Lovely vaccation

Nice appartement with All you need Away from tourist traps. Lovely pool. Very friendly and helpfull houst. Beautiful area withs a lot to see. A minimum understanding of Italien language is a benefit In this area.

Pool was the best part.

Our family of four stayed for 7 days. We loved the villa. Just so happened that we had it to ourselves which was peaceful but it would have been ok if there was another family staying at the same time too. The pool was by far the best feature. We were in the pool multiple times daily and the temperature of the water was just perfect for the 37c sunny days (end ofJuly). We did buy a few pool toys to play with and left them behind for the next family. Note that the pool is not "closed" between 12pm-3:30pm (siesta) and 10pm-8am but you are expected to enjoy the pool quietly as not to disturb the neighbours. We did not find this to be a problem at all. The apartment was clean and tidy and has air conditioning!. Note that there are no basic kitchen items such as Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper. There is an extremely convenient grocery store right across the street. There are plenty of dishes / glasses and cutlery. Europes showers are very different from the North American showers we are used to so we were happy to see a nice shower with doors and there was never a lack of hot water available when needed. We did ask for Wifi and it worked perfectly. Note that there is a charge for internet and a tax per person over 14 years of age. We payed 30 Euro for the week. Laundry service is available at an additional cost. We had laundry done for us once and it was 5 Euro. It would be fun to stay again with another family (friends) and rent the whole Villa for a week.

Very Misleading

This is NOT a private villa! The building pictured above consists of two apartments which are booked separately. Booking through this link gives you access to half of the building, whilst the other half is rented out by other guests. This therefore means that the pool & games area are NOT PRIVATE/exclusive to you, but shared with the residents of the other apartment. The fact that this isn’t made clear on the website is outrageous! When you are arrive, you are greeted with some additional costs - €15 to use the Internet, and €5 each in tax, and so for a group of 7 people we had to pay €50. This should have been made clearer on the website. My main question though is why are those costs not included in the price you pay for the villa online? You are also given a list of rules when you arrive, which includes one where you can’t use the pool between 12:30pm - 3:30pm. It makes having a pool a bit redundant if you can’t use it during the peak hours of the day, especially when use of pool is shared with other residents as well. A final criticism is that despite the website stating that the owner speaks English, the reality is that the owner doesn’t speak a word of English. We had to resort to one member of our party attempting to converse in French with him, which as you could imagine meant it was basically impossible to have anything explained to us or vice versa. However despite all of that, there were several great things that should be noted. The location is fantastic; supermarket couldn’t be closer, very easy route to Venice and the weather was great during our week there. Furthermore, the pictures shown are accurate, and despite not understanding him most of the time, the owner seemed very nice. Overall this is quite a harsh rating for a place that wasn’t that bad, but describing it as private is unacceptable.

Prettige villa met héérlijk zwembad maar net iets te ver weg van interessante steden en Dolomieten

Een fijn verblijf gehad in deze villa met onze familie. Helaas ligt het aan een erg drukke weg, wat het gevoel van rust niet ten goede komt. Villa was prima ingericht al is er in de keuken inventaris nog wel wat te verbeteren. Onze opmerking over het ontbreken van voldoende wijnglazen (3 voor in totaal 9 personen) werd niet relevant gevonden. Erg fijn is de supermarkt aan het overkant van de straat. Eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk maar geven matig informatie over de mogelijkheden in de omgeving. Vreemd ook dat we de tafeltennistafel en tafelvoetbal niet hebben gezien, terwijl die wél worden genoemd op homeaway.

Heerlijk relaxen aan het zwembad in een mooie omgeving

We hadden geluk dat wij de enige gasten waren deze week, anders hadden we het zwembad moeten 'delen'. Nu was het dus een heerlijk privé-zwembad met een prima appartement trouwens. Omgeving is prachtig: je zit tussen de prosecco en de rode wijn-gaarden in; je bent zo in de Dolomieten, en op een uur van Venetie en Padua. Kortom: een prima uitvalsbasis dit huis aan de rand van Conegliano (ook een aimabel stadje trouwens, met heerlijke koffie op gezellige terrasjes). Houd er wel rekening mee dat niemand hier Engels praat :-).

