Spectacular ocean views, centrally located, and just off Grace Bay Beach

About the property

Location!, Location!, Location!

This property is centrally located, close to Providenciales’ most important services. It sits on a hill just 1,700 ft (0.32 miles…or an approximately eight-minute walk) off Grace Bay beach, which is regularly ranked as the world’s best beach. It is just 780 ft (0.15 miles) from the country’s largest supermarket, and both sides of the Island are within a short drive.

The accommodations

There are exceptional ocean views from the master bedroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, and the very large balcony. Two of the bedrooms are in a 'loft', which can be closed off for privacy. It is newly renovated, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained to five star standards, with air-conditioning and fans throughout, including a 3-ton system in the living area (a necessity in the summer).

This villa is more private than a resort (the site is enclosed by a four to five-foot wall), but there are multiple properties adjacent to each other. There is a caretaker and concierge generally on site, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm, to provide guidance with household operation, advice on shopping or restaurant selection, provide optional amenities, and to curate experiences hand tailored each guest, an unheard-of amenity at this price range. The presence of onsite staff during the day also makes this property safer. The property is also well lit at night, with motion sensor lighting at strategic locations, and with easy-to-use security systems. This property punches well above its price range.

Pricing for accommodation, groups, and long-term stays:

The price for this property varies depending on the time of year and the number of guests. The standard price for full occupancy is $4,650.00 a week (ie just $61 per day, per person), but for groups of less than 11 the price is discounted by $50 per night, per person. Our lowest Winter rate is $2,550.00 a week (5 persons), and our lowest Summer rate is $1,250.00 a week (two persons). This scaled pricing model takes into account the reduced energy, cleaning, and depreciation costs of smaller groups, and it makes it feasible for small and large groups to rent this spectacular property.

Our calendars and pricing are always current, so guests can rely on our online rates to calculate the price for travel on their desired dates. We have enabled and encourage automatic booking, but should you have a question we are happy to respond, and we are always quick. If guests are staying four weeks or more outside of the high season (ie Christmas and all major U.S. holidays), we offer discounts, with the amount of the discount depending on the length of the stay and the date of the proposed travel.

This listing is for a four-bedroom villa. It has two King beds, one Queen, three singles, and a Queen sleeper sofa. It can accommodate up to eleven with the Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

We aim to provide a tailor-made experience for each group, and it assists us in doing so, and in determining the optimum configuration and amenities for each group, if you advise us of the number of adults, children, and couples.

Why Shante Williams chose The Bight Settlement

This villa is ideally situated, overlooking and within walking distance of world famous Grace Bay Beach, with beautiful views of both the North and South shores, yet very close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, and the town center.

What makes this villa unique

The villas are located within a five foot walled and enclosed site, they are all adjacent to each other, yet very private, and the property is well lit at night. Someone is also always on the grounds from Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 6 pm, making the site a natural deterrent for burglars compared to other villas.

This was the best place in the Island

  • 5 of 5

This is going to be by far the best review ever.

My husband and i together with my sister brother in law and nephew arrived at TCI the day before Hurricane IRMA Sept 6, 2017 to be exact, prior to our departure we heard that the hurricane was going to possibly hit TCI, we immediately contacted Sherina to see if we could reschedule our trip or if she felt that the place was safe enough for us to stay, she did not try to convince us to come it was totally up to us. When we left Fort Lauderdale it was a cat 3 by the time we got to TCI it was a cat 5 well we immediately started making preparation, we had never experienced a hurricane let alone a cat 5. Well at about 3-4 hours prior to the hurricane Norman came by to kind of walk us thru what they were doing to make sure that we were going to be as safe as possible, not only did he give us a very descriptive idea of what it was going to feel like and sound like, he told us that it was going to sound like a monster was trying to coming into the villa, he also told us that they had made provision for us to move into a safer villa probably the best place to be in the whole entire island, all 4 walls and ceiling were concrete. We moved right away into that villa and we are so glad we did . To say the least we could not have been in a better place then Paradise Villa. We cant forget to mention how Inal and Raja staff members worked so hard before and after the hurricane to keep us safe and comfortable during our stay. My sister and brother in law were able to leave on Tuesday as scheduled but due to flights cancellation we were scheduled to leave a week later, they allowed us to stay at the villa free of charge until we were able to fly back home.

I am grateful to the detailed description that Norman gave us because quite honestly I never met the monster it turned out that it was not as bad as I thought it would be.

The bottom line is we stayed in the best place at the right time PARADISE VILLA. We plan on going back to TCI to Paradise Villa not during hurricane season. Another highlight of our trip was that we even got a chance to help out our friends with the repairs of their roofs.

This is definitely the place I want to stay when we go back. If there was room for a 6 stars I would definitely rate it a 6.

Thank you to, Sherina, Norman, Inal, Raja for providing us with the best spot in Provo.

Great Villa in Turks and Caicos

  • 5 of 5

Me and my family stayed at Paradise Villa for almost a week and hands down had the best vacation. Everything about this villa is on point and we had great caretakers Roger and Eluna checking up on us every other day to make sure we are sufficiently stocked for everything. Also, Sherina, the property manager has been fantastic from booking this villa till we check out from this villa. I would recommend this villa to anyone that I know who is looking to travel to TCI.

Lovely Home!

  • 5 of 5

Our party of 9 loved Sherina's home. It's location is superb; it is a 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute drive if you have a car, and a quick 5 minute walk to the supermarket. We found that the home exceeded our expectations regarding space, appliances, and comfort. The bicycles were great and we used them consistently throughout our 10 day trip. The only complaint we had was that the living/kitchen area did not have any AC system, so it did get extremely hot. There are ceiling fans that helped, but it was For those that are concerned about this, do not worry as they have began installing AC systems in this common area!! Honestly, it was one of the best trips we have ever taken. The beaches are stunning, the people are friendly, and staying off a resort was one of the best decisions we made. We are so glad Sherina's home was everything we wanted and more! :) We are already planning a trip to go back.

Beautiful property.

Clean, beautiful and relaxing. Awesome location, we could walk to buy groceries and walk to the beach. Driving was easy, we rented a car. The villa is huge, lots of space for a big family.

Older furnishings but overall very good

  • 4 of 5

Pros - great central location, close to beach, restaurants, grocery store; great porch and view; ample space with four bedrooms; since its not on the beach we rented a car and went to six different beaches. I'm glad we didn't just stay at Grace Bay, which we might have, had we rented a house on the beach. Great washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. We had problems with the grill being out of gas and centipedes invading, but the property manager did respond and get this worked out. Two bath robes. Had everything we needed as far as dishes and pots and pans. Beds were good quality.

Cons - No dishwasher! We needed light quilts for the some of the beds and we could only find sheets. The main screen door to porch didn't work so we had to use the side one. Living room furniture was a little old. Air conditioners in the lofts really couldn't cool them down so it made it a little hard to sleep and we went in april. I can't imagine the lofts get cool in August. If the loft rooms were closed in the AC's might work. Second shower is tiny. Kids could use it though.

Overall we were very happy with our stay!
