Appartement de Charme avec Parking - Proche Centre Ville

Charmant appartement au calme, dimension totale 110 pièces très spacieuses, hauts plafonds.
Situé dans un très bon quartier bien desservi, à proximité du centre-ville (Duomo 10-15 min à pied, la gare de Campo Marte est à quelques pas).
Des places de parking dans un terrain privé fermé avec portail sont disponibles à certaines périodes de l'année (demander sur demande).
L'appartement est composé de deux grandes chambres doubles (une avec lit double, une avec lits jumeaux), un grand salon avec canapé et fauteuils, TV couleur, salle de bain avec douche, lave-linge.
Il est entièrement meublé dans un style branché toscan, certaines pièces sont antiques.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner des plats italiens, un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, une cuisinière 4 feux, un four électrique.

Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis.
Les références des anciens résidents / touristes peuvent être fournies sur demande.

We never used the parking.There was a gated area.For us we could walk to city center sites. The closeness to the train staion, less then 5 minute walk was a good feature since the tours we booked started at an alternate train station. I would stay there again.

Florentine retreat

It was lovely to stay in this apartment very close to central Florence but far enough away from the crowds to relax after a tiring day. The neighbourhood had everything you needed close at hand. Francesco was excellent with his communication which made things so much less stressful. A wonderful stay!

A stop in Florence

We loved our stay here! This was our home base for our honeymoon trip to Italy and we could not have asked for a better space and host. Francesco was communicative and quick to respond and provide assistance when we needed help with things at the apartment. The space was clean and relatively quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of the city center - it's about a 20 or so minute walk from most of the city's sights and we thought it was a perfect get away from the typical tourist chaos. There's a grocery store just a few blocks away that we frequented for snacks and when we wanted to cook at the apartment. We also found our favorite gelato place close by - Gelato Gabriele Vanucci - their flavors are unique and unbeatable (my favorite was the cioccolampone). Many thanks to Francesco and his family for being so accommodating, helpful, and providing such a great space!

Large well furnished apartment

This is a beautiful apartment with lovely furnishings. The kitchen has most everything you would need and the neighbourhood is quiet. It was very nice to come home to after a busy day touring around Florence

Good Value

Location was nice. Neighborhood was pleasant and clean. Awkward to walk thru the bedroom to get to the kitchen. Since it was very hot, we utilized the fans. While the fans worked, they are ready for an upgrade. Overall the place was clean and neat. However, furniture could use upgrading. It is all pretty worn.

Exceptional Space and Hospitality

Excellent for a long stay

We stayed here for 5 months for work and school. The apartment has everything you need, is spacious, is in a great, quiet location a short walk from everything you need to see in Florence. Train station Campo di Marte is 6 min away on foot and really convenient. Really recommend this apartment and the owners are great to deal with. Grazie!

Quiet and central

A quiet and very peaceful part of Florance. The center within a 10 minute walk. The apartment gives you the feeling of an old urban villa. Perfect instructions from the host. Perfectly for a week’s stay to discover Florence and the rest of Tuscany. The parking place is a big plus.

Great property and hosts!

This apartment was wonderful! A little away from the tourist crowds on a quiet street. Very close to campo de marte train station, eateries and grocery shopping. A short walk to all the sights of Florence. Francesco and Laura were wonderful hosts. Francesco showed us several maps and answered all our questions about the area, etc. the apartment was large, clean and comfortable. We were two ladies traveling and felt safe the entire time. I can't image a more perfect apartment, location or hosts!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Home away from Home

Elegant clean apartment in a quite neighborhood. Restaurants, cafés, grocery and train station within easy walking distance. We would stop at a Cafe for a coffee and pastry and then catch the train spend the day in Florence and then return to our normal neighborhood and live like a local for a bit. Our hosts Francesco and Laura took great care of us, gave us our privacy but were always available if needed. Great experience! Gail and Rene September 2023

Lovely apartment

Francesco was a fabulous host! He was helpful with information and also assisted when we needed a package posted to us. The apartment is very spacious, for Italian standards, and had all the amenities we needed as a family of four. The only point to make note of, while the apartment does have heating, it cannot be controlled from within the apartment and is only controlled by the host in their adjoining apartment. Some mornings we woke a little chilly as the heating hadn't set in yet. In saying that, there were additional blankets provided.A great location to walk (or get the bus) to the centre. Local train station, Campo di Marte, was also very accessible for us when taking day trips out of Florence. Our children were very appreciative of the toys that were available in the apartment. We are thankful as the apartment felt like our home for the 2 months we stayed there.

Great Apartment Close to Everything

We had a wonderful stay! It was so spacious and had everything we needed. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped to make most of our meals at home. We were close to many grocery stores and St Ambrosio Market, where you could pick up everything from fresh fruit & vegetables to fresh pasta and spices. There were cafes close by for coffee or a glass of wine. Florence is such a walkable city and everything was just a short walk away - 20 minutes to the Duomo, 25 minutes to Piazza Michelangelo and 30 minutes to Pitti Palace (for a slow walker like me). Compo di Marte Train station is 5 minutes away and has a direct train to Arezzo and also connects to SMN Train Station for all other destinations. The apartment was very spacious and quiet and allowed for us to have our own space. The large windows and high ceilings added to this open feeling. Walking in the evening was safe as this is a local community where people were out walking all the time. Communication with Francesco was fantastic and he quickly answered questions we asked and addressed any issues we had. The only complaint would be that the beds in both rooms were very squeaky. The apartment itself was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone who wants to have a place that feels like home that is close to everything but away from the frantic tourist energy at the end of the day. Appartement très fonctionnel, situé dans un quartier calme, à proximité des commerces alimentaires. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. On peut tout faire à pied sachant que Florence est une ville à découvrir en marchant.
