It is part of the “Urbanización Pueblo Lomas de Marbella Club” (housing development), which was awarded by the College of Architects of Malaga in 1988, declared of architectural interest by the Committee of Andalusia in 2008 and of sightseeing preservation by the city of Marbella in 2010.
