The two-storey 210 sq. m villa is tastefully decorated with minimum style and it can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 guests if necessary. Indoor layout
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room and kitchen. The seating area offers a cozy corner sofa, open fireplace, a satellite 55 smart TV with Netflix, Playstation 4 and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality fixtures and appliances and also features an adjacent indoor dining area for 8. The space is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows for added light and views to the olive trees, also providing access to the pool and garden area. Next to the kitchen, there is a storage room with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Additionally there are three bedrooms on this level all which have direct access to the outdoor area, individually controlled air conditioning and closet space.
Bedroom 1: Twin size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request.
Bedroom 2: Twin size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request.
A family bathroom with shower is also found next to these bedrooms.
Bedroom 3: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with shower, direct access to the herb garden with outdoor poofs.

First Floor
A staircase in the living room leads you up to the first floor where you will find the two remaining master bedrooms.
Bedroom 4: King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), in-bedroom washing basin, coffee machine, small fridge, open closet, safe and private balcony with seating area and sea view
Bedroom 5: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), en-suite bathroom with in-bedroom bathtub and wonderful sea views.
Furthermore, an abs bench, free weights and a multifunctional exercise machine are also available on the first floor, so you can stay in shape during your holiday, as well as an additional bathroom with shower.

Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- A private 50 sq. m. heated swimming pool. The pool can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily cost and it requires one weeks advance notice.The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower for your comfort.
- A variety of furnished spots (with bean bag chairs and sofas) for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa.
- Cosy outdoor lounge with a fire pit.
- Swing and slide for young children on the lawn.
- Gas barbecue and shaded outdoor dining area.
- Organic vegetable and herb gardens (the garden produce is at your disposal).

- The Villa is fully fenced and has a private gated entrance, as well as parking space for several cars.

OVERALL EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do we start, this Villa was beautiful. Perfect location to shops, restaurants and beach all in walking distance. We found that we didn’t leave the villa that much as it was so lovely. The owner is so accommodating, we had fresh pastries on arrival and departure, as well as a plate of home made fries whilst we were doing a bbq one evening. All rooms were lovely and spacious. Plenty of pool towels for outdoor so you don’t really need to bring your own. Restaurant we loved was The White Lady.. they have themed nights so go and see what’s on in there, we went to the Greek and Karaoke night which both adults and children loved. The cleaning was 10/10 who is a lovely lady. The staff at etouri are Excellent! We had a situation out there which the staff have helped throughout even after our departure from the villa. We can not thank them enough, especially Lliana and Dianne your continued support means the world to us, you have gone over and above, thankyou! All in all perfect and if you are staying at this Villa you will not be disappointed. Thankyou again.

stay at Villa Oceanna

The property is beautifully presented and has lovely outside area for relaxing and eating. Any issues and problems were promptly dealt with by the owner. i would point out that this property is not child friendly. whilst this did not affect us, it is worth noting for future guests. since there is a childrens' 'play area' . the modern 'open' staircase woud be a hazard, and the pool woud present some anxieties for families with young children.

Outstanding week in Crete

It is a beautiful and very large villa well situated for walking to the beach and local taverna's and shops. The pool was very welcome (even in April), and the other facilities e.g. Barbeque, sun beds, fire pit seating etc. were great! The manager (Pantelis) was brilliant in helping out with local recommendations and quickly resolving any issues, and the comunication was fast and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would happily spend more time there.

A wonderful house for a large group

Villa Oceanna is a spotless, very easy house to stay in, with a gorgeous garden and lovely pool. We were made very, very welcome with delicious home-made treats, fruit and wine, and our host was available for helping us with any little questions that arose during our stay. We were a family of adults, and the layout and number of bathrooms was perfect for us. The villa is set among olive trees, a little way back from the main road out of Rethimno, and it was very easy to explore by car. We stayed in mid October and were a little unlucky with the weather, but if we had been in sunnier times, I don't think we would have moved very far, it was such a nice villa to stay in. Thank you, Kostas, for your welcome, and a very happy week.

