An excellent property for our first visit to Portugal. The location was good for travelling around the Algarve and the property was well equipped with everything you would need. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor space and pool. It was also very quiet at night and in the morning and we both slept really well.

Nathalie's house was the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The house was very well equipped and full of character. The pool was lovely. Although it was in tranquil situation Loule was only a 5/10 minute drive away.It exceeded our expectations.

Relaxing and Peaceful Hideaway!

The property was a rustic, charming cottage - well away from the coastal hotspots (but within easy access) - exactly what we had hoped for; some of the local restaurants were only a few minutes away by car and the town of Loule was just over a 5 minute drive. For us, as a couple, it was ideal and the owner Natalia couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly.

A nice quiet place for two to stay with a pool. Sunny and shady places to sit out and to eat. The property had all that we needed. The host was friendly and helpful. Not that far from Louele, Aldi & Continente not far. Thoroughly recommended.

Das Haus ist ein altes kleines Bauerhaus... rustikal und gemütlich. Für 2 Personen die Ruhe suchen oder von dort aus die Algarve erkunden möchten ideal... Es ist alles einfach gehalten aber Urgemütlich..die Klimaanlage kühlt alles schnell ab...das Wasser im Pool war herrlich angenehm...Einzig die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist eine Herausforderung... unser Tiguan (Bj2026) hat zwar rein gepasst, aber es war mit viel manövrieren verbunden...die Einfahrt sollte dringends verbreitet werden...Ansonsten, liebe Nathalie, vielen Dank für einen entspannten Urlaub

Rural authentic house, difficult to locate (a signpost would be helpful) and parking space very difficult to access (if you’ve been used to James/Solmar Villas it’s not really like that). Kitchen very well equipped but oven difficult to use because no manual and control knobs had no visible markings; hob moved during use. Fridge/freezer badly in need of defrosting. A/C in living room but not very effective in bedroom. We had issues with general lack of cleanliness. Also with dirty or broken kitchenware on arrival which Natalia helped with promptly. Initial comms excellent; subsequent (when we had a problem with the pool) not so much so. Natalia did compensate us for the inconvenience. We felt the pool and house were not cleaned or maintained adequately. Recommend all comms are via Vrbo chat. We had safety concerns with emissions from the boiler in the kitchen (Natalia assured OK), and the electrics generally in the house. Bathroom not clean enough and needs re-modelling. Bed was very comfortable. Wardrobes in bedroom very old/uninviting. Expect loose rugs/heavy narrow doors. Not enough available power points (only found 2). Information on recycling would have been helpful. Pics on Vrbo of the interior don’t seem recent. In summary, we have stayed 15 times in a wide variety of villas in the Algarve, so have a fair experience of country properties there, but this wasn’t in the same category as any of those. It is priced competitively, but don’t expect a typical “villa rental"

Thank you for your feedback. I always take guest comments seriously and do my best to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible. During your stay, every issue that was within my control was addressed promptly. I replaced the cookware, coffee machine and cups immediately, provided guidance for the oven, responded to concerns about the fridge, and explained the annual safety inspections of the gas installation. Unfortunately, the pool pump failed over the weekend and, as there was no technician available until Monday, the repair could not be carried out immediately. As a gesture of goodwill, I offered a 20% refund. As your expectations appeared to be different from what the property offers, I also suggested on two separate occasions that you could end your stay early and move to a hotel with a larger refund if you preferred, but you chose to remain at the property until the end of your holiday. This is a traditional rural house, not a modern luxury villa, and it is described and priced accordingly. I am proud of the many positive reviews received over the years, which consistently highlight my responsiveness and the authentic character of the property.

Maison agréable au calme, piscine bien entretenue, des petits endroits où s’installer suivant l’avancée du soleil.Nathalia a été précise dans ses indications d’arrivée et nous a rendu visite dès que son emploi du temps lui a permis.Tout est parfait, sauf l’entrée du parking (qui devrait être agrandie), avoir une petite voiture ! Adresse à retenir.

A propriedade é ainda melhor do que retratam as fotografias. A casa tem tudo o que é necessário: a cozinha está muito bem esquipada e o espaço exterior é perfeito e com todas as comodidades necessárias e com a mais valia de aceitar os animais de estimação. A anfitriã é muito simpática e sempre disponível! Recomendo mesmo!

Piscina y ubicación. Esta bastante descuidado , con un olor desagradable que no conseguimos eliminar en un semana , falta de limpieza . Un alojamiento con mucho potencial que por falta de limpieza y dejadez hace que la estancia no sea demasiado agradable . La piscina nueva y limpia y lo mejor del alojamiento. Una lástima .

Estou sempre disponível para os hóspedes e perguntei se estava tudo bem. Não me assinalaram nenhum problema. A limpeza da casa sempre foi efectuada com muito cuidado ao longo dos anos. Acredito no diálogo e lamento não terem falado comigo.

Un formidable havre de paix

Un superbe lieu pour des vacances au calme, bercées par le chant des oiseaux. Les instructions d'accès sont des plus claires et l'arrivée se fait de manière tout à fait simple.La maison est adorable, formidablement bien équipée : elle dispose de tout le confort. Natalia est avenante et très sympathique : on sent qu'elle a à cœur de nous recevoir au mieux. Elle se montre très disponible en cas de besoin et est de très bon conseil pour vous aider à découvrir la région.L'extérieur est très agréable et la piscine qui vient tout juste d'être refaite, offre un rafraichissement bienvenu les jours de grande chaleur. De même que la terrasse couverte.La localisation juste au-dessus de Loulé est parfaite pour découvrir l'Algarve et ses trésors. Que l'on apprécie le farniente à la plage ou que l'on cherche à visiter l'arrière-pays, on rayonne facilement autour.Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, merci Natalia. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. La propriétaire est très sympathique et a l’écoute. Cette maison est très bien située, proche de continente ( pour faire deux trois courses) et pour se promener dans les villes proches. À vingt minutes de Faro, c’est super!!!

Nette Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhe

Alles prima. Einfache Unterkunft aber alles in Schuss. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Alle Elektrogeräte relativ neu.Gutes WLAN. Sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auto erforderlich.

L'endroit est très calme. Petite maison sympa mais vieillissante. Plusieurs coupures aux pieds dans la piscine. Certains carreaux doivent être cassés. Les canapés extérieurs sentent le chien mouillé, de même que la serpillère pour laver le sol.
