Ideal chalet to be lived, south oriented (nice view), in Samoens, village connected to the largest ski resort (Flaine-Grand Massif) in Haute-Savoie. Ideal for skiers... and non skiers who will enjoy the village and the valley (old farms, cultural heritage...)
