Kendall Yards vacation rentals

This house is as beautiful as the pictures. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. This was one of the nicest stays. We came from Ca for a wedding. It was a long drive and this was an amazing place to stay.

The house was listed as promised. It was comfortable and homey. We went to a concert at the Spokane arena which was very close to the location of the house. The tub & shower were nice. The yard is fenced but the listing says dogs can get through small spaces so we didn’t allow our dogs off leash. It was nice that there was a driveway as the street is very narrow & tight. There were fans and AC units which were nice. The things that we would prefer as guests would be a darkening shade in the main bedroom as the room is very bright, very early in the am and the bed is softer than we would prefer. Either a firmer mattress or a topper to be available would be nice but this is a nice place.

This lovely sunny home was perfect for our family gathering. Comfortable beds and great kitchen. The three levels gave each of us privacy,I and the lower floor kitchen, dining and sitting area perfect for getting together. Great location in Kendall Yards, walkable to cute shops and restaurants, easy drive to markets and The Podium. Thank you Elliot and Elizabeth.

I and my partner stayed at the studio for a 1-week Spokane holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. They were very quick to answer any questions and the instructions for everything were clear. The studio itself is compact but the space is well used and it has everything you would need for a week's stay. The house is lovely, and we also enjoyed the outdoor bbq area. The place is located right next to a very beautiful part of the centennial trail. I would definitely stay here again!
