This was our third visit to this apartment and it satisfied all our needs. Alessandra is a great host, replies to any queries promptly. The position of the apartment is perfect. A large roof terrace and a terrace off the lounge and bedroom with unrestricted views to the sea. Very convenient if you have not got a car as bus stop outside the apartment block. There is also plenty of car parking space.
The apartment is in an excellent position and the roof terrace which is not overlooked is an added bonus. A car lets you see other parts of the island but there is a bus stop right outside the apartment.

Callao Salvaje Apartment
We had a smiling welcome from Manuela to this spacious, very clean apartment. The location was as described and very quiet. We had a lovely stay and hope to return again soon.

We have stayed a number of times at the Apartment. It is in a quiet residential location and has views of the sea and mountains. Very clean and well equipped.
Breakfast in the sun on the solarium is a pleasure for us.
Pleasant and well-located accommodation with free parking
A very quiet and pleasant accommodation with a nice view of the surroundings. Lacked any utensils at all for cooking and close to shops for shopping.

Confortable and well presented Apartment
We were welcomed by Manuela who showed us around the well equipped apartment, the balcony and a fabulous terrace with fantastic views.
The apartment was clean we had plenty of hanging space in the bedroom and a very comfortable bed.
I would happily book there again if I returned.
Enjoyed our time so much rebooked for December again
We have just spent 30 days in Alessandra's apartment and really enjoyed it so much we have rebooked for end of this year again. Alessandra is a very good host and responds to any questions very quickly. We were welcomed by Manuela when we arrived who showed us around the apartment. The apartment is in a very nicely kept complex within walking distance of Calleo Salvaje for shops and restaurants and there a bus stop outside the apartment for longer trips. We found one of the big features is the roof terrace with an almost 360 degree view.
As Ronson say 'it does what it says on the tin'; our stay was in May and the area was very quiet, two tiny quibbles, one, it's a bit of a faff to get through the gate and then the front door, think Porridge, and, two, unfortunately the neighbour on the floor below was a heavy smoker which means you can't have the doors open in the evenings unless, you too, want to develop cancer. Also when you come from the airport in your hire car ignore the sat nav no left turn and do what everyone else does.
We have stayed in this property several times before so knew to expect a lovely apartment with great views in a quiet area. We love the sun terrace on the roof, layout of the property and ease of access via the lift. It feels relaxing and is clean and comfortable. We struggle to find any fault which is why we return and may well do so again. Unfortunately on this occasion the pool was closed on our arrival for repairs, and the closure was for 2 weeks. The pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds, whatever time of day you visit. However, as access to the pool was pivotal to our holiday we moved out to another apartment after just a few days. We did receive a refund for the retaining days from the management who were very apologetic but ultimately this situation was out of their hands.
Check-In und Kommunikation reibungslos. Tolle Aussicht, oberste Lage. KĂŒche etc. sehr gut ausgestattet. Rooftop sehr groĂzĂŒgig. Von Nachteil ist aber, der Rooftop ist von beiden Seiten ( Nachbarn ) einsehbar. Wer das zweite Schlafzimmer ( Kinderzimmer ) nutzt, muss sich auf den LĂ€rm der StraĂe einlassen... In den vorderen RĂ€umen nebst Balkon ist es aber ruhig.
We just wish we were staying longer! This apartment is absolutely perfect in every way. Immaculate with quality furnishings inside and out. Loads of towels etc. The views from the three balconies are just superb. With binoculars you can see the whales and dolphins; even without the sunsets were amazing. The owners have obviously put a great deal of love and care into this property. The complex itself is very quiet with a wonderful pool with sun loungers; all of the grounds beautifully maintained by a very friendly grounds man. There is nowhere else we would stay in the south of Tenerife. Many many thanks for a truly relaxing and serene stay. Alles gut in der Wohnung, bestens geeignet als Refugium aus dem kalten Norden, besonders die Dachterrasse. Die StraĂe hinter dem Haus stört schon ein bisschen, wenn man im Kinderzimmer mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Oropax hilft bestimmt.
Great apartment. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the sea view and the bonus of a roof terrace which we used everyday. Quiet location and great pool area. Have srayed here before and will be back.
