Tous est conforme a la description du lieu, vue époustouflante, appartement aéré par sa position au dernier étage du bâtiments, grand rooftop, propriétaire réactif et agréable. je met juste un petit bémol à la qualité du clic-clac pour les deux enfants de 20 et 14 ans c'est dur et ca grince, ainsi que le manque de séchoir pour les vêtements, le seul fil a disposition n'est pas suffisant, mais a part ça tous est parfait. je recommande Gilles

Super séjour

Le seul bémol : les enfants des voisins sont parfois très bruyants. Cadre idyllique pour cette résidence : piscine, accès à la mer super facile, Sant Feliu à 15 mn à pied. Super bien entretenu par David. L'appartement est également très agréable et très propre.

Avis nuancé pour le 5ème étage

Appartement donnant sur la rue mais bénéficiant d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Sant Feliu. Appartement propre et coquet mais des pièces très petites concernant la cuisine, salle de bain et chambre. Très peu d'ustensiles de vaisselle. Attention au voisinage parfois bruyant. Dommage qu'il n' y ait pas un ascenseur car il faut tenir compte des escaliers supplémentaires menant à la piscine ce qui finit par faire 7 étages: non sportifs s'abstenir. Un point très positif: l'accès piscine, plage privé, mer, un lieu de repos et de baignade incomparable. Nous remercions le concierge David pour son accueil et son professionnalisme.

attention!l'appartement est situé au 5eme étage SANS ascenseur.De plus,au rez-de-chaussée,il faut monter un étage à l'extérieur pour atteindre la rue et descendre 2 étages au moins pour atteindre la piscine. Dommage,nous réfléchissions à 2 fois avant d'aller à la piscine! Sinon,l'appartement répondait à nos attentes.

En respuesta a el comentario de nuestro viajero, quisiera comentar que el apartamento se encuentra situado en la quinta planta sin ascensor como indica, y esto se informa en nuestro anuncio para no crear malos entendidos ni confusiones. La piscina está situada en una plataforma de terreno en una parte inferior del recinto de la comunidad (tal y como se ven en las fotografías del anuncio).
