quiet house, near a small hamlet, 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms and individual toilets, on the garden level large living room of around 50 m2, with kitchen area, living room and dining room dining room, large swimming pool 4m by 12m, large garden, 18-hole golf course 10 minutes away. typical quercy village with its fortified and classified church, accessible a few minutes walk with bakery-grocery store. pharmacy, gas station and small supermarket 5 km away in cressensac. located at the crossroads of the lot, the corrèze and the dordogne, a multitude of tourist sites are nearby within an hour's drive: sarlat, lascaux caves, collonges la rouge, rocamadour, padirac, turenne, the vineyards of cahors for wine lovers.
