Near to the sea (500 mt.) in a nice village called Valle Scinni (2 km from Peschici center) a semi-detached house with independent entrance. Large and bright living room with 1 sofa bed (bed 140x190) with kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two separate beds, 2 bathrooms (both with shower and bidet). The apartment has a nice sea view and with an equipped garden ( with a lunch/dining area and outdoor shower) and an overhanging terrace / solarium of 50 square meters. with very pleasant sea view. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs and is illuminated for pleasant evenings outdoors.

Siamo stati benissimo a peschici! L'appartamento è in una posizione perfetta. Vicinissima alle spiagge (raggiungibili anche a piedi) vicino ai ristoranti. Una vacanza perfetta

Vicino al mare e con vista stupenda

Marina è una proprietaria disponibile e affidabile. La sua casa è in una bella posizione, vicino alle spiagge di Procenisco e San Nicola e lontano dalla confusione del centro di Peschici (raggiungibile comunque in 5 minuti di auto). La mattina è piacevole fare colazione sotto l'albero di limoni e, quando non c'è vento forte, alla sera è spettacolare cenare sul terrazzo con vista mare e tramonto. Qualche accorgimento in più all'interno (ad esempio sostituire le tende nella doccia con un box doccia e mettere le zanzariere a tutte le finestre) la renderebbero un soluzione perfetta per godersi una vacanza a Peschici. Nel complesso comunque la consiglio assolutamente e spero di poterci tornare presto. Grazie Marina

Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse

Spartanisch und lieblos eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Das Highlight war die Dachterrasse (Aussicht) und der Zitronenbaum vorm Haus(viele reife Früchte). Keine Beschattung auf der Dachterrasse und schlechte Beschattung (durch Weinranken) im Innenhof. Ein Essen im Hof ist schwierig, weil ständig Laub oder Käfer aus dem Weinstock ins Essen fallen.
