Very much enjoyed our Easter week break at the Royal Palm Villa, which was just as advertised, with sweeping views, expansive space to relax, and even friendly neighbors. Just make sure to close the gate at the bottom of the hill, or else you will end up with some goats as extra guests!

The experience of staying in this place for 5 days was truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived, the host extended a warm and gracious welcome that immediately made us feel at home. Their hospitality and attentiveness surpassed all expectations, as they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The friendliness of the people at this place is unparalleled. Each day, they looked out for us and made sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to encounter such genuine care and concern from hosts, making our time there all the more special. For anyone seeking accommodation in Montserrat, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The exceptional service, warm hospitality, and overall amazing experience make it an ideal choice for travelers. You should definitely consider staying at this incredible place during your visit to Montserrat.

We booked this property and the owner as to swap us to another of his properties and the house was amazing. Fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves.

Adam’s Place is the place to stay in Montserrat. We hated to leave. Ed and Rea were great to communicate with, Kristina and Sunny as property managers were exceptional. The house is superbly furnished, kitchen is amazing, and you cannot beat the sunsets as you lounge on the patio and pool. The grounds are so pretty also. Toni, the private chef, cooked us a fantastic breakfast and two awesome dinners. I wanted to take her home with me. Sunny gave us a tour of the volcano which was spectacular. We love Montserrat and hadn’t been back in 20+ years. We will be back and will definitely rent Adams Place again. Thank you Ed, Rea, Kristina, Sunny and Toni.

WOW!! This is an amazing place. LOTS of room. Full size pool, grill, new appliances, ice cold A/C, comfortable King bed, New pool lounge chairs and a covered outdoor area(gets a little warm in the afternoon) that is perfect for mid morning relaxation. Breezy and quiet. We would stay here again.

From the moment you arrive at the front gate you realize this might be something special. When you open the front door and glimpse the terrace it gets better. You immediately step out onto the terrace to see the ocean and beautiful coastline of Montserrat bathed in the golden light of sunset and it is just WOW. My wife and I have been to Montserrat each of the last five years. This past trip was special since our family was joining us for Christmas and New Year. We wanted to make their stay as memorable as possible. We stayed at Avalon once before and knew it was the one. Avalon exceeded our expectations. The villa is clean and well furnished. The large terrace features a covered space for living and dining and an outdoor space with pool and lounge chairs. The terrace has a breathtaking view of Isles Bay beach and Foxes Bay beach in the distance. It also provides a panoramic ocean view including sunsets every night. The kitchen is steps away and is very well equipped. The villa has three ensuite bedrooms arranged separately for privacy. In addition to the wonderful terrace, the villa has a lookout deck at the cliff edge. This a popular spot for sunsets, sundowners and watching the pelicans. The villa is well managed by experienced hosts. The housekeeping was above and beyond. And in this regard, a special thanks to Andrea for taking such good care of us. Montserrat and the villa Avalon have a special place in our hearts. If you decide to stay at Avalon, we sincerely hope you have a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our stay-overall the property is nice. The living rm & deck are comfortable, kitchen is well supplied. There are some issues to be resolved to make this 5*. There were 2 of us, we had access to the upstairs 2 bedrms. 1 of the bedroom ACs didn’t work. Property mgr got it running but it continued to drip water on bed. This was never resolved so we slept in the other room. The room with the bad AC had a comfortable bed, better air flow and was quieter. The other room had noise from local residents & lack of airflow was a problem the night power was lost-only 1 window and the door can be opened to allow air in so it got very warm. Light is controlled by Alexa, and does different colors. The 1st night the room was well lit. After that the only light was blue. This made it dark to read. This was not fixed, owner said it was a power issue. This property has multiple cameras in the deck area not listed in VRBO. Concerning is to go from bedroom to kitchen you walk in full view of those cameras. Important if you sleep in the buff & go to kitchen for water or do a late night skinny dip. We rented an SUV thru the owner. Bring CASH for the rental, we were not told cash was necessary. Non-island bank customers can’t use the ATM so an expensive cash advance at the bank or use Western Union, a special for 1st timers saved us a 50US fee. You must pay up front for a full tank of gas yet were told we would not use it all. We used ½ tank, they don’t provide a refund for unused gas.
