Very nice flat in the very heart of the old city of Monopoli

The house is clean and very well equipped (high above standard), everything was all right. Perfect place with a great atmosphere, close to the beach, cafés, market.

The house is brilliantly located in the old quarter so close to the restaurants and shops.

We had a lovely week in Monopoli it has everything to offer culture and the beaches. We enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace, in the evening a glass of wine. The house was clean and well equipped for a great holiday.

Välkomnande lägenhet med bra sängar!

Ligger två trappor upp och det är höga trappsteg! Vi har bott en vecka och alla har trivts, alla fem! Nära till morgondopp och mitt i Gamla Stan. Välkomnande värdinna som är hjälpsam. Bra köksutrustning. Och en fin terrass. Wi-FI funkar för tre åt gången. Vi har hyrt cyklar och sett mycket av omgivningarna.

Great location, in the heart of the old city of Monopoli!

The apartment was really nice, spacious rooms, great location, in the old town of Monopoli, 5 min walk from a supermarket and 3 min walk from the nearest beach. Mimma was very friendly and helpfull and although she was out of town in the period we visited the city she send her cousin to wait for us. She also made some great adjustments to the stairs to the roof terase, where we took our breakfast and lunch. Thank you Mimma!

Perfect place for a visit to Puglia

We have stayed for 10 days in the apartment/house of Mimma. The situation in Monopoli and Monopoli itself is perfect. It is a lively town and full of Italian live. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and with a good bed, but that is always personal. We cooked ourselves for 4 nights and the kitchen is well equipped. Of course not the material I have at home and not the big wine glasses, but it is more then enough for our holiday. The big surprise was that we had internet. We were the first to use it. Our kids (and we also) were very delighted and happy with this! The kind reception and best service of Mimma made it a better holiday for us. The restaurants she mentioned, were indeed the best, with the best prices. Mimma, thank you again for making our holiday a very special one to remember!

Very nice appartment

Mimma was so kind, she picked us up at the railwaystation to bring us to the appartment. And when we left, her brother took us back to the station with his car. Nice and helpfull people! It's a great place to stay, if you don't mind walking the stairs. It's a pity that the roof terrace is a bit difficult to reach, but I think Mimma is planning to change something about that. And she informed us in advance about the stairs, so that is a good thing. The appartment itself is very spacious and nice, the livingroom is cosy and the kitchen has everything you need (except for baking dishes to use in the oven...That is a pity, because I wanted to make lasagna but I could not). The appartement is really good situated, right in the centre of the old town (centro storico) of Monopoli. Quiet at night. It's so nice to walk around, eveything is nearby, the bakery, little supermarket, fruits and vegetables. And very nice cafes and restaurants (with free Wifi!), especially on the Piazza Garibaldi. Even in the beginning of October there was a nice liveliness on the streets going on. We recommmend the appartment and we also recommend Monopoli. We advise to rent bycicles, that makes it easy getting around.

Sehr schöne gepflegte und moderne Unterkunft!

Wir haben als Paar zusammen mit unserer einjährigen Tochter 10 Tage in der großen Wohnung von Mimma verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Unser Kind hatte viel Platz zum spielen, auch wenn es mit einer Leiter zur Dachterasse geht, aber das hat auch geklappt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, nur ein paar Meter vom Strand und dem Hafen entfernt inmitten der wundervollen historischen Altstadt von Monopoli. Auch die Umgebung war von dort aus bestens zu erkunden und ein Parkplatz schnell zu finden. Haben uns die Orte Bari, Lecce, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Andria und Sassi di Matera angeschaut.... Sehr zu empfehlen! Danke Mimma für die Gastfreundlichkeit!

Perfekter Aufenthalt !!!

Monopoli besitze eine wunderschöne und interessante Altstadt, in deren Mitte die Wohnung liegt. Sie ist mit allen erdenklichen ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen fantastischen 360° Blick über die Dächer der Stadt. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vor allem Parkmöglichkeiten gezeigt, da die Wohnung nicht direkt mit den Auto angefahren werden kann. Wir, Familie mit einer 6 jährigen Tochter, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen sein.

