About this property

Fisherman's house in the Cotes d'Armor

Fisherman's house located in the Jaudy estuary near the medieval town of Tréguier. The view is clear from north to south, from the rocks of the Er Islands on the horizon to the entrance to the port of Tréguier.
Ideally located between Paimpol and Perros-Guirec on the coast of Granite Rose, you can enjoy the many sites to visit and walks on the footpaths of customs.
The house is suitable for families and sufficient for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and a dining area and a bathroom. The terrace at the bottom of the house is sheltered and exposed to the south, which allows to take the meals and to rest on the deck chairs taking advantage of the rays of the sun as soon as the beautiful days.
You will enjoy the tranquility of the shore barely frequented by a few walkers during the day and seabirds. Children can play safely in front of the house in the sand and rocks and will quickly take possession of the place.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d’une semaine dans cette petite maison au bord de l’eau. Cet hébergement est parfait si vous cherchez un coin tranquille pour vous régénérer.Il ne faut pas s’attendre un très grand confort, mais c’est suffisamment équipé.Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, qui a eu la gentillesse de nous conseiller également sur les meilleurs endroits à visiter dans la région.

Charmant! Très bon accueil, maison charmante ( la salle d'eau meriterai cependant un peu de renovation). Un lieu très reposant et ressourcant, a deux pas du petit port de la roche jaune tres vivant. Marin a souhait pour les amoureux de la bretagne!

On a passé un fabuleux séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très fonctionnelle, on s y sent bien. La vue est splendide, on a l impression de voir une carte postale tout le temps. Très belle vue sur le Jaudy de cette location à trois chambres. Le véhicule se gare sur un emplacement au dessus de la location, une place. La maison est fonctionnelle. De nombreuses sites à voir dans les environs : Plougrescant et son gouffre, Tréguier, Porz Hir (belle plage), l'ancienne maison-atelier de Calder... Des vues magnifiques en longeant la côte (ou le GR34) de Plougrescant à Perros.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Fischerhaus.es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.wir waren 2 Wochen da und es war pure Erholung. Séjour de rêve

Cette maison de poupée au bord de l’eau a un charme fou et nous a bien dépaysés pour notre séjour. La situation est idéale, pas trop loin des principaux centres d’intérêt de la région, mais pas trop près pour ne pas être dans l’agitation. Nous recommandons vivement !

Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen der Entspannung, in diesem wunderschönen alten Fischerhaus direkt am Fluss. Sehr gepflegte und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Es ist alles da was man braucht, Waschmaschine, usw. Das Highlight ist der Wechsel der Gezeiten, wenn bei Flut der Fluss bis an das Haus reicht, hat man das Gefühl direkt im Meer Urlaub zu machen. Wir kommen sicher wider !

LE PETIT PARADIS

J'ai passé trois semaines dans cette petite maison charmante. C'est simple, mais il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. La maison est située dans le fleuve. On voit les marées entrer et reculer, les bâteaux aller et venir, Découvrir les environs, se balader sur les marchés, boire un verre sur le balcon ou sur la terrace à la plage. Pour moi c'étaient les vacances perfectes. Tout de suite après mon retour à Zuerich, j'ai réserver la maison pour l'année prochaine.
