A localização do apartamento é excelente e numa área sossegada, apesar de estar muito perto dos bares da Oura... A piscina é grande e com bastante sol... O único apontamento negativo que tenho a fazer é o facto de não ter um forno ou um grelhador eléctrico e o facto de o apartamento ser um bocado quente (não tendo ar condicionado...). No entanto, é um sítio que recomendo e, sem dúvida, poderei um dia voltar.

A nivel de comodiade o apartamento é bom. A nivel de ferramentas de cozinha existe muita falta como um forno, tachos com tamanhos médios e taparwares. Também e pena nao se poder fazer grelhados na varanda nem que fosse com um grelhador elétrico.

Boa localização com tudo mto perto (supermercados, restaurantes, bares e outro tipo de lojas). Condomínio muito sossegado e calmo, ótimo para férias em família. Só a melhorar o check-in e o chek-out, muito tempo de espera.

La prestation du logement ne justifie pas son tarif

L’algave regorge de magnifiques endroits à visiter...la location ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Secteur très bruyant,location à côté d’un restaurant se qui rend difficile le stationnement. Absence de climatisation et disfonctionnement de la pompe de la piscine...se qui a occasionné deux jour sans pouvoir en profiter car l’eau était verte. En dehors du fait que cette location ne nous corresponde pas la propriétaire est accessible et répond rapidement.

Bonjour Aurélie, je suis désolée que la location n'aie pas correspondu à vos attentes. Malheureusement, vous n'avez pas eu de chance avec la piscine car la pompe à eau est tombée en panne pendant votre séjour. Néanmoins, cet événement indépendant de notre volonté a été très rapidemment résolu. En ce qui concerne la climatisation, l'appartement n'a pas cet équipement. Néanmoins, nous avons un ventilateur de plafond très fonctionnel ainsi qu'un deuxième ventilateur dans la chambre. On obtient facilement de l'air frais le soir, en ouvrant aussi une fenêtre. Au niveau du stationnement, je suis étonnée car s'il y a un endroit à Albufeira où l'on stationne facilement, c'est bien proche de l'immeuble qui dispose d'une place par appartement et qui en plus de cela, dispose d'un autre parking public assez grand. Quant au bruit, l'appartement est très bien localisé car il se situe dans une zone calme, au bout d' une voie sans issue, ce qui aténue le bruit venu de l'extérieur, et en même temps il est à une courte distance à pied de bars et restaurants. De plus l'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, avec des matelas neufs et confortables, machine à laver la vaisselle, lave-linge etc. Bon retour chez vous. Amicalement, Sandy.

A nice flat for holidays for 6 persons with 2 bedrooms and a living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a terrace. From the terrace you have a front view to the swimingpool and garden and there is a table with chairs.
The apartment is in the 1º floor without lift.
Close to the animate and famous strip, the long street which runs from Montechoro to praia da Oura, with numerous bars, restaurants and night life and at 600m from the beach.
Linen and towels are furnished.
There are a wide choise of water sports, golf,boattrips available in the area.
