Suggestive and welcoming, "Villa Dracena" is located in Castelluzzo, a hamlet of San Vito Lo Capo (TP) which is about 4km away. Castelluzzo is equipped with markets, butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, bars, pizzerias and restaurants; all rooms are located on the main avenue Cristoforo Colombo or the SP16 road towards San Vito Lo Capo. Following the same road, past an olive grove and finished the last houses, you will find about 600 meters in a central but above all privileged position: Villa Dracena, in a breathtaking landscape setting.
The villa, on two levels and immersed in the greenery of the private garden, is surrounded by the pristine beauty of a prairie that acts as a backdrop to the sea.
The property for rent is the apartment located on the first floor of the structure (85 sq m + 30 sq m sun terrace); it enjoys four exposures (view: sea - mountain - private garden - prairie) and can generally accommodate a maximum number of 4 people (it is advisable to inquire about the availability for possibly 2 more guests).
The appartavilla is composed of: two bedrooms (double and twin), large living room with sofa, kitchen-living room, bathroom with tub-shower, plus equipped outdoor terrace.

The cost of the stay does not include any meal.

The property is located a few hundred meters from Baia Santa Margherita (250 meters of free and equipped beach, ideal place for families with children). In summer (June 1 - September 30), the traffic closure of the naturalistic area of the Castelluzzo coast is observed from 8.30 to 20.30, a rule imposed following the landscape constraint to which the area is subject.
The holiday makers can easily reach the various bathing points (the beach, the rocky coves, the gravel and white pebbles coves) by parking the car in the dedicated areas for a fee, and use the tourist train (free summer service offered by the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo for the use of the Castelluzzese coast).
In autumn, however, and until May 30, considering a smaller tourist presence, the area is freely accessible.
Behind the villa, 2 km away, rises leaning over the sea, solitary and imposing Monte Cofano in the Oriented Natural Reserve, in a typically Mediterranean landscape.
Also, easy to reach are: the renowned beach of San Vito Lo Capo, the splendid Zingaro Nature Reserve and the charming medieval village of Erice.