Holiday for two families with teenage girls

Overall, we had a great holiday at Villa Oceanna and both the Etouri Advisors and Pantelis (Site Manager) went over & above to ensure our stay was as best as it could be. The following points no way detracted from our enjoyment, however, I do feel they may have impacted our decision to book, and therefore will list for prospective new clients. Main Issue with description: Private escape getaway: This villa is not completely private. There is a floor above and to the side, with external staircase for the occupants. We could hear them on stairs at 7am & window was opened with view of pool. 300m from beach: Reality is a 8/10 minute walk as you cannot cross the main road. You walk alongside the road, go thru an underpass to get to the main restaurants/ beach etc. This was fine for our young teens in the daytime, however, at night, it was too dark to walk unaccompanied due to the dim lights and no pavements. Living Room: Playstation 3 listed, which was not available. Ensuite Shower in ground floor double: This bathroom is fully glass so whoever is sharing that room needs to be okay with having no privacy :-) Ground floor bathroom (twin showers): As the showers are on the back wall, the gap to walk into the showers in the middle means that all the water sprays straight out thru the gap. It is a wet room so drains away, it just makes the floor very wet to be able to get in and out of the showers. If young children using it, it may be an issue. Fully equipped kitchen: We were aiming to cook more within the villa, however, with only few saucepans and I think two oven trays made it difficult. There were plenty of plates and bowls, but no big plastic plates/cups to use around pool area (just small children plates). There were some individual items, (a few larger plastic cups) however not enough for 8 people. Master bedrooms on first floor: Master with balcony, the shower room is not inside the room, you have to come out onto the landing area to shower and use toilet. The other master, without the balcony, this has a toilet and wash basin, however it is very basic and not what I would describe as a master. There was a small table to put toiletries on, however, nowhere to hang a hand towel, or cupboard to put anything away. Decor was also very plain. To shower in your room, you had to sit in the bath and hold a handheld shower over you. Pool area & location of villa were excellent and therefore we would use Etouri again.

Lovely villa in quiet surroundings

Lovely spacious villa which was everything we had hoped it would be. Ideally located in a quiet area with not too far to walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach, it was the perfect villa to accommodate our family of 10. The villa owner was extremely friendly and always on hand for any queries we had and the communication from management team was excellent.

Unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft in toller Villa

Wir waren kürzlich mit einer Gruppe, bestehend aus 9 jungen Erwachsenen, in der Villa Oceanna und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Zeit sehr genossen. Bereits der Empfang mit einem Schnitzelbuffet und diversen Getränken brachte uns direkt in Urlaubsstimmung! Die Villa überzeugt durch eine sehr schöne Außenanlage und eine insgesamt sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Die Umgebung ist nicht allzu schön, allerdings sind Supermärkte sowie verschiedene Bars, Restaurants und ein Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Service durch Mr. Pantelis war sehr gut. Er war direkt bei Problemen zur Stelle und immer sehr engagiert. Ein bisschen negativ ist höchstens noch aufgefallen, dass die Unterkunft an vielen Stellen auf den zweiten Blick mehrere renovierungsbedürftige Stellen aufweist (gemessen an deutschen Baustandarts), die aber auch nicht weiter schlimm sind. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Fantastic holiday villa in a great location

We were a family of 10 with teens and young adults and this villa and location had everything we needed without the need of a car. The local supermarkets, bars and beach are just a stones throw away within easy walking distance. The villa owner and management company were 5 star with them on hand whenever we needed to advise and deal with any issues, but fair to say we didn’t have any as everything was taken care of and the villa was in great condition. We had a fantastic stay with no complaints what so ever.

Immer wieder

Bis auf wenige Punkte (Bäder im oberen Stockwerk nicht optimal und erneuerungsbedürftig; etwas wenig Stauraum in den Schlaf- und Badezimmern; fehlende Handtuchhalter) ist es eine Villa , die ruhig und mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Infrastruktur sowie das Meer liegt. Der Pool- sowie der Gartenbereich sind super. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur und die Vermieter hervorragend! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Villa gerne weiter.

Lovely villa in great location

Enjoyed a lovely holiday in this great villa. Owner is very accommodating and responded to all our requests, even brought his own toaster in for us to use! Beautiful outside areas and the pool and villa were both kept lovely and clean. In a great location, only about a 5 minute walk from some nice restaurants, the beach and various bars.

