Charming and spacious apartment next to the sea.

New, charming, quiet and spacious apartment very close to the sea (only 3 minutes walking). Located between the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and the new area. Bars, restaurants, sports and shopping area nearby.
The complex has a swimming pool with a separate area for children. It is distributed in two floors of 50 m each. The main entrance is located on the first floor where the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and one of the two terraces are located.
The kitchen has everything you need to spend a comfortable holiday, kitchen utensils, dishes, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, coffee maker ... as well as a dining area . The spacious living room has two sofas and an armchair, tables, flat screen television with satellite signal and WIFI Internet connection. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the other terrace. The main room has two single beds and a cot, large closets and its own terrace with hammocks. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have shower, toilet and sink with mirror. Hair dryer available. The lower terrace gives direct access to the pool of the complex with private sun beds for the apartment. Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided at no extra cost.
Unfortunately the apartment is not accessible for disabled people.
The nearest beaches are ā€œPlaya Grandeā€ and ā€œPlaya Chicaā€, both awarded with a blue flag, a three minute walk. On the way to ā€œPlaya Grandeā€ is the wonderful avenue of Puerto del Carmen, ideal for walking, running, cycling and water sports. "Playa Chica" is a cove frequented by locals, recommended for families with children for its calm waters and also for diving for its wonderful backgrounds.
We have 3 apartments in the same complex: two of them for 4 guests and one for 6 guests.
Check-in will take place after 4 pm and check-out until 10 am Upon request, at no cost and if there is availability, you can check out later.

The published price is for two people (ā‚¬ 10 per extra person and night).

We had an amazing time in puerto del carmen. Access to property was seamless Eva provided us with easy to follow instructions for entry.The apartment had everything you would need and views were amazing. They location was ideal between the old town and the strip so plenty facilities on the doorstep. We would certainly return.

Lovely apartment in perfect location, spacious with fab view of seaā€¦spent day up and down to Playa Chica, stop off at Nicoā€™s Place for coffee!Everything supplied in apartment, probably A/C would be the real icing on the cake but saying that the fans supplied are excellent.Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Reset Holiday for Winter

The property is in a great location easy access to all your needs lots happening. It has everything you need and is nicely positioned for the pool . It was a very clean and relaxed accommodation with comfortable beds . A spacious property and great communication from the host .. Great all rounder for a vacation to Lanzerote.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment is situated between the old town and the start of the strip, not too noisy and not too far out for life. The property has everything you could need for a self catering holiday. It is close to Chicco beach but also has access to a pool for a more relaxing day. The owner is so accommodating and we had no issues at all with the property or any part of the rental. Would recommend and would certainly choose again.

Fantastic stay, lovely specious apartment, spotlessly clean, had everything you need, not too far up the hill which is massive bonus, you couldnā€™t be more central to everything and I think you would be very hard pushed to find anywhere more perfect at such a fantastic price! What a great apartment!! Really everything you need.. Couple of tiny hiccups but resolved by Eva very quickly. Location is very central to both old a new town of PDC. L'appartement est tout Ơ fait conforme au descriptif, il est spacieux, bien ƩquipƩ et idƩalement situƩ Ơ Puerto Del Carmen, Ơ quelques minutes Ơ pied de la plage. La procƩdure d'arrivƩe est facile et pratique. Il y a des ventilateurs dans chacune des chambres et dans l'espace cuisine/salon. La piscine est calme, tout Ʃtait parfait. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement et n'hƩsiterons pas Ơ le louer Ơ nouveau si nous revenons Ơ Lanzarote.

Great apartment in a great location

Apartment exactly as described, very clean and well equipped. The pool area was very quiet, maybe a bit too quiet but it was early in the season. Good location between the old town and the bars and restaurants along the beach. Shops within a minute's walk. Plenty of rental scooters about if you're feeling lazy. Eva the host was responsive and helpful and didn't disturb us once. No issues getting in or out. I don't know about a whole family, but perfect for just the 2 of us.

Super Christmas, New Year break

The property was exactly as posted. Lovely and clean, all the equipment was available as described, towels, extra sheets, kitchen things etc and plenty of baby things if needed. Lots of pool accessories for the warmer months, 2 sun loungers, tables and chairs up and downstairs, more loungers round the pool. Eva was easily contacted and her parents met us, they are lovely, and her sister is at the nearby pharmacy for emergencies. Great view from the balcony, sun all day, best place for breakfast and watching the sun go down. Lots of books and dvds if needed, super Wi-fi, no English tv but tv can be changed to programs original language, so lots to watch if you want. Only thing maybe lack of sockets at the bedside in the main bedroom, not problem for us. We love this end of town, lovely and quiet, close to the old town, but still only a 5 minute walk to the start of the strip. 10 minutes from Lidl and 5 from a large Spar, easy to get everything we needed. It really was a home from home, we were very comfortable here and would have loved to stay much longer, but work got in the way. Will definitely be back again, highly recommended this property to anyone looking to rent in Puerto Del Carmen.

Excellent property in prime location

This property had everything you could ask for in a holiday home. Eva was brilliant to deal with and was at tge end of the phone if needed. The property is extremely spacious as 4 of us syaed but we had loads of room. Its right in between the old and new town so a 5 min walk gets you to both. We will definetly be returning. Thanks eva for a lovely stay

I would return again and recommend. The complex is small and tired with a not very appealing pool. Hopefully looked after better in summer time. Nice small beach 5 minutes walk away. WiFi ok just about runs Netflix, there are no English channels on TV. Bring your own Amazon fire stick Great restraint la case do Parmigano within 100 yards of apt.

Excellent location

This apartment is in an excellent location. Just between the old and new of Puerto Del Carmen. It's a short walk to everything you could need. We hired a car to do some sightseeing, but if you just want to stay in the area of Puerto Del Carmen then there is no need to hire a car. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious with lovely sea views. It is well equipped with all the essentials. Eva is the host and she is great to deal with. I would recommend this property without hesitation.
