De accomodatie is erg ruim met veel ruimte buiten. Alles is aanwezig voor een comfortabele vakantie. Het huis was netjes opgeruimd en de communicatie met de eigenaar was snel en vriendelijk.

Schönes Apartment mit sehr schönem Garten :)

Laura ist eine sehr freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die uns stets sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Danke

Tolles Appartement in guter Ausgangslage .

Das Appartement ist schlicht , nett , gemütlich und sehr sauber . Mit allem Nötigem ausgestattet was man benötigt , aber auch nicht mehr . Die Matratzen sind top , selten im Urlaub so gut geschlafen . Die Außendusche ist toll , aber leider riecht das Wasser sehr stark . Ein relativ schattiger Parkplatz ist vorhanden . Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet um sich selber versorgen zu können . Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage , aber bei knapp über 30 Grad kamen wir noch ganz gut ohne aus . Die Lage des Appartements ist wirklich gut . Etwas nördlich von San Teodoro an der SS125 gelegen , kann man viele schöne Strände erreichen und Olbia ist auch noch gut erreichbar . In etwa 7 Minuten kann man zu Fuß einen kleinen Markt erreichen , der auch frisches Brot und Teigwaren anbietet . Wer nicht selbst kochen will , kann sich eine der zahlreichen Pizzerien in der näheren Umgebung aussuchen . Laura (Vermieterin) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Quasi immer erreichbar und reagiert zügig auf Anfragen . Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen . Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in San Teodoro .... Lovely Property

We really enjoyed our stay, and every thing was just as had been reported on the website. Laura was very helpful, when we asked her questions, wanted additional things, etc she responded straight away. The property is in a nice neighbourhood, far enough off the main road to not hear the traffic but close enough to walk to the amenities. and surrounded by other families. Shops and cafe near by.

Wonderful experience

Perfect location to visit the many beaches, Tavolara and lively Teodoro (and much more). The house is centrally located, clean, quiet comfortable and spacious. With a car you are quickly at all locations. The communication with Laura went very smooth. She also provides good recommendations for beaches, other things to do and restraunts. We spend 4 nights and had a great time, thanks again Laura

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Menschen sind sehr gastfreundlich (frische Feigen und Erdbeeren geschenkt), und Strände sind sehr malerisch - nur leider überfüllt.

POSIZIONE ECCELLENTE,CONTESTO INCANTEVOLE E SERENO

Una sola settimana in questa località e siamo tornati come nuovi, merito anche di questo eccezionale contesto residenziale e dei suoi proprietari... ospitali al massimo, estremamente cordiali e disponibili. La villetta è amorevolmente curata e pulita, con giardino incantevole in un contesto di una tranquillità contagiosa e rilassante. Posizione strategica invidiabile per vicinanza sia al centro che alle spiagge più meravigliose e caratteristiche. Unico difetto: il giorno della partenza per il ritorno ti senti male!! ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO, anche per famiglie con bimbi piccoli come noi, che son liberi di correre anche nella strada fuori dal cancello perchè riservata e quindi assolutamente non trafficata. Noi torneremo senz'altro, voi fidatevi e prenotate subito!!

Perfect!!

This beautiful house is situated in a very quiet street in the peaceful town Lu fraíli. The place was perfect for us with two kids. We had lots of space in the garden full of olive and pomegranate trees. The kids could play around without being babysit all the time. The family was so friendly and welcomed us in such a heartly way! The beaches nearby the house (ca 2km) were great for the kids because the water was not too deep. You could reach the little supermarket in town by foot, San Teodoro and Olbia are not far away. When there was a problem it was solved immediately with a smile and a "Buona notte". We had 2 wonderful weeks there and hope to come back one day. Sardegna, you' re beautiful! ;-)

Perfect!!

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub in schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zu viert einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Sardinien verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch und mit allem eingerichtet was benötigt wird. Die Vermieterin bzw. ihre Eltern sind sehr nett und bemühen sich sehr, um den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Ein Mietwagen sollte unbedingt gemietet werden, da man viele schöne Ecken der Insel und Strände erkunden kann. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und Gegend von Sardinien sehr weiterempfehlen.

Tutto perfetto!

