Nähe einer Metrostation ist sehr gut. Kurze Entfernung zum Bäcker und kleinem Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend, nur 50 Meter vom nächsten Bäcker und den nächsten Bars/Restaurants entfernt, 200m vom nächsten Supermarkt (Monoprix) und 300m von den nächsten Metrostationen (La Fource und Place de Clichy). Sie ist wunderschön, sehr originell und persönlich gestaltet mit viel Sinn für Kunst. Die Daschterrasse ist unglaublich - mit Blick auf Sacre Coeur und Eiffelturm. Einfach sensationell. Wir hatten - 2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder - mehr als genug Platz und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Tipps der Gastgeberin waren sehr hilfreich. Für Autoanreise: es ist sinnvoll einen Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus zu reservieren, kein Problem im 17. Arrondissement. Wir werden sicher, wenn es sich für die Vermieter einrichten lässt, wiederkommen.
