LA CASA DEL RÍO. Ideal for families with children and couples seeking tranquility

Fully equipped house. It consists of 2 rooms all with TV, one of them with bathroom (jacuzzi), a toilet, kitchen / living room, electric heating, closed fireplace and garden with barbecue. The house is located in a nature reserve area (Besaya), 40 minutes from the ski slope (high field) and 35 minutes from Santander. You can also do hiking trails along the Roman road and other parts of the town. Its location is in a villa called Pujayo where approximately 80 inhabitants live and at the same time connected to the nearest town called Barcena de Pie de Concha located five minutes by car, where we find most services.

Great location by the river

Lovely location by the river well presented clean had everything we required, visited a few local places but just enjoyed the peace and quiet of the cottage, a sun trap when it shines

Absolutely beautiful

An absolute gem of a holiday home. Its so well equipped, clean and comfortable and I honestly could not fault it. Walking and cycling in the area is great and i hope we can come back and stay longer.

Peaceful stay in a great location

A beautifully designed property with obviously great care being taken. Nicely located for our purposes which were a first visit to Northern Spain with plenty of sightseeing and walking. As a peaceful and rural location it didn't have bars/restaurants/shops on the doorstep but it was only a short 20 minute drive to Reinosa which had supermarkets and restaurants or half an hour to the more substantial Torrelavega. The property was well equipped and in very good condition.

Charming property in an idyllic dpot

The property was exactly as described, in a charming village nestling in the hills. We loved waking to the sound of cowbells and the river flowing past the house. There are plenty of local walks and stunning scenery further afield. We also loved the setting of the municipal pool in the next village, where they laughed with us crazy English people swimming on cool days. David responded very rapidly to email queries, often within minutes.

Con encanto para desconectar

Muy buena estancia. Nos costó un poco llegar pero luego el lugar tenía mucho encanto y la casa igual. Quizás echamos de menos que estuviese encendida la calefacción o chimenea al ir ya que hacía bastante frío. El resto todo ok.

Espectacular

La casa es una preciosidad, no le falta de nada, tiene toallas y sábanas para poner una tienda, cafetera de capsula y de vitro, vamos, para no echar nada en falta, y David muy atento y responde enseguida, la zona una pasada, la vecina de enfrente una gozada y su perrita una pasada lo cariñosa que es, estuvimos 10 días pero aún nos falto para conocer más cosas, y eso que no paramos de un lado a otro, espero poder volver a la zona, y si es posible a esta casa.

Acogedora casa con chimenea y terraza

Hemos disfrutado de tres dias en la estancia. La casa esta reformada y es muy acogedora. La chimenea y la terraza son perfectas para epocas de entretiempo, en nuestro caso pudimos disfrutar de ambas en marzo. Muy bien situada para visitar pueblos de la zona y disfrutar de la naturaleza

Es una casa rural en un pequeño pueblo, bien adecuada para 4 o 5 personas. limpieza correcta, utensilios correctos. En general hemos estado muy bien y cómodos, es aconsejable totalmente. atención propietario excelente rápido en contestación consultas.
