The house is located in a quiet and private area, just 2 km from the beach. The covered outdoor veranda is very large, continuation of the living area, all around the house there is a large garden with English grass and lots of privacy; also solarium, outdoor shower and bbq area.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a marble shower, a marble vanity top like the entire floor of the house. The finishes of the house and the steps of the internal staircase are in granite.
The master bedroom continues with a magnificent terrace on the second floor, also with marble flooring, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view and romantic sunsets.

On the ground floor there is the living area with a large sofa and a large table to eat inside if you prefer. The kitchen area with marble worktop is equipped with a double fridge, double freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
The rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (and heating).
Externally it is also equipped with a washing machine.
There is care and love for every detail of the home.

THE LOCALITY
LuFraili di Supra is one of the most famous towns of San Teodoro as it is still dotted with old houses all renovated and great elegance and privacy. It is a small naturalistic paradise whose coastline is made up of small sandy coves and placid granite cliffs. The island of Tavolara stands out on the horizon and it is possible to get there by ferry or by renting a boat at the nearby beaches.
