Maison bien située

Les plus : Maison proche des commerces et de la mer dans un lotissement au calme. Propriétaire sympathique et à notre écoute. Les moins : problème de fourmis dans la chambre à coucher. La propriétaire a essayé d'y remédier sans succès . Nous avons décidé de ne pas y dormir et avons dormi dans le salon. Le store de la terrasse ne fonctionnait pas. Le wifi n'était pas accessible dans le séjour mais uniquement dans la chambre.

Je suis très surprise et aussi décue de l 'appréciation négative de ces locataires qui avaient l air satisfaits et ne se sont pas plaint en ma présence mais au contraire sont partis avec le sourire ... Pour rectifier leur dires : ce sont les seuls locataires qui n ont pas réussi à se connecter à internet ; pour palier au store électrique endommagé par les précédents locataires deux parasols et deux transats ont été mis à leur disposition ; quant aux fourmis un produit recommandé par un expert de Leroy Merlin a été fourni immédiatement et s'est révélé efficace ... ( nous sommes en campagne ce n' étaient que des fourmis !) De leur propre choix Mr et Mme PONTHIER ont décidé de déménager le lit de la chambre pour la spacieuse pièce à vivre et y sont restés.... Voilà le rectificatif !!!