A great place with swimming pool near the beach.

We were 12 people who lived in the villa and everyone was very pleased. A beautiful house with nice patio and swimming pool, not far from the beach. The owners were very nice and helpful. Good cleaning. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor while on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms on the second floor may need refurbishment. Otherwise, the house had a high standard. The house fits best for 10 people, but no problem to be more if the kids can sleep in a travel cot or mattress on the floor. The outdoor area has many sun loungers and 2 sitting areas. Some days we chose to spend all day around the beautiful pool. The only thing we missed was an outside shower. We walked down to the beach in 5-7 minutes (after learning the shortcuts) and there are plenty of restaurants right nearby. I can definitely recommend this place to others. Finally, I would like to thank Kostas from the Homeaway for outstanding help both before and during the trip. A 5 star service. He helps you with absolutely everything.

We had a great time. The Villa was as described .

Very helpful owners. The villa had everything we needed. A brilliant pool. Lots of space for the 7 of us. We enjoyed using the BBQ.. Really enjoyed the food that Fanny brought over to us. Would definitely recommend this villa. The owner was brilliant at recommending a fabulous restaurant when we went out for a birthday dinner.

Absolutely beautiful, clean and we didn't want to leave.

We have just returned from villa oceanna, we stayed there for a week in may, 5 adults and 4 children 16,11,9 and 7 and we absolutely loved it. We had the best customer service from Kostas and Sophia from the very beginning who were quick to answer all of my queries and help with transfers. Sophia was excellent throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed. When we got to the villa it was late and we arrived to some lovely traditional Greek homemade cake and snacks made by the owners lovely mother, they had even bought us some basic groceries for which pantelis the owner wouldn't let us pay for :) Pantelis was great, nothing was too much trouble for him, he was super helpful. The villa itself is stunning, it's clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The location is also great, it's a 5 minute walk to the local restaurants shops and bars and also a 5 minute walk to the beach. We got the bus into Rethymnon town which was a couple of Euro each with buses running regularly, we also hired a car and dropped some of the guys at the water park (water city) which was an hours drive then we drove on to elounda which was a further hour and took the boat from plaka to spinalonga the former leper colony which was a fantastic day out. The drive itself was amazing - full of beautiful scenery. Everyone in Crete was really friendly and made us feel welcome, we would love to return one day. We had a superb holiday. :-) **The only reason I gave a 4 and it's the only criticism I would have would be that some of the things in the pictures were not at the villa, some of the large comfy garden seating (we only had 1), the rocking chair and exercise bike were not there and the outdoor cinema was not available which the kids were disappointed about. **

Great 5 bed villa in Adelianos Kampos

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 day holiday at the new Villa Oceanna. We were a group of 10: 2 families of 3 and 1 family of 4. There were loads of great things about this holiday, here are a few of them: The owners went out of their way to make the villa hospitable and safe for 4 children under 3 (they provided 3 cots, 1 bed guard rail, 2 high chairs and a stairgate) The owners provided a lovely welcome pack and Pantelis responded very quickly when we texted him with questions/issues Kostas and the team at etouri were also contactable during our stay, and arranged for us to spend a brilliant day at the local Baja Beach Club, Rethymno It is a beautiful villa with a lovely outside area and garden, perfect for children Lovely bedrooms all with air con (and one with a bath big enough to fit 4 kids!!) Well stocked kitchen with lots of appliances and local herbs BBQ and seating area outside both absolutely lovely The food cooked by Maria for our evening in was delicious Villa cleaned and made immaculate every 3 days 5-10 minute walk to the sea and shops/restaurants along a quiet track Lots of local restaurants have play areas for kids Regular bus every half an hour to Rethymno which is a lovely port town with a beach and loads of shops and restaurants. It's €1.30 each way and you can take your buggy if you collapse it (buy tickets at the shop next to the bus stop) We would definitely recommend this villa either to families or large groups, we had a great holiday.

amazing!!!

the house is very spacious , comfortable and above all clean . The house is definitely ideal for families with children . Home owners are true guardian angels , to our arrival we were made to find a special cake and greek food. They were available to our every request . amazing holiday!!!!
