Great place

Barbara is an excellent host and great communicator. We loved the location, and the place was wonderful with several extra goodies waiting on us. WI-FI worked great. Everything was clean and neat. Will rebook if we return to Florence.

Lieu d’exception!

Bien situé, tout près du Ponte Vechio. Tout peut se faire à pied à partir de cet appartement. Barbara est accueillante et donne de bonne information sur restos du coin et autres.

Great Stay

My newlywed husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The owner was very sweet and accommodating. She arranged for us to have transportation to and from the airport. Spacious apartment with loft. WiFi connection was great throughout all the rooms. Great location in Florence, accessible to the city and the main attractions along the river. There are also great restaurants just minutes away. Only small issue was the hot water did not turn on the last day we were there. Overall, great stay and would recommend to a friend. Ciao!

Abbiamo trascorso cinque giorni nella bellissima Firenze soggiornando in qs.delizioso bilocale ad un passo da ponte vecchio. Posizione comodissima in una via secondaria abbastanza silenziosa,vicina a ristoranti,bar e supermercato! L'appartamento e' pulito,confortevole,spazioso e ben arredato. Gentilissima e disponibile Barbara, la proprietaria, che ci ha calorosamente accolto al NS.arrivo fornendoci informazioni su ristoranti e siti da visitare......

"The apartment was so nic...

"The apartment was so nice, clean and well-located. Just a 10 min stroll to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Bargelo or Boboli Gardens. Also nearby and uphill the lovely Piazzale Michelangelo for a breathless view of the city! Near to supermarkets, open air markets and nice restaurants. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you might need with room for up to 4-5 people comfortably, maybe even 6 if you consider the sofa. The living and kitchen areas were ample and easy to convert to comfortable dining areas. The owners were lovely people, living nearby, and always very helpful throughout the stay with anything you might need (maps, guidance, suggestions, etc.), but also never obtrusive in any way. The 2 bedrooms themselves are loft-style and require climbing up spiral staircases. So it is definitely appropriate for the younger, spry or more agile traveler. If you have problems with walking, climbing or are elderly you might want to consider using the semi-private sleeping area between the bedrooms and living area. All the beds are very comfortable with the 2 bedrooms having Queen to large Full-sized beds (American sizes) and the semi-private room having a large-sized Twin size bed/sofa convertible. There are plenty of dressing areas, closets, mirrors, etc. so that multiple people sharing the 1 bathroom have plenty of opportunity to dress privately while taking turns in the shower. Washing machine is in the bathroom which makes taking a shower a bit tight, but after all, this is normal for Europe, and of course part of the charm. A lovely, lovely place...I would stay again...no question!"

"Appartement bien situé à...

"Appartement bien situé à 200 m environ du Ponte Vecchio sur la rive gauche (rue parallèle à l''Arno en amont du pont)). Décoration agréable, appartement bien équipé et belles prestations pour le linge de maison (draps et serviettes). Appartement un peu sombre car situé au Rez de Chaussée mais très sécurisé (barreaux aux fenêtres qui permettent de les laisser ouvertes) et peu bruyant (les ouvertures se situent sur la petite cour intérieure) L''accueil de la propriétaire est très sympathique et efficace (n''hésitez pas à lui demander de vous emmener pour trouver une place gratuite pour le parking de la voiture... comptez une distance de 600 m de l''appartement mais on n''a pas besoin de voiture vu l''emplacement de la location). Bref, excellent séjour malgré la chaleur (merci aux 2 ventilateurs à disposition)"

"Très beau petit appartem...

"Très beau petit appartement, bien conçu et joliment décoré, situé à 2 pas du Ponte Vecchio. Très pratique, nous étions tout de suite rendus sur les lieux de visite, et proches des commerces, ainsi que d''un très bon glacier, moins cher que dans la vieille ville. L''appartement est très propre, bien équipé. Nous nous y sommes sentis à l''aise avec nos 3 jeunes enfants. Le bruit de la rue n''est pas gênant, et ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Enfin, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Barbara, qui a le soucis de notre confort. A notre tour de recommander chaleureusement cet appartement."

"appartement très bien si...

"appartement très bien situé. Propriétaire très aimable et appartement propre lors de notre arrivée. commerces, musées proches. seul bémol les voisins du dessus. télévision et bruits constants et forts jusqu’à plus de minuit et bruits de pas à en faire vibrer les murs ( sans exagérations) dés 6h du matin. conclusions: appartement très bien, propriétaire très gentille et boules quies nécessaires."
