Fantastic location

This apartment is absolutely amazing. The equipment is nice, practical, clean and well designed. The apartment is embedded in a surrounding which is resembling a classical Andalusian village. The landlord is super friendly. Altogether highly recommendable.

Fantastic Holiday

It was very wonderful and romantic stay at mr Agenjos House, the communication with mr Agenjo was outstanding, the wiew from the terrase are fantastic, the architecture of the houses are beatyful, the poolarea very amazing with saltwater and heated, the house location is very central, but you need a car.All together it was a marveles October vacation. Great

Property was very sweet and well kept. It is situated in a a pretty area with a beautiful shared pool. It is quite hilly so if you’re not into inclines it might not be for you. 20 walk to the beach front down a hill. We walked down and taxis back - lots of taxis about I would not eat on beachfront as very expensive and not that great. If you head down behind the gluten the free bakery you will find great eateries. The house is really good the only downside for us is there was not guide to tell us where things were etc

3 months in Marbella

I spent the winter (Jan 9 - April 6) at Ramiro's place in Marbella and loved my stay. The house was great. The view from the back patio and master bedroom window was perfect. The kitchen was small, but well equipped. This healthy but unathletic retiree walked 95% of the time - to the beach, the grocery store, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. The (uphill) walk home was a bit challenging at first - but easy after the first week. I used Uber if I was out late or had alot of groceries or shopping. I rented a car for a day or two for trips to Seville and Granada. The bus to Estepona and Malaga was just fine for these shorter trips. The neighborhood is quite and charming, The house is decorated with cool antiques and has everything you need. All in all - a perfect way to spend the winter.

Estancia fantástica

Estuvimos una semana toda la familia, 7 personas y estuvimos muy a gusto. La casa es muy cómoda y muy bien equipada, además, la urbanización es preciosa y súper tranquila. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy fluida desde el momento de la reserva, dándonos mucha y muy útil información. Sin duda, volveríamos!!!

Beautiful spot and house but dirty

We arrivrd but nobody there although we were sharing our location and had an appointment at 14.10 pm The lady arrived a bit late and we entered a dark and mildy smelling and very cold house The blinds were still down and no heating on. It took hours till 20.00 for a little normal temperature of 20C. It was a cold and unpleasant afternoon The kitchen hood was leaking old grease which was dripping on the stove Everything in the kitchen and in the cupboards felt greasy The oven was too dirty to use and the fridge there were left over of food in between the rubber bands There was no washing powder provided for the washing machine and for the dishwasher there was a little keakkng bag with unidentified powder There was just one garbage bag provided I think for rhe price payed all this should be taken better care of

I sent the exact location for the delivery of keys and they arrived at a wrong point, which caused the delay. I am sorry and sorry for your complaints I have never received them from other guests in years. Thank you for informing me because I will take action with the maintenance company.

Schatting Host: De regels van de gemeenschap maken het een rustige plek om je vakantie door te brengen. Maar veel gezinnen genieten van hun vakantie thuis met hun kinderen. Ze trokken alleen zijn aandacht omdat hij het afval bij de deur van het huis had achtergelaten en door een kurk in het zwembad te gebruiken, regels die in elke buurtgemeenschap gelden.

Lovely Andalusian Property

This property is situated in a beautiful residential area with cobbled streets and brightly coloured flowers. The development lies close to the main road between Marbella and Puerto Banus but feels as though it’s a world away from everything as it’s so peaceful. The property itself is set on three levels. Basement level: two bedrooms. A double and a triple. One ensuite with toilet, sink and shower situated in the double room. Ground floor: kitchen/ living area. The kitchen area is small but has everything you need. There is a terrace off this floor. Really lovely with a view of the mountain to the right. We spent much of our time out here. First floor: beautiful double room. This is the master bedroom with an ensuite that has a double sink. It really is a lovely property with many perks. Some points to note; 1. The pool area is meant to be quiet and relaxed. Pool games and Lilos are banned. In June and July children aren’t allowed into the pool between 3-5pm. These rules are strictly enforced by the local residents association. 2. The house fits 7 but it is cosy at that capacity. We got on well but just bear it in mind. 3. While this property is situated close to everything, we would recommend a car as while the supermarkets are only around 5 mins drive away, it’s a bit of a trek to walk in the heat! Overall we loved it and plan to return!

