Studio vétuste

Nous avons été très bien reçus par la personne en charge d’accueillir les vacanciers, très prévenante tout au long du séjour. Malheureusement cela ne peut rien retirer à la vétusté du studio, malgré l’effort de propreté : odeur de renfermé et d’humidité, traces noires sur les murs (moisissures nettoyées), papier peint décollé, moisissures dans la salle d’eau. Il n’y avait pas de photos de la salle d’eau, cela mériterait pourtant. Très exiguë, rideau et pomme de douche à changer. Un studio est loué au 1re étage de la maison, mais l’insonorisation du plancher n’est pas celle d’un appartement, malgré la discrétion de la famille présente à l’étage. Les équipements sont anciens mais fonctionnels. La literie est bonne (matelas récent), le lit d’appoint est un clic-clac. Bref, cela mériterait une bonne rénovation et l’installation d’une vraie VMC. Pour ce qui est de la situation, c’est parfait, à deux pas de la plage. Et la terrasse est à l’ombre le matin et le soir, c’est très appréciable.

Petite correction : l'appartement est au rez-de-chaussé et non au premier étage. En effort est prévu d'être fait pour moderniser ce logement.

Super Lage zum Strand in muffiger Unterkunft

Soulac ist immer eine Reise wert. Leider war die Unterkunft es nicht unbedingt. Insgesamt alles vorhanden,inklusive Ungeziefer, aber Herd, Waschmaschine und übrige Ausstattung sind mehr als rostig überaltert. Positiv ist die eigene kleine ruhige Terrasse und die Nähe zum Strand.

L'avis des locataires sur la literie est très variable, certains souhaitent une literie molle, d'autre raide. Pour cette location, le matelas est très récent et la sommier est un sommier très classique à latte. Néanmoins nous prévoyons de les renouveler pour la prochaine location et de moderniser les décorations de ce logement (annoncé comme rustique).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Accueil très sympathique de la dame qui gère la location sur place et qui en plus est très serviable. Beau petit appartement fonctionnel. Très bien situé : 100 m environ de la plage et moins d'1 km de la ville.

Proche de tout

Très bonne accueil de la personne qui accueille les Vacanciers.(agréable, gentille, soucieuse de notre bien-être). La location est proche de la plage, et pro che des commerces. J'ai apprécié la propreté du logement à notre arrivée. Seul bémol la douche trop petite. Peut-être une cabine douche serait il mieux.

location de vacances à soulac sur mer

location très bien situé par rapport à la plage, on peut s'y rendre sans problème à pied. on peut également se rendre à pied au centre du village, tout tranquillement. logement situé dans une rue non passante et situé à l'arrière d'une maison d'habitation. donc beaucoup de calme. nous avons aussi apprécié cette petite terrasse fermée. cuisine correcte, et chambre très grande. Un seul bémol , salle d'eau, Wc, trop petite surtout pour une famille de 4 personnes.. Il serait judicieux de la refaire en prenant sur la surface de la chambre très grande. globalement nous avons été satisfait de cette location. Jocelyne
