Wunderschön

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im "la Solana" sehr genossen. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, lässt es aber an nichts fehlen. Das Haus mit Patio im Inneren ist völlig authentisch, hat genug Platz und vermittelt Ruhe und Gelassenheit. Hervorzuheben ist die Art des Hauses und die Lage direkt an der Küste. Die Sonnenauf- und untergänge sind grandios.... Die Vermieterin kümmert sich bei Problemen sofort und stellt diese ab. Wir kommen wieder.......Gesendet von Outlook für Android

Beautiful spot unfortunately poor maintenance and neglected appearance

Nous avons trouvé une très belle maison construite au dessus de petites falaises donnant sur la mer. Une vue époustouflante nous a fait passé des dîners au coucher de soleil inoubliables. La maison en elle même est spacieuse et bien équipée. Malheureusement les cafards se sont installés de partout inclus dans les aliments qui sont restés dans la cuisine, dans les tiroirs et les placards. Quelques brosses de toilettes " pas nouvelles" se trouvaient sur l'étagère des toilettes ainsi qu' un paquet de tampons entamé à côté du "déboucheur" pas neuf non plus. Au dessus , toujours dans les toilettes , une cafetière, des médicaments et d'autres objets.... La maison était sale, pas entretenue et l'hygiène manquait de partout. La propriétaire s'est justifié avec cette belle phrase : " C'est ainsi en Espagne !" Certainement les machines à laver le linge et celle à laver la vaisselle qui ne fonctionnaient pas faisaient partie de cette soi-disant tradition espagnole :"C'est ainsi en Espagne "! Au bout de quelques jours quelqu'un est venu changer les machines et une dame a nettoyer UN placard, pas plus 😱! Les réponses inutiles et l'arrogance de la propriétaire était au maximum.

Genießt die Idylle...

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Isabelles Ferienhaus. Man ist sehr privat und fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Uns hat der eigene Zugang zum Meer sehr gefallen. Man kann wunderbar schorcheln und ist weit weg vom Massentourismus. Isabelle legt viel Wert darauf, dass man das Haus in Ordnung hält und Strom nicht verschwendet. Das ist nur verständlich, da das Haus auch oft von ihrer Familie genutzt wird. Vielen Dank für alles.

Wunderschönes Haus an TOP-Lage

Vom 15.7. bis 27.7.2018 haben wir, das heisst 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und vier Jugendliche unsere Sommerferien in der Villa Solana verbracht. Isabelle ist eine sehr nette, freundliche Frau, welche dafür sorgt, dass man sich schnell gut organisieren kann im Haus. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Meerzugang, in der Nähe von wunderschönen Stränden ist perfekt. Die Region "Portopetro, Cala Figuera, Santanyi" gefällt uns sehr gut, da es noch keine grossen Hotelklötze gibt. Ein Mietauto für die Einkäufe ist ein Muss.

Traumurlaub in phantastischer Lage

Wir haben im La Solana mit unserer 10-köpfigen Familie eine unbeschwerte Woche verlebt. Die Villa hat Flair: der Patio mit seinen Pflanzen, die offene Bauweise, die Terrasse mit einem unverbauten Ausblick aufs Meer etc. Und der kleine Privatstrand mit Steilküste war Mittelpunkt unserer Freizeitaktivitäten, ideal zum stundenlangen Schnorcheln und "abhängen". Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und der Grill war täglich in Aktion. Bei den Bedingungen ist Ausgehen vollkommen überflüssig. Wir werden diese Woche nie vergessen und gerne wiederkommen.

Haus mit Traumlage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt an diesem wunderschönen Flecken Erde sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs tiefblaue Meer bei strahlenden Sonnenschein ist unvergleichbar. Das Haus hat noch einen ursprünglichen Charme und bietet ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet. Eines der drei Bäder ist bereits saniert. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Terrassenbereiche findet man entweder auf der Dachterrasse, der Terrasse zum Meer oder im Patio immer ein lauschiges Plätzchen. Die Badestelle mit Leiter, erreichbar über steile Stufen, ist wunderschön, wir hatten leider Pech mit Quallen. Den Grill im Patio haben wir intensiv nutzen können Direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite befindet sich die Tauchbasis des Iberostar Hotels Cala Barca, praktisch für die Taucher unter uns. Schöne kleine Badebuchten mit Sandstrand sind per Fuß zu erreichen Der benachbarte Hafenort Portopetro ist sehr charmant mit schönen Restaurants direkt am Hafen. Vom netten Hausverwalter Emilio wurden wir kompetent und hilfsbereit betreut.

Un lieu d'exception...

Le séjour à la Solana a été très agréable ! Cette maison qui possède un véritable cachet et une âme est idéalement située ! Face à la mer (avec un accès privé) depuis l'une et l'autre des terrasse nous avons profité d'un paysage naturel et préservé. La maison est spacieuse, le patio fleuri, la table de ping-pong sous la terrasse, le barbecue protégé du vent et le jardin sont autant d'atouts. Les plages de sable blanc ne sont qu'à quelques centaines de mètres. La présence d'un camp de vacances à proximité n'a pas perturbé le calme du lieu. On trouve tout ce qu'on veut à l'épicerie de PortoPetro, petit port qui semble préservé du tourisme de masse. La maison réponds donc parfaitement à la présentation qui en est faite. Attention si vous pratiquez la plongée, comme nous, les bateaux passent parfois près de la côte, signalez vous par une bouée, les fonds sont de toute beauté et poissonneux ! Cette maison est parfaitement dimensionnée pour accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Nous étions 11 et chacun a disposé de toutes les commodités attendues. Je recommande cette maison aux amateurs de lieux authentiques, de mer, de calme et de convivialité pour ceux qui voyagent en groupe !

Traumhaus an Steilküste im traditionellen Stil

"La Solana" hat gehalten, was versprochen wurde: In wunderschöner Lage an der Steilküste am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes "Mondrago" geniesst man von der größzügigen Terrasse den Blick übers Meer. Zudem bietet die große Dachterasse zusätzlich Möglichkeiten zum Sonnenbaden, und die Hängematten im blühenden Patio bieten Schatten für die Mittagruhe. Intensiv genutzt haben wir auch den Grill im Patio. Zusammen mit der vollständig eingerichteten Küche (zwei gro0e Kühlschränke) und der reichhaltigen Geschirrausstattung blieben keine Wünsche offen, um im großzügig gestalteten Wohnzimmer zu speisen (Tafel für 10 Personen). Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, zum Teil sind die Bäder renoviert. Auch die Außendusche sowie die Dusche im Untergeschoss waren hilfreich, um nach dem Besuch der nahegelegenen Badebucht mit Sandstrand sowohl Salz als auch Sand von der Haut zu spülen. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch die beiden Turmzimmer: Das untere, offen zum Wohn- und Speisezimmer, bietet mit kleinem Kamin eine gemütliche Sitzecke, im oberen Turmzimmer fanden die abendlichen Märchenstunden für unsere Kinder statt... Alles in allem können wir "La Solana" nur weiterempfehlen - der fehlende Pool hat nicht gestört, die Atmosphäre ist urtümlich und gemütlich, und auch der Hausmeister Emilio war immer nett und hilfsbereit.

"- La maison est extrêmement bien située: vue superbe, magnifiques criques alentour, charmant petit port de Porto Petro. - La maison elle-même est très bien distribuée et a du charme, avec son patio en entrant, son architecture locale, sa terrasse incroyable sur tout le toit. - Le seul pb de la maison vient des équipements sanitaires(eau chaude limitée dans les sdb, écoulements parfois problématiques) - Prix: Demander clairement à l''avance les suppléments à prévoir."