Una casa súper acogedora en una urbanización única. El anfitrión encantador, nos dio toda clase de facilidades, así como recomendaciones. La casa limpísima y ni un insecto, lo que es difícil en un entorno rodeado de jardines. Nos encanto!

Unos vacaciones maravillosas en una casa y urbanización espectacular

Casa espaciosa, muy bien cuidada y equipado con todos los electrodomesticos necesarios. La casa se ubicaba en una urbanización preciosa basada en la arquitectura andaluza y arabe. Con una vegetación e instalaciones, incluyendo piscina, muy bien cuidadas. La localizacion muy conveniente; se podia ir incluso andando a marbella a traves de su paseo maritimo. Unas vacaciones inovidables!

beaucoup de charme , quoique un peu vieillot !

l’urbanisation est ravissante , traitée comme un pueblo andaluz . L’emplacement est parfait , très tranquille mais trés proche du centre de Marbella et de ses beaux quartiers .L’appartement a besoin d’un rafraichissement, mais il semble que ce soit programmé .

Merci pour votre commentaire Comme vous le savez, il s’agit de notre maison de vacances et nous l’améliorons chaque année. Nous sommes maintenant en construction pour améliorer la cuisine, le comptoir avec évier et robinet, la cuisinière à induction et l'extracteur de fumée. Les travaux se termineront ce mois de novembre et nous publierons les photos mises à jour de la cuisine, Nous allons changer l’étage de la pièce du bas qui était très agréable mais qui avait besoin d’être rénové. Nous avons choisi un étage qui correspond au style de la maison et qui est peut-être plus beau. Le reste de la maison est mis à jour avec la climatisation et le chauffage programmables ainsi que les commodités nécessaires pour profiter des vacances. Ramiro.

Great place

Charming house in pretty and quiet area. We loved the beautiful flowers in the swimming pool area and in all the small streets.. The whole area looks very pittoresques. The house is situated close to the beach. Although a car is recommended. We loved the shared swimming pool. The house itself is not big, but has all the facilities you need. The terrace is beautiful and perfect for el fresco dining.

Environnement très calme. La piscine est divine. Le propriétaire répond très rapidement et efficacement aux sollicitations. On peut atteindre la place à pied. Mais une voiture est nécessaire pour les commerces.

Unforgettable holiday

It was a pleasure staying at this house. Its location is unique, five minutes walking from Marbella promenade and to the beach and very close to Marbella centre and Puerto Banus. Pleased to return with an unforgettable holiday experience at the quiet, charming and typically Andalusian style community, with enchanting narrow streets, flower-decked squares and fountains. We enjoyed every breakfast in the terrace with lovely views of the villas and Marbella hills. Also worth enjoying the large swimming pool, surrounded by a tropical garden. Great experience walking the streets at night, smelling the flowers. The house is well equipped, everything we needed. Special thanks to the owner for his constant care and kindness.

Sehr schönes Haus, Pool nicht kinderfreundlich

Das Haus war sehr schön, gemütlich und ruhig. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, Marbella und Malaga sind immer wieder eine Reise wert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert, sehr höflich und schnell. Allerdings ist der Pool für Kinder nicht wirklich geeignet. Zwischen 15:00 und 17:00 Uhr sind Kinder unter 16 Jahren nicht erlaubt. Und da er ausser an der Treppe mindestens 1,30m tief ist, können kleinere Kinder nicht darin spielen.

