Beautiful relaxing villa

Our family had a wonderful stay in this spacious, relaxing and well equipped villa. It was a perfect base for exploring the north of the island, but was equally brilliant for just spending a lazy day around the pool. The terrace has amazing views, particularly as the sun is setting. It’s a short walk to the beach and there is a small shop just a couple of minutes drive. It is however a reasonable walk from town (30+ minutes) but a quick easy drive. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to return soon x

Really a nice house, with an amazing view.

6 ladies on a 5 days trip. Really a nice house. Good communication with owner. Only thing was that one of the beds was a bunk bed :( We read a lot of comments before. And all comments around the house is empty for kitchen stuff. Wasn't true anymore. So all in all a nice stay in nice weather :)

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison parfaitement située dans les hauteurs de Saint-Florent, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Je rejoins d'autres avis sur le fait que certains équipements mériteraient un rafraichissement (douche, pompe à chaleur de la piscine, coussins des meubles de la terrasse)

Vue extraordinaire et quelques désagréments

Si vous choisissez un lieu c’est mieux de bien lire tous les commentaires car personnellement je n’ai retenu que la note globale. La vue est vraiment époustouflante mais nous avons eu quelques désagréments qui ont un peu entaché le séjour. Je soulignerais principalement le non fonctionnement du lave-vaisselle qui est mentionné qu’il ne fonctionne pas correctement depuis 2022…Et donc vaisselle à faire pour 6 personnes au quotidien et évidemment plus d’eau chaude pour la douche ensuite lorsqu’on rentre de la plage ! Vaisselle ou douche !Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de Karen qui nous a apporté une bouteille de gaz pleine, un step pour nos enfants, un bouchon de bain ainsi qu’un rideau de douche neuf et tout ceci rapidement. Le cadre est idyllique mais la propriété aurait besoin d’un entretien un peu plus poussé notamment concernant les sanitaires (tous les mousseurs des robinets/siège toilette en bas), le liner de la piscine vert. Niveau rapport qualité/prix décevant.À prestation égale vous payez la vue

Tolles Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Terrasse ist ein Traum, vor allem die Abende mit Sonnenuntergang. Einziges Manko ist die etwas ältere Küche und Waschmaschine. Nach St. Florent braucht man ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto, einen Bäcker und kleinen Supermarkt kann man auch in ca. 20 min zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons séjourné fin aout 2023 avec 4 ados. La maison est bien équipée, joliment décorée et très agréable sur les hauteurs de Saint Florent avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie. Magnifique villa avec magnifique vue

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans cette très belle villa. La maison est décorée avec goût, dispose de tout l’équipement et le confort nécessaire. La propriétaire est restée disponible et à l’écoute durant notre séjour. Et bien évidemment la cerise sur le gâteau est une vue extraordinaire sur le golfe de Saint-Florent, que l’on soit sur la belle terrasse/piscine ou à l’intérieur de la maison.

Location fin juin 2023

Rien de spécial à redire sur la maison. Hormis plusieurs détails qui gâchent un peu la semaine : - Bouteille de gaz vide lorsque l'on a voulu se servir du barbecue. Rupture de stock dans les 3 stations services. Donc, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le barbecue de la semaine. - Les prises de la terrasse ne fonctionnaient pas et c'était à nous de rechercher quel plomb avait lâché vu qu'il n'y a aucun repère sur le tableau électrique. - Les pompes de relevage des condensats des climatisations font du bruit dans les 2 grandes chambres. Très gênant la nuit pour dormir. - Une évacuation de vasque se bouche malgré le fait que nous ayons nettoyé le siphon nous même. Donc, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un meilleur suivi après chaque location.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles perfekt - nur zwei Minuspunkte für Küche und Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Armatur in der Küche war kaum befestigt und die Geschirrspülmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert, da dass Geschirr war noch sehr dreckig war. Die Waschmaschine im Bad war teils verrostet und nicht einladend. Für eine Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse müsste das korrigiert werden. Ansonsten ist es sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage toll und der Ausblick atemberaubend. Wir haben auch den Pool sehr genossen.
