Very charming little house

We stayed with my girlfriend for a week there, and had a lovely time in this well furnished house. Terrace is very nice in the morning with the sun. Location is very quiet, Cami de Cavalls longing Cap d'Artrucx is less than 5 minutes walk.

Lovely little villa - could be great if it was clean

The villa had a lovely outside space. Great access to a beautiful pool. Short taxi to the beach as we had small kids 2 and 4. The only thing that let the villa down was how dirty it was. Such a shame.

Maison agréable mais peu adaptée à la forte chaleur

La maison est bien meublée et équipée hormis 2 points qui sont vraiment à revoir : la literie de la chambre principale est très mauvaise (matelas très fin) et la maison est mal isolée de la chaleur. Les 2 ventilateurs portatifs (dont l'un est très bruyant) ne suffisent pas pour rafraîchir les chambres, nous avons tres mal dormi.

Maison très agréable grâce à ses deux terrasses (une couverte et une extérieure), transats, petit jardin clos sans vis à vis Deux chambres très agréables, grande cuisine. Séjour un peu sombre, idéal en plein été certainement. Piscine à deux pas, que j'ai eu pour moi seule (en avril). Pas chauffée mais bonne température fin avril. Très bon séjour

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Minus war die Kaffeemaschine, die unbedingt mal erneuert werden müsste. Ansonsten entspricht alles dem Angebot. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis im April.

La casa, el complejo y la zona es muy bonita. Pero tiene algunas deficiencias, los colchones son muy incómodos, la almohada es muy mínima, el microondas tiene óxido y en la zona Barbacoa no hay ningún punto de luz (o la haces de día o no puedes)

Trés bien

Hébergement très bien conforme à l'annonce, procédure d'arrivée autonome avec boite à clé très pratique, Heike qui a été notre contact est très gentille et réactive (pb de wifi réglé en 2 jours grâce a elle), seul petit pb la TV ne fonctionnait pas à cause d'un câble d'antenne défectueux apparement. Ceci dit super séjour au calme.

Agréable séjour

Maison agréable, confortable, bien située. Nous avons apprécié son espace jardin, pas de vis-à-vis (entouré de haies). Quartier calme (mais nous étions fin avril), bien entretenu. Par contre, deux bémols : - à notre arrivée, la maison était froide. Elle ne possède pas de chauffage et le radiateur électrique d'appoint ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû appeler Mme Schmid qui est arrivée, dans l'heure qui suivait, avec un radiateur d'appoint. Merci Mme Schmid ! Mais un seul radiateur d'appoint n'est pas suffisant. - Un bruit permanent durant une bonne partie de la nuit dans la chambre double, à priori dû au ballon d'eau chaude. Malgré ces 2 points à solutionner, nous recommandons cette location. Nous avons passé un séjour bien agréable (randonnées, visites, criques), profitez de la beauté de l'île malgré une météo parfois mitigée.

Parfait en arrière saison! Seuls au monde! Avec accès à la piscine, terrasse et jardins ! Manque juste un peu d'aération ( alors on laisse les fenetres ouvertes) et qq minuscules fourmis. Très bonne literie

Vacances au calme

Nous avons choisi la meilleure période pour etre au calme et profiter de l'île sans qu'il y ait trop monde (fin septembre). Quelques axes d'amélioration de la maison à prévoir Salle de bain joints a refaire et goutte a goutte au niveau de la chasse d'eau. En dehors de cela le nécessaire est disponible et très bonne situation géographique

Estuvimos desde el día que llegamos sin TV. En los sucesivos contactos con la persona de la inmobiliaria designada por el propietario para la interlocución sobre posibles incidencias, nos transmitió que había habido una serie de problemas (tormenta reciente primero, problemas específicos con la antena después, problemas de conexión al final...), viniendo en dos ocasiones una persona de mantenimiento que no soluciono el problema. A los vecinos colindantes de la urbanización les funcionaba a todos su TV sin problemas. La interlocución posterior con el propietario tampoco fue fructífera ya que argumentaba que era un problema que se iba a solucionar cuando llegarán los técnicos pero que como en la isla había pocos... esa fue la argumentación... como se dice coloquialmente ajo y agua porque nos llamaron para venir a intentar solucionar el problema ya el penúltimo día de los 9 de nuestra estancia... El propietario no se planteó en ningún momento a pesar de nuestra petición al respecto, compensar de alguna forma los inconvenientes de estar todas las vacaciones sin TV. Adicionalmente el estado de las sabanas en las habitaciones es muy deficiente (con manchas de mucho tiempo de uso sin la necesaria reposición por nuevas).

La casa es muy cómoda y estaba muy bien con su barbacoa, el único pero que le podemos poner es que le faltaría un aire acondicionado, había mucha calor dentro de la casa