Ho soggiornato in questa casa la prima settimana di agosto2015 con il mio ragazzo e un'altra coppia di nostri amici. Casa perfetta,dotata di ogni confort, moderna,funzionale, ampia,pulita e luminosa...con doccia esterna,barbecue,tavolo per mangiare fuori...davvero non potevamo desiderare di più! È perfetta per raggiungere ogni spiaggia della zona ed il centro di San Teodoro...ma la cosa che più ci rimarrà è la disponibilità, gentilezza ed accoglienza dei proprietari...mai trovata prima! Davvero! Siamo andati via con il sorriso pensando quanto fossero persone squisite... Mi dispiace solo che siamo dovuti andare via di fretta causa l'imminente traghetto e non aver potuto godere dell'accoglienza (e dolcetti) offertici. Se dovessimo tornare (e data la bellezza del posto credo proprio avverrà) torneremo sicuramente qui!!! Grazie ancora,ci siamo sentiti proprio viziati. Silvia

Spaziosissimo appartament...

Spaziosissimo appartamento al piano sopra di una bella villa. Tre camere da letto belle fresche, un grande balcone con il sole di mattina presto. Le docce esterne erano una piacevole alternativa alla cabina doccia, visto anche che eravamo in tanti. Ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa(tranne un cane che abbaiava qualche notte), ma vicina alla strada che porta facilmente a tutte le meravigliose spiagge della zona di San Teodoro. I proprietari di grandissima gentilezza e disponibilità.

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit vielen schönen Stränden in der Nähe (Auto erforderlich). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wander- u. Ausflugsziele im Nordosten u. Norden. Sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite und äußerst gastfreundliche Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

"Un particolare ringraziamento alla famiglia di Totore e Franca per la cordialissima accoglienza e per averci fatto sentire come a casa nostra . La gentilezza di questa famiglia , la comodita'' della casa(attrezzatissima , un bellissimo patio, un giardino meravglioso dove i nosti bambini hanno giocato in completa sicurezza) la vicinanza (pochi minuti di macchina) alle spieggie piu'' belle della zona hanno fatto di questa vacanza la "VACANZA IDEALE" . "Vacanza indimenticabile. Franca e Salvatore sono stati impeccabili padroni di casa facendoci sentire subito come se fossimo di famiglia. Caffè, dolcetti e mirto all''arrivo e alla partenza. L''appartamento è eccezionale: situato in posizione strategica per raggiungere in cinque minuti d''auto tutte le più belle spiaggie della zona, ampio e dotato di una veranda spaziosissima e ventilata. Qualità e cortesia sono le due parole che rimarranno nella nostra memoria ricordandoci di questa vacanza."

"Casa veramente splendida...

"Casa veramente splendida, pulita , attrezzata molto fresca e si trova in una zona tranquilla comunque vicinissima alle spiagge,raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina . Il giardino è tenuto benissimo, con ogni confort: doccia esterna, lavatrice, e barbecue. Ci siamo affezionati ai proprietari della casa per la loro gentilezza, simpatia, disponibilità e ospitalità. "Mai trovato un appartame...

"Mai trovato un appartamento migliore. La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla e quindi lontana da urla e chiasso e dispone davvero di tutto. Barbecue perfetto per grigliate serali, doccia esterna, parcheggio privato e bellissimo giardino. All''interno l''appartamento è grande, accogliente e ben arredato; la cucina ha a disposizione qualsiasi cosa...sembrava di essere a casa. Bellissima la terrazza dove è presente un tavolo per mangiare. Il mare si raggiunge in 3 minuti di auto e il supermercato più vicino è a 5 minuti. la descrizione sul sito non rispecchia il valore di questo appartamento che per rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero imbattibile. In più i proprietari sono persone fantastiche e molto disponibili. Davvero consigliato."

"L''appartamento è ampio, curato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Particolarmente apprezzati l''ampio giardino, con tavolo e zona forno per fantastiche grigliate.La località è tranquilla e strategica per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle in max.10'' d''auto. "Very beautiful, cozy, quiet place. Cicadas, garden and pure fragrant air. The best, affable and hospitable owners Franca and Salvator. Cozy apartments. Strategically convenient place. Nearby many extraordinary beautiful beaches which it is possible to reach by the car no more, than in 10 minutes. Shop and restaurant also nearby. Fantastic rest!!!!! Is very recommended! "
