About this property

A haven of peace with Spa at 2 steps from the beach

You will appreciate the calmness of our house and will enjoy the Spa (proposed in payed option), at the foot of the large terrace in the south, with a view on a protected natural site, 5 minutes walk from the superb beach of Amiets, famous for its fine sand, its turquoise waters and coastal paths.
You will be tempted by the seafood platters (lobsters, crabs, scampi, oysters...) prepared (and cooked on request) by Véronique and Dédé (fisherman boss) 30 meters from the house.
The nautical club (catamaran, windsurfing and gliding sports), located at 2 steps, proposes you training courses and sea trips in the most beautiful sites of Brittany.
We put at your disposal bicycles, as well as a two-seater kayak.
Close to Roscoff (corsair city and Thalasso), Morlaix (medieval city) and Brest (maritime festivals and Océanopolis).
Grocery store (fresh bread and pastries) at 100 meters (July and August).
Fish shop (direct fisherman) at 30 meters.
Restaurant (fried mussels, fish, pizzas and burgers) at 50 meters.

Ruhig gelegen und nah zum Strand

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wer die Bretagne nicht kennt, sollte wissen, dass es nur wenige Restaurants gibt. Reservierungen empfohlen :-) Wer etwas Ruhe sucht ist jedoch hier genau richtig.

Nous avons passe un superbe sejour dans la maison d'Isabelle, la maison ne manque de rien, les espaces extérieurs sont appréciables (surtout le jacuzzi!) et l'environnement agreable. Quant a la plage des Amiets, elle est juste superbe! superbe!!!

Cleder plage des Amiets

Maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle, le spa apporte une touche en plus et le trio jument Anne et poney rend le paysage encore plus bucolique, l’endroit est paisible et à 10mn à pieds de la splendide plage des Amiets. Des vélos sont aussi à disposition pour profiter du GR proche de la maison.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider sollte die Beschreibung der Unterkunft überarbeitet werden. Es gibt keine 3 Badezimmer, keine überdachten PKW Abstellplätze, keine Stereoanlage, und die Nutzung des Whirlpools kostet extra. Wir sind der Meinung das sollte korrekt im Angebot kommuniziert werden...nur als Tip. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben einen schönen Urlaub mit Hund verbracht!!

Je suis désolée, mais je pense qu’il y a eu un problème dans l’affichage de l’annonce sur le site allemand, FeeWo. Il n’y a JAMAIS eu 3 salles de bain, ni de place de parking couverte. Et le spa figure bien en option payante sur le site français. J’ai contacté l’annonceur (Abritel France) pour leur signaler qu’il y avait un souci sur le site allemand. Ils m’ont dit que c’était un problème technique… Nous louons notre maison depuis 2012, et n’avons jamais rencontré de problème de nombre de salle de bain/ parking couvert jusqu’ici. Je suis désolée que vous ayiez été déçus mais ravie que vos vacances se soient bien passées :)

Sehr nette Gastgeberin

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage ist auch ok, bis zum traumhaft schönen Strand sind es ca. 10 min zu laufen. Dafür hat man aber auch seine Ruhe, das Grundstück liegt direkt vor einem Naturschutzgebiet, als Nachbarn hat man nur Pferde auf einer Koppel. Wir bemängeln ausschließlich die falschen Angaben von FEWO, hier war bei unserer Buchung zu lesen, das Objekt hat 3 Badezimmer, weshalb wir das auch mit Freunden gebucht haben. Tatsächlich hat das Haus aber nur ein Badezimmer bestehend aus Dusche und 2 Waschbecken, und eine Toilette ohne Fenster. Darüber waren wir sehr enttäuscht, und nochmehr von FEWO, die auf meinen Anruf, natürlich bei einer Hotline, patzig und unverschämt reagiert haben, was eine Frechheit, da wird man bei der Buchung belogen und dann sind die auch noch frech und blöken ins Telefon rein. Nie wieder FEWO. Der Hotlinemitarbeiter war unglaublich arrogant. Die Vermierterin kann nichts dafür, ihr war das auch alles arg und sie hat sich 1000 mal entschuldigt, schließlich hat sie selbst auch keine 3 Badezimmer angegeben. FEWO buche ich nicht mehr und empfehle FEWO auch nicht weiter. Ich fühle mich übers Ohr gehauen.

