This property is centrally located, close to Providenciales’ most important services. It sits on a hill just 1,700 ft (0.32 miles…or an approximately eight-minute walk) off Grace Bay beach, which is regularly ranked as the world’s best beach. It is just 780 ft (0.15 miles) from the country’s largest supermarket, and both sides of the Island are within a short drive.

The accommodations
There are exceptional ocean views from the master bedroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, and the very large balcony. Two of the bedrooms are in a 'loft', which can be closed off for privacy. It is newly renovated, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained to five star standards, with air-conditioning and fans throughout, including a 3-ton system in the living area (a necessity in the summer).

This villa is more private than a resort (the site is enclosed by a four to five-foot wall), but there are multiple properties adjacent to each other. There is a caretaker and concierge generally on site, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm, to provide guidance with household operation, advice on shopping or restaurant selection, provide optional amenities, and to curate experiences hand tailored each guest, an unheard-of amenity at this price range. The presence of onsite staff during the day also makes this property safer. The property is also well lit at night, with motion sensor lighting at strategic locations, and with easy-to-use security systems. This property punches well above its price range.

Pricing for accommodation, groups, and long-term stays:
The price for this property varies depending on the time of year and the number of guests. This scaled pricing model takes into account the reduced energy, cleaning, and depreciation costs of smaller groups, and it makes it feasible for small and large groups to rent this spectacular property.

If guests are staying four weeks or more outside of the high season (ie Christmas and all major U.S. holidays), we offer discounts, with the amount of the discount depending on the length of the stay and the date of the proposed travel.

This listing is for a four-bedroom villa. It has two King beds, one Queen, three singles, and a Queen sleeper sofa. It can accommodate up to eleven with the Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

We aim to provide a tailor-made experience for each group, and it assists us in doing so, and in determining the optimum configuration and amenities for each group, if you advise us of the number of adults, children, and couples.

Our fishing boat must be booked at least two weeks in advance, and must be hired with a captain for a minimum of a half day excursion, at a minimum of $1,250.00 for a half day.

The pricing on our listings is always current, so guests should rely on it to calculate the price to travel on their desired dates. If guests are staying three weeks or more outside of the high season (ie Christmas to April and all major U.S. holidays), we offer discounts on our standard rates, the amount of the discount depending on the length of the stay and the date of the proposed travel. The discounted rates are already built into this site's booking engine.

Here’s what we do not excel at:
If you want a property within walking distance of the greatest number of restaurants and stores, and have no interest in exploring, or renting a vehicle, this is not the best location. You would be better off booking one of the resorts on the Eastern end of the Island. Similarly, if you want a property directly on the beach, this is also not the location, and if you need a pool this property is also not right for you.

Privacy notice:
All of our properties have security cameras outside and video doorbells at entrances, to assist with guest check-in (if required). The balconies and inside our properties are completely private.

The property is provided clean on check-in, with a fresh supply of towels and linens, as well as starter laundry, kitchen detergents, and basic toiletries. For persons staying for a week or more once a week cleaning is included during the Winter (late December to April), with daily cleaning available at additional rates.