Agréable séjour au coeur des Pouilles

Joli appartement de 2 grandes chambres. Tout le confort est présent: lave vaisselle, lave linge, cuisine équipée... Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour à Monopoli, petite ville typique des pouilles. Attention néanmoins à ne pas avoir peur de monter des escaliers!!! Peu inconvénient pour des personnes valides L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé: proche des commerces (à 2 pas de la boulangerie,des petits maraîchers, du boucher... et des restaurants le soir! ainsi que de la plage (qui est petite). La propriétaire Mimma est d'une extrême gentillesse et donne tous les conseils et informations nécessaires pour optimiser votre séjour...******

Amazing place!!!

The house is very nice, very comfortable.Location is perfect in the historical center but in very quiet street. Beach is very close too. The town is very nice, with beautiful see, nice historical center, lot of shops and nice restaurants. Is my second time in this house and for sure when i come back again to this beautiful town i will rent it again. The owner is very friendly, very nice person, if u need some help she is ready to help u all the time. Hope to see u soon Monopoli ;)

TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR

Superbe séjour dans le cœur historique de Monopoli. L'appartement est très spacieux pour un couple et nos trois enfants. La proximité des commerces des plages et des restaurant permet d'oublier la voiture. Enfin Mimma vous accueillera chaleureusement et sera là pour régler le moindre de vos soucis.

Bellissima vacanza in Puglia

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento per due settimane con i nostri tre figli proprio nel centro storico di Monopoli. L'alloggio è molto ben equipaggiato e dotato di tutto il necessario per una gradevole vacanza, oltre che pulitissimo.Gli spazi sono molto ampi e l'arredamento di pregio. La sua posizione lo rende comodo ai servizi, nel raggio di 200 metri ci sono negozi di ogni tipo oltre che un parcheggio pubblico dove lasciare l'auto ed è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Alberobello, Ostuni, Castellana Grotte e per chi vuole spingersi un po' più in là, i famosi Sassi di Matera. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un neo, la scala esterna che porta all'appartamento è un po' ripida,ma dopo qualche giorno ci si fa l' abitudine. La signora Mimma è una persona molto squisita e disponibile.Vacanza molto bella, anche dal punto di vista culturale.

Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und liegt mitten in der hübschen Altstadt von Monopoli. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns sogar noch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parkmöglichkeiten gezeigt, direkt am Haus kann man nämlich nicht parken, da die engen Altstadt-Gassen Fußgängerzone sind. Was man nicht auf den Fotos sieht, ist, dass man die Terasse nur über eine Leiter erreichen kann. Die Vermieterin hatte uns aber schon vor der Anreise darüber informiert. Ansonsten ist aber alles wie gesagt top, auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung!

Logement charmant dans la vieille ville dans une des ruelles typiques, très calme, équipement moderne et complet, propreté impeccable, terrasse très sympa sur le toit. A déconseiller pour des personnes à problème de mobilité car il y a des escaliers pour accéder à la maison. Mimma, la proprio est très accueillante et nous a conseillés de bonnes adresses. Nous y retournerons !

"Nous gardons un superbe souvenir de notre séjour. La maison est idéalement située en plein coeur de la magnifique ville de Monopoli, à quelques mètres de la plage. L''équipement de la maison est top niveau, la décoration splendide, la terrasse immense : bref, comme nous le lui avons dit, nous reviendrons y séjourner dès que possible. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto piacevole a Monopoli, l´appartamento si trova nel centro storico della cittá,pochi passi dal mare, tutto é raggiungibile a piedi. É spazioso, ristrutturato e arredato con tanta cura e gusto.

appartement très agréable nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la terrasse n’étant pas la le midi et les soirs étant un peu frisquets l’accès se fait donc par une échelle de coupe mais c'est un plus. place idealement dans le centre restau petit port...accueil sympathique bref tres bonne location

"A lovely appartment righ...

"A lovely appartment right in the centre of the old town of Monopoli. The flat is recently refurbished and was spotlessly clean, we especially loved the roof terrasse. The owner Mimma was extremely friendly and helpful. The town is well linked by public transport to the main tourist sites of the region and we didnt need a car. A great base to discover Puglia."
