Ideally located on the beach and in the heart of the city, this luxury apartment of 100m2 air-conditioned will seduce a demanding public. It is, indeed, on the top floor of a corner building, has large bright rooms facing the Bassin d'Arcachon, long sunny terraces and a refined decoration (redone in 2011). Its location close to the many distractions and shops is an asset.Il is suitable for 4/5 people. Covered private parking.
