I Tre Laghi está situado a aproximadamente 1,3 km del centro histórico de Città Sant'Angelo, en una zona tranquila frente a tres pequeños lagos. La casa principal se subdivide en dos apartamentos independientes. Sant'Agnese es un apartamento en planta baja y alberga a seis personas. Sala de estar, característica con techos abovedados, arcos que conducen al área de comedor / cocina, también con techos abovedados. Ambos acceden al gran porche. La cocina está totalmente equipada con mesa de comedor y seis sillas, cocina con cuatro quemadores, horno, microondas, nevera, lavavajillas, lavadora y todos los electrodomésticos. Hay tres dormitorios, dos baños, uno de ellos en suite con ducha. Separado de la casa hay una zona de barbacoa, totalmente equipada con mesa y sillas, barra de nevera, lavabo, chimenea y weber. Piscina de 8 x 4 metros con gran cenador de 6 x 4, todo cerrado. Plazas de aparcamiento en locales. La propiedad está rodeada por 3000 metros cuadrados de terreno que incluye olivos y varios árboles frutales, encerrados con puertas de control remoto. El alojamiento incluye utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas. Wifi. Meses de invierno: tarifas reducidas. Calefacción pagada al consumo. Magníficas vistas del campo y la montaña Majella. I Tre Laghi está a 9 km de Pescara North, la caseta de peaje de Città Sant’Angelo a lo largo de la A14 Bari. Autopista de Bolonia. La ciudad en sí ofrece todas las comodidades, tiendas, bares, restaurantes, farmacia, bancos, oficina de correos, teatro, mercados semanales. Diez minutos a Montesilvano y quince a las playas de Silvi Marina, aproximadamente una hora en coche de los cuatro parques de Abruzzo (Parque Nacional Gran Sasso y Monti della Laga, Parque Nacional Majella, Parque Nacional Molise y Parque Regional Sirente Velino. Una hora en coche de estaciones de esquí como Roccaraso, Passo Lanciano, Campo Felice o La Magnola. Esta área también es ideal para el ciclismo y la pesca. Lovely apartment

Happy stay after a tricky start with booking but owners always very available and polite in trying to sort booking issues. Apartment very well equipped and owner welcomed us with an amazing lasagna and panettone and wine, which was very thoughtful on the 26th December when everything was shut. Owners also extremely prompt in fixing problem with heating - key for a December stay - and were generally very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Takes a whole day to warm the apartment up but then it is nice and warm. Would suggest re-thinking lounge furniture as the one there looks great but is not very comfortable or conducive for "lounging" in. Also would suggest including heating and electricity as part of bill, as it gets confusing with the extras. Hope to stay again once the pool is built as will make a great addition to the property if visiting in summer time. Great stay and very nice people.

great location

Well equipped apartment with amazing terrasse (we enjoyed our daily breakfast in the morning sun with great views). Apartment and garden are very clean and the communication with Letizia and Piero was quite pleasent.

Wir haben sechs wunderbare Tage in diesem top gepflegten schönen Haus verbracht und täglich die herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse genossen. Sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die sich liebevoll um ihre großen und kleinen Gäste kümmern. Für alles ist gesorgt. Vielen Dank an Letizia und Piero! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage

Das Anwesen umfasst 2 Häuser mit insgesamt 3 Wohnungen. Wir hatten die Erdgeschosswohnung im 2-Parteien Haus. Die Einrichtung ist modern, die Bäder neu. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über einen Standventilator, welcher im Sommer auch nötig ist. Zur Wohnung gehört ein schöner Freisitz mit Grillmöglichkeit. Der Grill wurde länger nicht gereinigt/benutzt, deshalb bei Sauberkeit nur 4 Sterne. Im Haus ist alles sehr sauber. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist für 3 Parteien etwas klein. Nachdem wir aber tagsüber unterwegs waren und diesen nur abends nurzten, stellte das kein Problem dar. Letitia und Piero sind sehr freundlich und haben uns super Tipps für die unterschiedlichsten Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Alles in allem für uns eine sehr schöne Woche.

COULD NOT BE BETTER!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights in November. We could not possibly have had a more warm, welcoming stay! The home is perfectly situated just outside Pescara and Sant'Angelo, making daytime exploring easy. The roads are stunning, and the home is surrounded by olive trees, amazing landscaping, and beauty as far as the eye can see. The house was newly remodeled, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely kitchen, and a warm, home-like feel. We picked the PERFECT place! However, as other reviewers have commented, what really makes this home so ideal is the hospitality of the hosts. They greeted us at the home -- with warm foccaccia bread, Abruzzese pastry, and local wine. They were charming, funny, and kind, and gave us the welcome of someone truly inviting you into their home. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and other house-sharing sites, and never had I had a warmer welcome. We are returning next October and ,without question, will stay at this magnificent property. I thank you for opening this lovely home to us, and for treating us like family. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Abruzzo magical!

