CdC Apartments are located in Porto city center, in the commercial area of Cedofeita. There are 2 completely renovated apartments, 10 minutes' walk from Casa da Música or Clérigos Tower.
The CdC Apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, laundry, living and dining area.
They feature cable TV, free Wi-Fi and appliances required for an extended stay.
Each unit has a double bedroom suite, a private bathroom, a twin bedroom and a support bathroom.
Bed and bath linen is provided.
Given its privileged location, guests of CdC Apartments can easily visit the major sights of central Porto.

Municipal Tourist Tax
2 € per night and per person up to a maximum of 14 €.
The tourist tax levied on guests over the age of thirteen (13) is payable per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 20.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The patio was a very nice feature. My one small issue was the elevator stopped 1/2 floor up or down from the apartment’s door. This meant we had to use 5 - 6 stairs each time we went out and again on our return. My sister and I both have mobility issues so this would be the only reason that we wouldn’t book here again.

Lovely apartment on a quiet one-way street with lots of little shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Super comfy beds and pillows. Lovely terrace outside. Perfect for two friends sharing as it has two bedrooms and two shower rooms. The only negative is that there is no aircon in the bedrooms so sadly I couldn't stay here in the height of summer but mid-September was fine.

We loved our stay at this place. It was a wonderful,.clean apartment that had a very well stocked kitchen. Since it was very hot in August we were happy the air conditioning worked well and the extra fans for the bedrooms were a plus. You check in at the hotel around the corner and we were able to use their pool, which was delightful. It was located in a very nice part of Porto and we felt very safe walking around. There were several nice cafés and shops within walking distance.I would defintely come back to this place in the future.

The check in process was at a boutique hotel around the corner from the apartment. This went smoothly, and the person overseeing the entire lobby, bar, and pool area of the hotel (Robert) was helpful and attentive. The apartment itself is an older apartment, but large enough and well organized to suit our needs as a family of four. As a precaution for warmer months: their is AC in the living room, but the bedrooms/ bathrooms do get warm. A large fan was provided to circulate the air down the hall. The closet space is nice for a family, although space in general is tight, as is most apartments near the city center. Bathroom and shower tile could use a refinish and deep clean. Only real issue was with the stove. It would not turn on, and when troubleshooting with the hotel staff, the breaker was off. When we turned on, realized that it electrified the entire metal counter/sink area and we quickly turned off as this is a great hazard. When we informed the staff through WhatsApp in the morning, we did not receive a response, and at check out the next day when we mentioned it again, it was a shrugged apology. Overall, we made the best of the stay, but some issues could be addressed.

Clean, Modern Apartment in a Great Location – Perfect for Families!We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, which was perfect for our family of four. It was modern, tastefully furnished, and exceptionally clean—exactly what we were hoping for. The location is fantastic, offering a true local experience in a vibrant and walkable area.A couple of minor notes: parking can be a bit tricky (I would suggest calling in advance to verify), and with only one air conditioner for the entire unit, the bedrooms were a little warm during the hottest days. Still, these were small trade-offs for an otherwise excellent stay. If you’re looking for a well-appointed apartment in a great neighborhood, this is a fantastic choice!

Great stay! The flat had everything we needed. We were able to walk to everything. We had a great intro to the place and a few recommendations. One small issue with the washer door that was immediately handled so it was no big deal but a testament to how quickly they handle an issue. Would recommend and would return.

Good location

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment which is within walking distance of many places to visit. Roberto who checked us in was very helpful and furnished us with a map pointing out places to see. We were in Porto for a week and had 2 visits from the cleaners and change of sheets and towel. Plenty of places to eat close by and a supermarket.

Great hospitality

Apartment as described with comfortable beds and powerful showers. The stand-out was the welcome from the neighbouring host hotel who organised shuttles, personally showed us to the apartment and had a great buffet breakfast on offer. The location is good, a short walk to Old Porto with a good range of restaurants nearby. Recommended.

Good base to explore Porto

Location was convenient to get to and use as base for either walking into the core or using public transit to go elsewhere. Property was ready on time, clean and well equipped; good briefing from host. 2nd bedroom and its beds were a bit small, but adequate for a 2 - couple stay. Best feature is the outdoor terrace although rain prevented use of it during our stay.

Great apartment with nice outdoor space

We had a great time at this apartment. The shower worked wonderful and the outdoor space was beautiful. It’s just too bad it was raining, but I can see it being a definite plus on non-rainy days. They did have a washer dryer combo, which we were very excited about it worked well it did take longer than our washer dryer in America, but it still worked. Great stay close to everything you can catch the 30 one bus to downtown

Last stop of our tour

The location was not good. The area seemed somewhat depressed with several vacant buildings. The lack of at least a few napkins or paper towels was not appreciated. It was nice to leave a few oranges with some grapes but when we arrived, there were fruit flies all over the fruit. Not sure if they were put there fresh on the day of our arrival. They also provided a few tea bags. The couch in the living room needs replacement and the throw rugs are somewhat of a hazard as we tripped on them a couple of times. The girls that checked us in were nice enough. We should have paid more attention to the size of the apartment as it was quite small for 4 women and this is our own fault. I would recommend for 2 people but not 4 as there is little if any space for luggage.

From the States to Porto!

We loved the location, cleanliness and communication. The check-in process at the hotel around the corner was great! They also ordered a taxi/shuttle, to and from train station which was perfect! We were also given the name of a great restaurant called Brasao. Our food was great! We would highly recommend!
