This was our third visit to this apartment and it satisfied all our needs. Alessandra is a great host, replies to any queries promptly. The position of the apartment is perfect. A large roof terrace and a terrace off the lounge and bedroom with unrestricted views to the sea. Very convenient if you have not got a car as bus stop outside the apartment block. There is also plenty of car parking space.

Apartment set in very well kept grounds

The apartment is in an excellent position and the roof terrace which is not overlooked is an added bonus. A car lets you see other parts of the island but there is a bus stop right outside the apartment.

Repeat Visit to the Apartment

We have stayed a number of times at the Apartment. It is in a quiet residential location and has views of the sea and mountains. Very clean and well equipped. Breakfast in the sun on the solarium is a pleasure for us.

Confortable and well presented Apartment

We were welcomed by Manuela who showed us around the well equipped apartment, the balcony and a fabulous terrace with fantastic views. The apartment was clean we had plenty of hanging space in the bedroom and a very comfortable bed. I would happily book there again if I returned.

Enjoyed our time so much rebooked for December again

We have just spent 30 days in Alessandra's apartment and really enjoyed it so much we have rebooked for end of this year again. Alessandra is a very good host and responds to any questions very quickly. We were welcomed by Manuela when we arrived who showed us around the apartment. The apartment is in a very nicely kept complex within walking distance of Calleo Salvaje for shops and restaurants and there a bus stop outside the apartment for longer trips. We found one of the big features is the roof terrace with an almost 360 degree view.

As Ronson say 'it does what it says on the tin'; our stay was in May and the area was very quiet, two tiny quibbles, one, it's a bit of a faff to get through the gate and then the front door, think Porridge, and, two, unfortunately the neighbour on the floor below was a heavy smoker which means you can't have the doors open in the evenings unless, you too, want to develop cancer. Also when you come from the airport in your hire car ignore the sat nav no left turn and do what everyone else does.

Great quiet location with lovely view

We have stayed in this property several times before so knew to expect a lovely apartment with great views in a quiet area. We love the sun terrace on the roof, layout of the property and ease of access via the lift. It feels relaxing and is clean and comfortable. We struggle to find any fault which is why we return and may well do so again. Unfortunately on this occasion the pool was closed on our arrival for repairs, and the closure was for 2 weeks. The pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds, whatever time of day you visit. However, as access to the pool was pivotal to our holiday we moved out to another apartment after just a few days. We did receive a refund for the retaining days from the management who were very apologetic but ultimately this situation was out of their hands.

Preis/Leistung super!!

Check-In und Kommunikation reibungslos. Tolle Aussicht, oberste Lage. KĂŒche etc. sehr gut ausgestattet. Rooftop sehr großzĂŒgig. Von Nachteil ist aber, der Rooftop ist von beiden Seiten ( Nachbarn ) einsehbar. Wer das zweite Schlafzimmer ( Kinderzimmer ) nutzt, muss sich auf den LĂ€rm der Straße einlassen... In den vorderen RĂ€umen nebst Balkon ist es aber ruhig.

Bel appartement et belle vue !

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine Ă  4 personnes dans cet appartement. Il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, il ne manque rien. Il est parfait pour 4 personnes Les 2 terrasses sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ© pour visiter l'Ăźle car accĂšs direct Ă  la route. Le petit point nĂ©gatif est qu'il est en bord de route et donc assez bruyant en journĂ©e, la nuit ça va mais difficile de laisser les fenĂȘtres cĂŽtĂ© route ouvertes et comme il n'y a pas de clim ça peut ĂȘtre embĂȘtant quand il fait trĂšs chaud. De l'autre cĂŽtĂ© c'est trĂšs calme, il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde et la piscine est top ! Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et nous recommandons sans problĂšme, super communication avec l'hĂŽte qui est trĂšs arrangeant.

Appartement Callao Salvaje

Nous avons passé 2 super semaines dans l'appartement d'Alessandra. L'appartement est fidÚle à l'annonce, bien équipé. Les 2 terrasses sont trÚs appréciables avec la vue sur l'océan. La petite terrasse idéale pour les repas du midi et la plus grande pour ceux du soir. La piscine de la résidence est trÚs bien également et il y avait peu de monde. L'appartement est à proximité des commerces, de la plage, des restaurants ... Une belle découverte de Ténérife avec un logement qui correspondait bien à nos attentes. Merci beaucoup à Alessandra et Manuela qui a été trÚs réactive sur des demandes d'informations.

Perfect

We just wish we were staying longer! This apartment is absolutely perfect in every way. Immaculate with quality furnishings inside and out. Loads of towels etc. The views from the three balconies are just superb. With binoculars you can see the whales and dolphins; even without the sunsets were amazing. The owners have obviously put a great deal of love and care into this property. The complex itself is very quiet with a wonderful pool with sun loungers; all of the grounds beautifully maintained by a very friendly grounds man. There is nowhere else we would stay in the south of Tenerife. Many many thanks for a truly relaxing and serene stay. Also you can walk into Calli Savage in ten minutes for anything you need!❀Jeanne & John

Pause vom Winter

Alles gut in der Wohnung, bestens geeignet als Refugium aus dem kalten Norden, besonders die Dachterrasse. Die Straße hinter dem Haus stört schon ein bisschen, wenn man im Kinderzimmer mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Oropax hilft bestimmt.

Bel appartement, vue trés agréable sur l'océan

Nous avions sĂ©lectionnĂ© cet appartement pour la vue et la piscine, nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçus ! Les abords de la piscine sont trĂšs propres et sĂ©curisĂ©s. La situation gĂ©ographique permet de visiter l'Ăźle assez facilement (accĂšs rapide Ă  la TF-1). Nous n'avons pas vu Alessandra mais nous avions Ă©changĂ© avant notre venue et une personne s'est occupĂ© de notre arrivĂ©e. Le balcon ombragĂ© aura eu nos faveurs par rapport Ă  la grande terrasse sur le toit un peu trop chaude pour nous. Le Wi-Fi est fonctionnel et permet de se renseigner sur les lieux Ă  visiter. Quelques points Ă  revoir : matelas un peu trop fin, Ă©tendoir Ă  linge usĂ© et Ă©quipements extĂ©rieur fatiguĂ©s. Points positifs : grandes armoires avec cintres pour les vĂȘtements, canapĂ© confortable et jeux de plage pour enfants. Dans l'ensemble, nos 3 semaines se sont trĂšs bien passĂ©es et nous recommandons cette location.

Great apartment great location

Great apartment. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the sea view and the bonus of a roof terrace which we used everyday. Quiet location and great pool area. Have srayed here before and will be back.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour, l'appartement Ă©tait mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Appartement trĂšs propre, bien Ă©quipĂ©. Vu magnifique. Un trĂšs bon pied Ă  terre pour visiter l'Ăźle. RĂ©sidence trĂšs propre, ainsi que la piscine. Si vous voulez vous retrouver loin de tout les touristes, c'est la rĂ©sidence idĂ©ale.
