The "Guest House" apartment (80m2) is on two floors. It is accessed from the courtyard of the property by an independent entrance with a gate. Private terrace, equipped in the courtyard with pergola and umbrella. Entrance to the house on the ground floor through a glass door in the living room. The main room include a living area with a single bed- sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The bathroom is equipped with shower cabin. Single bed situated at the mezzanine floor. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot. On the ceiling one recognizes the typical Sienese beams. Furniture in a typical Tuscan style.

Within the courtyard, a private terrace with pergola, table with comfortable chairs and an beach umbrella allows to enjoy the open air. BBq available. The courtyard is surrounded by an old stone wall and an entrance with wrought iron gate, and by a hedge on the other side.
Outside the courtyard, you can enjoy the garden, along with the terraced swimming pool; pergola with table, chairs, deckchairs. Outdoor shower. Private parking inside the property.

In the property there are three independent holiday units (Villa, Guest House and Restored Barn ), recently renovated and fully equipped. Each unit has its own separate and independent entrance. Private terrace with garden furniture. The pool is reserved exclusively for the guests of the three units with separate space and chairs reserved for the guests of each apartment.

Location: Siena is located just 10 minutes from the house (6 km), the property is located in the Sienese Chianti, in a quiet and pleasant countryside area. The location is ideal for quickly reaching Florence (55 km, 40 minutes), San Gimignano (30 km), Castellina in Chianti (10 km). The nearest village is Quercegrossa (3 km), with bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, post office. 5 km from the property, the Siena train station, with the largest supermarkets (Coop and Porta Siena shopping center). The Spa, horse riding, golf, bicycle rental are 15-20 minutes from the house. Beautiful walks in the surroundings.