Muy contentos con la estadia en esta residencia. Desde la llegada fue una experiencia muy positiva, la persona encargada que nos resibio muy amable y hace que uno se sienta bienvenido. la casa esta dividida en apartamentos, nosotros estuvimos en uno con dos habitaciones, todas las habitaciones con balcon a la piscina o a la calle. La casa esta en muy buen estado, con todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones, la piscina estupenda. Justo fuera de la casa hay una parada de bus y al otro lado de la calle un supermercado. Muy RECOMENDABLE sitio y los propietarios una belleza de personas, amigables y confiables

Très bon séjour

Très bel endroit pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Nous avions réservé donc deux appartements sur les trois. Ils étaient impeccables. Chambres spacieuses, salles de bain modernes, climatisation très appréciée. Il ne manquait qu'un lave-vaisselle. L'extérieur était propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine qui est magnifique. Nous pouvions manger midi et soir dehors tous ensemble. Le supermarché juste en face était très apprécié (prix bas par rapport aux autres magasins). Conegliano est une ville très agréable, nous avons pu visiter des caves de Proseco et ainsi goûter le vrai Spritz ! Nous avons visité Venise en prenant le train, Padoue et nous sommes à Caorle pour profiter de la mer, idéale pour les familles avec des enfants. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants, la femme de ménage très gentille également. Nous recommandons cette location.

Superbe Séjour!

Propriétaires accueillants,disponibles et à l'écoutent ,prêt à nous renseigner sur la région et à rendre service. La location, propre,confortable et surtout climatisée ce qui fût très appréciable vu que cet été il a fait entre 38°/39° et les nuits chaudes 26° parfois! Nous étions une famille de 9 personnes dont deux enfants de 7/8 ans dans 2 appartements. La piscine géniale! (belle et grande) et les extérieurs très bien entretenus, merci à Anna-Maria! Conegliano est une belle ville(centre historique, marché etc....)et à une situation idéale pour visiter Venise (à 1 heure de train)Trévise ainsi que toute la région. Un plus: un super marché à 50m en face de la location,très pratique pour le ravitaillement sans avoir à prendre la voiture (commerçants, vendeurs, vendeuses, super accueillants,gentils ,serviables .(en plus merveilleux glaciers et pizzas excellentes et peu chères) Que dire de plus! vacances superbes! Lovely stay in Conegliano

We had a great stay in the Place of Roberta and Flavio. We were there with another family, in total 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We can highly recommend the combination of the nice apparments with the lovely pool area as a counterpartner to our daily small tours to wine yards, nice restaurants, market and Venice, of course. All this recommended by the very friendly landlord.

En réalité c'est une grosse maison divisée en 4 appartements dont 3 locatifs et 1 réservé au propriétaire.Les appartements locatifs, sont composé d'1 studio( celui que nous avons loué), d'un grand appartement et d'1 appartement en duplex. Les photos disponibles dans l'annonce regroupent en vérité les 3 appartements, de même le descriptif de la maison et les équipements intérieurs sont un mélange des 3 appartements ! En ce qui concerne les équipements intérieurs, pour le studio nous n'avons pas bénéficié du réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélation ,du grille pain, du sauna, de l’ordinateur,du fer à repasser et de sa table, des jeux de société ! Et pourtant, c'est noté dans le descriptif de l'annonce ! Pour ce qui est des jeux pour enfants nous avons dû demandé au propriétaire car au bout de 4 jours aucun d'entre eux n'étaient visibles car la table de ping pong et le baby foot ne supportent ni le soleil ni la pluie mais il n'y a pas de local pour y jouer et ils sont en photo à l'extérieur et notés dans l'annonce ! Détail utile à ajouter et pas des moindres, l'internet haut débit est payant à raison de 15 euros pour 1 semaine ! ce qui n'est pas noté dans l'annonce. De même le lave linge est certes collectif(notifié) mais surtout payant ( 5 euros la machine), ce qui n'est pas encore noté dans l'annonce ! Quant à la réception, il a été difficile de joindre le propriétaire pour connaître l'adresse de la location, n'ayant pas pu avoir 1 contrat de location pourtant demandé par mail, le numéro de téléphone donné par l'annonce ne répondant pas et ce depuis 1 semaine avant la prise de la location ! Donc système D et perte de temps pour trouver l'adresse ! En outre, très belle piscine, annoncée chauffée mais qui ne l'était pas ! Dommage vu le temps ! Dans le chapitre les plus de la location, il est noté très calme, la maison est située quand même en bordure de la route qui mène au centre ville de Conegliano, donc très fréquentée ! Pour notre part, location très chère pour les prestations offertes et non conformes à la description de l'annonce !

Bonjour, Très bon accueil des propriétaires. La location est très agréable, propre et de qualité. La piscine et les extérieurs sont vraiment très bien entretenus et donc très agréables également. Nous avons passé un super séjour. La situation géographique permet de visiter les villes principales de la Vénétie (Venise, Trévise, Padoue, Vérone, Vicenza, Udine) ainsi que les montagnes (les dolomites. Pas très loin non plus de la frontière slovène et croate côté adriatique. Une location que je vous conseille pour découvrir cette magnifique région de l'Italie.
