In our farmhouse on one level on the garden, you will appreciate the calm, the sunshine until the sunset, the clear view, the decoration, the arrangement of the rooms, the situation close to the town center, the cycle tracks and the beaches. On a large plot of 1000m2, this farmhouse is embellished with a 80m2 garden, secluded by a hedge.
Private parking, Bicycle shed (2 bikes for adults for rent). Fishing gear (shrimp and clams) and table tennis facilities.

Les chambres sont de bonne taille, les pièces de vie sont très petites. Il vaut mieux vivre dehors dans le magnifique jardin. La propriétaire est charmante. La table de ping pong a dejà eu plusieurs vies mais elle fait le boulot. Le séjour a été très agréable. Merci beaucoup

Très belle semaine ! découverte de Noirmoutier en vélo, avec de belles plages tant à l’est qu’à l’ouest. À voir : les marais salants et bien sûr le passage du Gois. Goûter les crêpes au blé noir du marché, excellentes ! Et bien sûr ramener les pommes de terre de Noirmoutier !

Situation idéale . Proximité des commerces 10 min à pieds ou quelques minutes en vélo. Plages de Clère, de l’Anse Rouge, Des Dames accessible en moins de 10 min à vélo. Nous n’avons pas utilisé notre voiture de tout le séjour grâce aux deux vélos prêtés par Florence et Serge. Hôtes discrets et très bienveillants. Nous avons apprécié le logement confortable et fonctionnel doté d’un bel espace extérieur. Espace bien clos qui a permis à notre chienne d’apprécier tout autant que nous ce séjour. Une belle adresse à n’en pas douter !

très bien située , cette location permet de se rendre à pieds au centre ville en 10 mn tout en étant au calme grâce au grand jardin très agréable ; proche des arrêts du gratibus,,les plages sont également accessibles rapidement . nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture pendant notre séjour.

Merveilleuse petite maison , rien ne manque , propriétaire sympathique , ... Le seul bémol est qu'il faudrait des fauteuils confortables pour se detendre et regarder la TV ....c'est mon seul petit regret !
