A louer sans hésitation !

Nous avons loué cette maison à 4 couples, pour un séjour sur l’île de Groix, très agréable et ensoleillé. La maison est propre et très bien située pour des vacanciers sans voiture (bourg et supermarché à proximité). Les propriétaires sont des personnes serviables et attentionnées. A louer sans hésitation.

l'île de Groix est un lieu de vacances très agréable : de jolies plages, des ballades à vélos dépaysantes, un centre bourg typique et vivant. La maison est conforme au descriptif concernant l'intérieur : clair et fonctionnel. Une cuisine très bien équipée. Il manque cependant la disposition libre du terrain.

Pour répondre aux nombreux vacanciers qui me posent la question concernant la libre disposition du terrain mentionnée dans cette appréciation, lors du séjour de ces vacanciers, en 2010, le terrain n'était pas complètement clôturé aussi de temps en temps le ballon des enfants voisins atterrissait dans la propriété..... Depuis cette époque le terrain est entièrement délimité et clôturé (voir les photos). Voilà j'espère avoir répondu à vos questions.
