Great place to stay; we'd love to come back.

Lovely and central without being noisy. Ski from apartment so never had to even put skis on shoulders. Apartment was very light and well kitted out. Small as expected but good to have the kids in a separate sleeping area. V nice host who let us check in early and was v friendly supplying skis etc from his shop downstairs. Thank you, we hope to be back!

Fantastic mini break in Avoriaz

This property is in the perfect location for a skiing holiday in Avoriaz. Ski in/ski out and super close to the Carrefour shop, bars/restaurants and the amazing bakery a few doors up. Apartment is pretty tight for space when there are 4 of you but then we expected that and it is on par with similar properties in the resort. Decent size tv. Coffee maker all good. My family and I would like to stay here again. Thank you Christian for a great mini break.

Great accommodation in an excellent location

The flat is located on the second floor of Intrets1, directly opposite Carrefour supermarket. This is an excellent location in the centre of Avoriaz.As with nearly all accommodation in Avoriaz (we have a stayed in a number over the years) the flat is small, but perfectly adequate for our needs (four adults). On paper there are beds for six (one double bed in its own room, a bunk bed in ann alcove and two on a sofa bed. But six would really be too many.The kitchen area is limited, but has all the essentials (fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, double hob, microwave, sink and dishwasher). It was perfectly manageable to cook a hot meal every evening.Towels are not included, but you can hire some at an extra cost. Also for an additional fee you can pay to have the flat cleaned after you leave (very useful if you are on a tight schedule).There was a bath, with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail (which was really useful for quickly drying wet towels and clothing).Free WiFi was included and we had no problems streaming films and TV.Skis and boots are stored right outside the room in a secure area shared with a neighbour (another flat rented by Christian).Christian (the owner) promptly responded to all our queries and he is nearby during the day (he runs a ski shop below).We would definitely book this flat again.

Okej boende med bra läge i byn. Städningen kunde varit bättre. Kontakten med hyresvärden kunde varit bättre, saknades handdukar vilket vi fick lösa själva genom de som överlämnade nycklarna. Hyresvärden själv svarade inte på våra frågor.

As others have mentioned, location is perfect. Busy spot outside but quiet inside. The boot dryer is shared with the apartment next door but it works very well and had plenty of space for drying equipment. Kitchen functions well for one cook, counter space is limited. Tons of windows, nice to have separate sleeping areas. I would stay again no problem.

Great small apartment in very central location in Avoriaz.

The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart but set back from the main thoroughfare. It was clean and bright and has everything you may need. It is small but perfectly manageable for five. The description says that linens are included but there were no towels. The email we received from the owner before our stay stated that checkout was 1100 but in resort they stated it was 1000 which was frustrating. Consistency would have avoided this minor annoyance. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and this apartment offers real value for money. Recommended!

Great. property, has everything you need for a week long stay,

Great location for us, opposite the Aquariaz and supermarket, right in the town centre. Perfect to ski down to the tour to start your day. Tucked away enough to hear no noise in the evening. It has the beds to sleep 6 but that would be a little cramped to be honest. We were three adults and one child and it was fine. Overall I would stay here again thank you Cristian.

Fantastic location

This apartment couldn't be in a better location. It's right in the centre of the village with views over the main thoroughfare, yet it's tucked away from any noise. You can ski to and from the front door, even if you're a beginner. It's compact but the kitchen is pretty good for the size and you can cook a meal. It's also well-equipped with TV, DVD and wifi. There isn't a lot of storage though and drying wet gear is tricky which is the only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star.
