Villa Oceanna is a holiday villa, located 500 meters from the beach and is walking distance to restaurants and amenities. The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for families with children, couples or a group of friends. The two-storey 210 sq. m villa is tastefully decorated with minimum style and it can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 guests if necessary. Designed and furnished with high quality throughout with a lovely garden of trees and herbs, the villa offers harmonious environment with modern amenities. Indoor layout
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room and kitchen. The seating area offers a cozy corner sofa, open fireplace, a satellite 55 smart TV with Netflix, Playstation 4 and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality fixtures and appliances and also features an adjacent indoor dining area for 8. The space is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows for added light and views to the olive trees, also providing access to the pool and garden area. Next to the kitchen, there is a storage room with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Additionally there are three bedrooms on this level all which have direct access to the outdoor area, individually controlled air conditioning and closet space.
Bedroom 1: Twin size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request.
Bedroom 2: Twin size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00) upon request.
A family bathroom with shower is also found next to these bedrooms.
Bedroom 3: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with shower, direct access to the herb garden with outdoor poofs.
First Floor
A staircase in the living room leads you up to the first floor where you will find the two remaining master bedrooms.
Bedroom 4: King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), in-bedroom washing basin, coffee machine, small fridge, open closet, safe and private balcony with seating area and sea view
Bedroom 5: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), en-suite bathroom with in-bedroom bathtub and wonderful sea views.
Furthermore, an abs bench, free weights and a multifunctional exercise machine are also available on the first floor, so you can stay in shape during your holiday, as well as an additional bathroom with shower.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- A private 50 sq. m. heated swimming pool. The pool can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily cost and it requires one weeks advance notice.The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower for your comfort.
- A variety of furnished spots (with bean bag chairs and sofas) for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa.
- Cosy outdoor lounge with a fire pit.
- Swing and slide for young children on the lawn.
