Great experience in Alsace

Everything was perfect.!! The house was great, the surroundings were wonderfull. the communication with the owner and Conciergerie was good and all our entire stay was brilliant. We visited arround during the day and in the afternoons we could enjoy the sunshine direct to the front of the house or have a drink or dinner outside. Also we enjoyed the fire that we could build outside in the area prepared for it. The rooms were really big and beautifull and everything very clean. We spent 6 days with the family and came back relaxed and really satisfaced. Vive la France!!

Très beau chalet avec descriptif parfaitement conforme

Chalet conforme au descriptif. Très bien équipé.La conciergerie est aussi top.Hormis une impossibilité d’avoir accès à la télévision à cause de la box TV (la box internet n’a aucun problème, il y a du réseau, c’est juste la télévision), pour le reste aucune réserve.

Mit 12 Personen: Klein aber fein

Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Chalet - die Küche ist super ausgestattet und bietet auch für eine größere Gruppe eine gute Ausstattung. Aufgrund der verwinkelten und recht engen Aufteilung des Hauses sollte man sich mit 12 Personen gut verstehen (;)), da es nur zwei Badezimmer gibt und eines davon durch ein Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Wir empfehlen, mit maximal 8 Erwachsenen und ggf. Kindern anzureisen. Dann ist eine entspannte und gemütliche Zeit garantiert. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus sehr steil ist - im Winter sind Schneeketten auf jeden Fall notwendig. Die Umgebung ist super - eine Langlaufloipe und eine Rodelbahn sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Wochenende

Wir konnten das verlängerte Wochenende bei sehr schönem Wetter und einer sehr schönen und gemütlichen Unterkunft genießen. Wir können dieses Haus und auch die unkomplizierte Abwicklung nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un chalet de rêve pour les fêtes

Emplacement idéal, atmosphère conviviale, équipements fonctionnels et décoration harmonieuse, tout était réuni pour passer un Noël en famille réussi! Les enfants en parlent encore plusieurs semaines après et les adultes ont pu apprécier la vue, l'architecture intérieure et le sauna! Nous recommandons vivement.

Chalet très sympa, je recommande. Idéalement placé. Seul bémol : le tarif des draps en options à 200 euro pour 10 personnes beaucoup trop chers

Merci pour ce commentaire sincère. une précision toutefois concernant l'option location de linge(draps et serviettes de toilette, torchons de cuisine) cette offre permet au vacancier en venant avec son propre linge, de choisir une solution moins couteuse. Inclure ce service systématiquement, augmenterait significativement le coût de réservation Le coût correspond à l'entretien et usure du linge et manipulation 14 €/personne pour une simple mise à disposition 20 € /personne correspond au service : prêt de linge + lits faits à l'arrivée

Nous avons passé 4 jours merveilleux, au calme ! Nous avons apprécié le calme et la propreté du chalet, la vaisselle en adéquation avec le nombre de personnes, le sauna au retour de nos randonnées. Check-in et check-out avec la conciergerie d'Alexia au top. Bref, une adresse à recommander et à conserver !

Wunderschön in ruhiger Lage

Eine wunderschön eingerichtete und gemütlich beleuchtete Unterkunft mit großem Tisch für bis zu 12 Personen, gut ausgestatteter Küche (inkl. Fondueset und Raclette - wichtig für Silvesterverreisende) und gemütlichem Wohnbereich. Freistehendes Haus ohne direkte Nachbarn. Im Sommer mit der großen Terrasse und Grillmöglichkeit bestimmt auch sehr schön. Wanderwege beginnen direkt vorm Haus. Regentage lassen sich aber auch sehr gut aushalten (Sauna!). Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Freunden! Die Wände sind allerdings recht hellhörig und nicht alle Schlafmöglichkeiten sind Luxusbetten. Wem aber eine Schlafcouch nichts ausmacht, wird hier wunderschöne Tage verbringen.

Superbe chalet

Week-end au chalet au top. L’accueil par la conciergerie d’ Alexia s’est très bien déroulé. Le chalet est très chaleureux, on s’y sent bien. La grande table invite à partager des moments conviviaux entre amis. La vue de la terrasse est très jolie. La literie est confortable, les salles de bains sont propres. Nous y avons passé un super moment et projetons déjà d’y revenir aux beaux jours !

Magnifique chalet mais disposition des sanitaires peu pratique en cas de pleine occupation.

La chalet est magnifique et la terrasse est vraiment agréable. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée avec un deuxième frigo dans la buanderie. L'annonce est, en revanche, peu claire sur les sanitaires qui sont : 1 WC séparé en bas , 2 des 3 salles de bain sont dans les 2 chambres du bas ( 1 avec douche et une avec baignoire qui n'a pas de porte de séparation) et la 3ème salle de bain contient le seul WC de l'étage et donne accès au sauna par une porte vitrée ( si utilisation du sauna, pas d'intimité dans la salle de bain / WC). Autre rectification utile aux vacanciers à mobilité réduite: le logement n'est pas accessible en fauteuil roulant : pas d'accès de plain pied ( seuil trop élévé) pas de douche accessible (entrée trop étroite) et tous les lits sont très bas. Si ces paramètres de confort et d'accessibilité n'ont pas d'importance pour vous, vous passerez un superbe séjour. La conciergerie qui s'occupe de l'accueil est formidable .

Très bon séjour.

Arrivée très facile, conciergerie très réactive. Propreté, ordre, mobilier , linge de maison, tout cela fut très bien agencé. Literie très bien..... simplement ne pas laisser trop grandir les sapins côté terrasse.... A recommander.
