Casa Dasha Lanzarote is in Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen. Located in palm groves makes for a delightful 3 minute walk to the beach & all amenities
BUNGALOW Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms + 2 bathroom ,
PRIVATE 21 X 10 SOLAR HEATED POOL + acclimatized with Roman steps for easy access + grab rails & non slip tape + outside shower, has railings and lockable sliding gate for children's safety + Lockable ENTRY / EXIT gates for child safety - VERY LARGE sunny all day patio - new long shower bases in 3 bathrooms with glass panels showers have safety grip hand rails 2 have secure shower stools
Excellent disabled aids & access in & around the bungalow - smart 2 TV's , large CABLE TV package + INTERNET & SECURE WIFI @ 600 MBPS ,
new kitchen fridge separate freezer, 3 ring hob, oven/grill , microwave/grill, kettle, toaster - large flat grill, hair-dryer, washing machine, iron & board.
Lovely area -- no need to hire a car – 3 min easy walk to the beach & 3 1/2 minute easy walk to shops bars restaurants entertainment

Wonderful villa in a great area

Casa Dasha is a lovely place to spend a week - the property is clean and well maintained, very comfortable and with exceptional amenities. Worthy of particular note is the fantastic solar heated swimming pool and well maintained garden. The location is quiet, with a really short stroll to the beach and several shops and restaurants too. Communication with the owner (Sharon) was fantastic before, during and after the stay. We definitely plan to return and give this villa our highest recommendation.

Excellent Villa

This Villa had everything, plenty outside space, all English tv channels, lovely pool although we thought would had been a bit warmer with the solar heating but I suppose if it did not have the solar heating it would have been really cold, however was fine once in it, host was a pleasure to deal with, location excellent, we had a fantastic stay definitely recommend this Villa

Casa Dacha.

Villa is in a great position with a supermarket just across the road, the beach and shopping centre are an easy 5-10 mins walk away and it is 5 mins from the airport in a taxi. Area is very peaceful and quiet all day. Outside area gets the sun all day. The only slight criticism I can give is that the villa needs a wee bit of a freshen up. Doors, windows and shutters could do with a fresh coat of varnish or painted. The wood veneer is peeling off the kitchen doors. Couch is a bit ‘tired’ and some of the bed linen was thinning in places. Having said that everything was clean and everything works. Plenty towels and loads of hot water for showers. Sharon is very good to deal with, answers any emails or messages quickly and is always helpful. I had a great 4 weeks here and would (hopefully will) happily go back.

Why they chose this property

It is the most perfect place & we were lucky enough to be able to buy it. The minute I arrive at the gate and I open it and walk past the villa to the pool -- I can feel all stress drop away .. It is amazing - it does the same thing time after time and never fades .. ;-)

What makes this property unique

It is a home from home -- we use it in winter so it has a lot of added extras & solar heated pool and house hot water are good for the environment.
