About this property

Cozy house for 8 people, across from the starting line of the Cap Ferret Marathon, near the market

Ideally located in the town of Piraillan, next to the market and 500m from the beaches of the Bay.
The Ocean is 15 minutes away by bike.

All the bedding is recent. The kitchen is modern, the appliances are very functional :p induction lacquers, extractor hood, pyrolysis oven, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer part) "big family" size, dishwasher.
The living room is comfortable with 2 sofas, a flat screen TV. There is wifi in all rooms.
The bedrooms are bright and quiet. The house is very cool in the summer (no need for air conditioning or fan) and well heated in the winter.
There is a bathroom and a walk-in shower room. 2 separate toilets and a washing machine.
Our garden is enclosed with a terrace and a lawn area. You will find a large table, deckchairs and a barbecue.
You can rent linen from us on request and book your cleaning.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Maison très agréable et bien placée

Cette maison est très agréable à vivre, dans un quartier calme, mais près du marché, super sympa pour faire des courses locales le matin. Le logement est spacieux, tout comme l’extérieur, qui est très pratique. La cuisine est très fournie et tout est de très bonne qualité. Un super rapport qualité prix pour cette période.

Grande villa très pragmatique

Accueil chaleureux avec beaucoup d'explication. Villa confortable et impeccable pour 3 couples. Il y eu un problème de froid pour le frigo, celui-ci a été changer aussitôt... Nous recommandons sans réserve cette propriété.

nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'hébergement. Très bien équipé… il ne manque rien…. l'espace extérieur est vaste et agréable...nous y étions fin Juin … très calme...peu de voisinage a cette époque. Je recommande...

maison agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison avec terrasse. Propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée (manque que l'accès internet !), spacieuse et au calme. Idéal pour une famille nombreuse comme nous. Elle est en plus idéalement placée, face au marché de Piraillan (malheureusement fermé lors de notre séjour). Accueil parfait.

Sehr gemütliches Haus. Toll ist der Markt direkt vor der Tür. Leider Nachts etwas laut, durch Müllauto und Jugendliche. Aber es ist okay. Netter Kontakt. Sehr gut ausgestattet.

Une jolie maison avec une déco soignée et un empla

Nous sommes enchantés de notre petite escapade au Cap Ferret. Nous avons apprécié la maison charmante, son emplacement & l'accueil de Virginie sur place. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! Merci aux propriétaires pour la déco et la propreté de la maison.
