Apartment within a Resort-type urbanization in the Levante area, Benidorm, 5 minutes from Levante beach. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub and capacity for 4 people.

60 m² accommodation, comfortable and very bright, with clear views of the city.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community swimming pool + children's pool, heated community swimming pool, children's area, tennis court, padel court, garden, private garage space in the same building, 2 Televisions (Smart Tv), iron and hair dryer.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

Location Marks on bedroom walls, taken photos made company aware. No availability of chairs to take to the pool.

Lovely apartment in great location

Very clean, well presented apartment with all of the amenities you would require. Beach facing balcony which catches the sun. Close to the strip and lots for bars and restaurants. Suggested improvement would be to replace the sofa bed in the lounge as not very comfortable, but did not affect us on this occasion as we did not require.

Grote balkon Badkamer nieuw kastje plaatsen. In de keuken te weinig serviesgoed om de vaatwasser te gebruiken. Van alles maar 4. Koffiezetapparaat te klein