Sehr geehrte Christiane Ams Ich freue mich über Ihren positiven Kommentar. Es tut mir leid die Unannehmlichkeiten des Pools, da man in der Lage war zu überprüfen ist eine sehr ruhige Urbanisierung. Die Regel, dass Kinder nicht in den Pool von 15 bis 17 Stunden ist, um Ruhe nach dem Essen zu ermöglichen. Wie Sie wissen, ist mein Ferienhaus und ich habe gesehen, dass kleine Kinder baden und genießen, aber immer mit der Wachsamkeit ihrer Eltern, da es keinen Rettungsschwimmer gibt. The rule that children are not in the pool from 15 to 17 hours is to allow rest after eating. Kultur- und Tenniswoche

Stilvolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten; sehr schöne Anlage inklusive einem grossen Pool. Der Pool liegt allerdings nicht direkt beim Haus (2 Minuten zu Fuss) und dürfte in der Hochsaison recht rege besucht sein, da er von diversen Hausparteien benutzt wird. Das Zimmer mit den drei Einzelbetten hat leider kein direktes Fenster nach draussen, sondern lediglich ein kleines Fenster zum Treppenaufgang. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Erwartungen. Raumservice muss separat gebucht werden. Sofern mehrere Parteien das Objekt beziehen, so wäre es von Vorteil, wenn man mit dem Vermieter vereinbaren kann, dass mindestens zwei Hausschlüssel zur Verfügung stehen! Die Lage ist wunderbar oberhalb der Golden Mile gelegen. Zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar; mit dem Fahrrad innert 2 bis 5 Minuten - je nach Fahrtrichtung ;-)). Hier gibt es auch die supertolle Tennisanlage Puente Romano. An der Golden Mile angelangt max. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad nach Marbella oder Puerto Banus, entlang des Fuss- und Fahrradweges an der Küste! Ideal somit für Familien mit Kindern oder Sportlern, welche eine Tenniswoche verbringen möchten und erst noch das schöne Marbella kennenlernen möchten oder bereits schätzen. Ideale Ausgangslage auch für Ausflüge in Andalusien/Gibraltar - Autobahnaus- und einfahrt etwa 1km oberhalb der Anlage.

Hello I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation. And positive comment. As for the inconveniences you see tell you, I always rent the whole house so I share two rooms the same bathroom does not generate problem. The pool is shared, but is a very quiet urbanization of single family homes that only rent some neighbors, most of them live permanently in it. With what there is no maxificacion some in high season. The three-bed room has two small windows to the outside and a larger one to the interior, but thanks to that room the house comfortably accommodates seven people and I have taken into account that inconvenience in the final price. The price I set according to the market for four people. And I only make a small surcharge if they stay more, for the cost of linen. I want to thank you for the care of the house and your comments. Bien situé

Nous sommes allés 3 années de suite dans cette villa, en juin. Elle est très propre, bien entretenue, et bien équipée. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonne vacances est sur place. Les plages sont à 10 min à pieds et à moins de 5 min en voiture ( il y a une petite côte à descendre). Le soir vous pouvez soit sortir à Puerto Banus ( 10 min en voiture) ou allez dans le vieille ville de Marbella ( 10 min en voiture). Sur place vous avez une piscine. Le soir le quartier est calme, nous dormons sur nos deux oreilles... Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!!!

Casa encantadora

Urbanizacion preciosa, con mucho encanto y bien situada entre Marbella pueblo y Puerto Banús. Piscina comunitaria muy agradable. Cerca de la playa, incluso se puede ir andando. La casa esta muy bien equipada y se esta muy agusto. El propietario es muy atento. Muy recomendable si quereis pasar unos buenos dias en Marbella!

"Très belle maison de style typiquement andalous Cuisine très bien équipée et joliment décorée. PLusieurs attentiosn délicates (lit bébé prêt et très propre. Piscine et club house partagés entre les résidents magnifiques. Bon point de départ pour la plage, le excursions dans les villages blanc et Gibraltar. Très bon séjour. Nous recommandons !"

"We have spent a very goo...

"We have spent a very good midweek, in a little lovely house. We were 5 people, and the house was very confortable and convenient for us. We has got all we needed : to cook, to sleep, etc. ... The terrace''s view is very nice, quiet, perfect to rest ! The house is not too far to go to the beach on feet, about 500m, and the area is very pleasant. And, to finish, the owner has been available, very clear, answering all our questions. So, we recommend this place !"