Abruzzo Gem

I Tre Laghi Sant' Agnese, which has been lovingly restored and renovated by its owners Piero and Letizia, is a true gem of Abruzzo. It is only a ten minute drive to the sea and an hour from the mountains providing a perfect home base to explore the sights that Abruzzo has to offer. The apartment is both stylish and beautifully appointed and has all the comforts of home. In addition, the outdoor space which includes herb garden, grape vines , fruit trees and covered barbecue area is absolutely beautiful. The photographs, inside and out, are an accurate reflection of what this property has to offer. What makes this property so special, however, and what sets it apart from other properties in the area are the owners Piero and Letizia who could not have been better hosts. They welcomed us with open arms and left us with a welcome pack which included food and a bottle of wine native to the area. In addition, they recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at to ensure that our visit was enjoyable and memorable. Grazia a voi e amici per sempre.

Wir haben uns zu fünft, 3 Wochen lang in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte uns an Nicht's. Letizia und Pierro waren jederzeit für uns da, gaben uns super Tipps für Ausflüge, damit wir die schöne Gegend erkunden konnten . Fantastic!!

I Tre Laghi Sant Agnese is the most wonderful place we have stayed in. Beautifully appointed accommodation stylish and you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. A lovely touch was the welcome pack including a bottle of wine from the region. The location is superb the views stunning close to the sea and the mountains. The jewel in the crown is the warm welcome we received from Piero & Letizia. Nothing was too much trouble, as we had brought our dog with us he required a vet check before returning to England not only did Letizia arrange this she came with me to help and translate. It is a very special place and we feel very privileged to have stayed there.

Fantastisch

Super mooie vakantie locatie. De eigenaren Piero en Letizia zijn zeer vriendelijk en hebben prachtig vakantiehuis. Werkelijk niets ontbreekt. Een aanrader voor iedereen die van rust en ruimte houdt. We zijn hier begin mei 2018 en alles is dan nog prachtig groen. Piero en Litizia bedankt.

I wish we were still there!

12 Sept. 2017 What a fantastic apartment! It's exactly as appears in the photos....beautifully decorated and so easy to maintain. Letizia and Piero are wonderful, warm and generous hosts who have thought of everything to make one's holiday a wonderful experience. We found coffee, tea, milk, juice, sugar, salt and pepper, a bottle of wine, some cake, herbs and fruits from the beautiful garden.....just to name a few! There's a lot more but the list would be too long! The barbecue area is great and we had fun preparing our meals there. When we felt like going out, we took our hosts advice and went to La Rusticana and La Mugnaia, the latter being our favourite and we went there several times. Loved the view from the patio of the majestic Maiella and the surrounding countryside. We have been staying at holiday villas/apartments for years and I must say that this was one of the best experiences we've had and it's all thanks to Piero and Letizia who do their utmost to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Our heartfelt thanks to you, Piero and Letizia, for a lovely vacation. Hope to see you again soon! Kathy & Franco

Une vue a vous coupez le souffle...

Superbe appartement,tres propre et décoré avec beaucoup de gout,un acceuil extraordinaire avec plein de petites attentions qu l'on ne trouve pas partout.le site est magique avec une terrace 5 étoiles .cuisine tres bien équipée et tout le confort d'un gite haute game...entre montagne et mer un site a faire revé..on se doit d'y retourner...

Relax

Abbiamo soggiornato in entrambe gli appartamenti. Per quanto riguarda la casa è perfetta oltre essere molto bella. Sia gli spazi interni studiati in ogni singolo dettaglio che gli spazi esterni. il terrazzo offre una vista magnifica, l esterno del piano terra offre la possibilità di magnifici barbecue. Ma tengo a ringraziare Pietro e sua moglie che sono persone squisite sempre disponibili e gentili. Grazie di cuore.

Phenomenal Italian Retreat.

This beautiful property really made our trip. Every single detail has been taken care of. We adored the outdoor kitchen and bbq. Inside was wonderful too, the decor is exquisite. Having our own kitchen made the Italian Markets a real treat. And an evening meal outside with a glass of wine looking over a wonderful view was the icing on the cake. The little herb garden and fruit trees around the house are such a lovely touch too. The apartment is just outside Citta Sant Angelo , a beautiful little town with everything you'd need in, we even found vegan croissants in one of the Cafes. We loved the property and the owners could not have been better hosts , they were friendly and so helpful. They even took us to areas of interest them selves. Nothing was any trouble for them and they made sure our stay was perfect. We really enjoyed a local little country restaraunt they recommended too , we ate there alot. I loved our stay and our family has already discussed our next trip there. Thank you for such a wonderful Holiday.

This home required major restoration and as Piero comes from a construction background, personally id major part of the restoration by himself. We realised the great potential this home had to offer and our aim is to share this with everyone.

We have concentrated on detail, both indoor and outdoor. The portico allows relaxation, the bbq area permits you to enjoy meals outdoors and evenings around the fireplace. This home offers tranquillity, great views and yet not isolated as you are within walking distance to the historical centre of the town.
