A wonderful location close enough to walk to all attractions we were interested in! The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. The communication with management was excellent. Would definitely visit again!

Great location near the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Lovely veranda to have a coffee or drink outside. Seamless check in process with a warm welcome. Felt like home while we were in Firenze.

Maria was such s gracious host! She went above and beyond to make sure my daughters had a smooth check in/ out . This was s perfect location as well. It was close enough to walk to all of the sites and be able to come back to the apartment to rest, refresh and cool off for a bit.

Amazing apartment in great location to explore Florence. Maria Pia was wonderful and Mila made checking in a breeze. She was so helpful with getting us a cab and offered to come receive our luggage that was lost since we had a tour the next day. We couldn’t have been happier with the place. So many amenities to make it a wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here! It's a great location on a pretty quiet street, Just steps away from Piazza Santa Trinita, the Arno River, Pointe Vecchio and more. The building has a small lift for luggage which is a big plus. The apartment has lots of natural light, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Our greeter, Mila, was very sweet, helpful with suggestions for the area and very responsive with any questions. Highly recommend staying here! Grazie mille, Mila and Maria!

My family stayed in three VRBOs while in Italy, and this one was, by far the best. The property is in excellent condition. The location is perfect--close to many sights, shopping, and excellent food--yet quiet when you want a break from the crowds. What really set this property apart was the attention to every detail. Many extras were provided like coffee and toiletries. The host arranged for a taxi for us for our departure. Every time we had questions, we received a quick response. I give this property my highest recommendation and hope to return some day.

We stayed in 3 different properties as part of our recent trip to Italy. Maria's was by far my favorite. Probably the best part was that we were told that we didn't need to worry about the garbage or a few dirty dishes because their cleaning lady would take care of it. After dawn to dusk traveling, the last thing thing that we cared to worry about was taking out the trash. Obviously, if we had accumulated a lot and needed to clear the space, we would have. We appreciated the detailed information on how and where to do it. But, the fact we were told we didn't have to do it...that was gold. The hospitality was off the charts! There was also a small sewing kit in one of the drawers which came in quite handy when my day bag got a hole in it. The communication was excellent, and we were able to check out a little later than required. That enabled us to do a little sight seeing the morning of our departure without worrying about how to store our luggage. Thank you, Maria! I will refer your properties to my friends.

Great Location

This property is literally in the middle of Florence. It’s an easy walk to all the main tourist locations. The accommodations met all our needs. Would definitely stay there again if we travel back to Florence.

Perfect location

The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. Kitchen was complete and we made several meals while we were there. After dark this is a very quiet and peaceful area. When we return this apartment is where we will want to stay again.

Close to everything!

The property was fantastic. Easy walk to the train and so close to the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. Felt very safe to walk around at night on our own. Maria Pia was an excellent hostess.

This is our 3rd stay in this apartment and it is the best location in Florence. It is well furnished, clean, comfortable and Maria Pia is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this apartment for 2-3 people.