Un petit coin de paradis

Zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in Isabelles Haus sehr wohlgefühlt! Schon die herzliche unkomplizierte Begrüßung von ihr. Es war herrlich, schon beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse konnten wir im Naturschutzgebiet davor, die Pferde, Esel, Ponys und Kaninchen beobachten! Am Abend dann im jacuzzi mit Blick in den Sternenhimmel hat keine weiteren Wünsche offen gelassen! Ein Fischladen ist gleich um die Ecke. Der nächste Bäcker im 5 km entfernten Cleder, da der nahe Supermarkt im Campingplatz ab Ende August geschlossen hat! Wir haben nichts vermisst!

Wir würden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin Isabelle empfangen, die Kommunikation in englisch war einwandfrei👌👍, das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Auch mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen, weil man kann vom Haus aus direkt zum Strand zu Fuß gehen. Der Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Das einzigste ist, zum einkaufen oder essen muss man schon mit dem Auto fahren, aber der Ort Cléder und auch andere Küstenorte sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder und dann gerne wieder bei Isabelle 😊.

Belle maison pour se reposer

Maison très bien agencée et décorée, la terrasse et le jardin sont très calme, parfait pour se reposer loin de l’agitation. La plage est magnifique malgré les camping dominant les dunes. Balades, plages, bons repas, les ingrédients d’un moment en famille réussi.

Magnifique séjour à Cléder

Nous venons de passer une magnifique semaine à Cléder! La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et décorée avec goût. Environnement très calme. La météo était favorable et nous avons pu pleinement profiter des extérieurs (terrasse avec coin salon très confortable, jacuzzi, transats). Jardin fleuri et sans vis-à-vis à l'exception du très sympathique trio cheval, âne et poney qui venaient chercher leurs carottes quotidiennes. Un vrai plus pour les enfants! La plage des Amiets est proche à pied ou à vélo avec parking aisé pour les voitures. Mention spéciale aux hôtes Anne et Alexandre qui sont très chaleureux et nous on fait fait la belle surprise de mettre à disposition des paddles pour les enfants ainsi qu'un set de badminton. Le kayak est aussi un plus pour les balades en mer. L'achat de poissons/crustacés frais chez Véronique, les bonnes adresses de restaurants dans les environs ont également contribués à la qualité de ce séjour. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location!

Vacances au TOP !!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable la maison est sympa, fonctionnelle et très joliment décorée et cette vue de la terrasse est remarquable beaucoup de verdures. Tant de choses à découvrir, à visiter dans cette superbe région avec des couleurs incroyables. Nous avons fait des superbes balades sur la plage a quelques minutes de la maison ou l’eau avait la couleur turquoise. Nous en avons pris plein les yeux Merci Isabelle pour ton hospitalité et tous les bons conseils que tu as nous donner Je recommande cette maison et cette région les yeux fermés Bonne continuation

Une belle semaine où rien ne nous a manqué, presque comme à la maison ! Les Amateurs de produits de la mer (comme nous) seront comblés, l'endroit est idéal avec Véro au coin de la rue, c'est cure d'iode assurée ;)) Très bon contact avec Isabelle très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes ( merci encore !), Quant à l'environnement, petit coin paisible et d'une grande sérénité, sans oublier la splendeur de la plage, fantastique !!!

Goed geoutilleerd huis echt van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en met aandacht voor details smaakvol ingericht, prima bed, fijn bedlinnen en handdoeken. Met gebruik van jacuzzi tegen betaling. Prima ligging, uitkijkend op natuurgebied en toch op loopafstand van de zee en een prachtig strand. Isabelle is een fijne betrokken gastvrouw en wij komen zeker terug. Wat een heerlijke omgeving om te wandelen langs de kust.
