Precioso apartamento turístico situado en pleno centro de Pamplona en la calle Santo Domingo, con una vista perfecta para ver los encierros en las fiestas de San Fermín y el ambiente previo a la carrera o visitar la ciudad en cualquier época del año.

El alojamiento

El apartamento se ha reformado totalmente manteniendo todo su encanto original. Tiene una capacidad de 4 personas con la posibilidad de dos camas supletorias para 2 personas más.

Consta de un gran salón cocina comedor muy acogedor, con un balcón a la calle Santo Domingo y un sofá con cama grande para 2 personas. Cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, horno, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, tostadora, exprimidor de zumo, batidora, menaje de cocina...

El dormitorio principal es muy amplio y tiene un balcón a la calle Santo Domingo. Cuenta con dos camas de 90 y la posibilidad de añadir otras dos camas supletorias. El otro dormitorio posee un encanto especial y cama de matrimonio de 150.

Amplio y moderno baño con una ducha del agrado de todo visitante.

El apartamento se encuentra en la cuarta planta de un bonito y antiguo edificio que data del año 1800.

A 50 m. de la plaza del ayuntamiento y a 300 m. de la plaza del Castillo. Junto al mercado del casco antiguo, ideal para visitar la ciudad y disfrutar de su ambiente a la vez de poder descansar por su tranquilidad a la noche.

Inez and Samuels aprtment it terrific! Samuels met us there when we arrived and helped us with our luggage and gave us great recommendations for Pamplona so many great cafes and restaurants The location is perfect ! Close to everything The apartment was super clean and cozy with a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook a meal The parking for our car was a short 5 min walk and very easy to navigate The apartment is on the 4th floor which was not an issue for us but if you have mobility issues it may be a challenge Highly recommend staying here !

So cute! We loved our stay at Bed and Bulls in Pamplona! The location is great for walking around the city and close to many historic landmarks and museums. The parents bedroom was in the back, so very quiet. We liked having a washer and dryer.

I can’t say enough good things about the host. They were attentive, kind, and most of all very helpful with securing us a parking space and tickets to the bull fight which are very hard to get. The space was perfect for the festival. Although right in the middle of festivities the apartment has real soundproof windows and doors with black out curtains that made the sleep perfect. Never ran out of hot water even though we were 6 grown men.Best host I’ve had on this platform Thanks again

We had a great few days in Pamplona. We were received by Samuel who was very friendly and showed us around. He also gave us some good tips what to visit in Pamplona and the region of Navarra. The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable and in a great location in the old town. We ran with the Bulls!

This property was simply amazing! Ines and Samuel communicated from the very beginning and were so helpful for us in our stay. They answered all of our questions and even offered to help us with tickets. Pamplona was packed! It was so nice having an apartment close by so we could take a break in the middle of the day to relax. There is a grocery store right across the stress where we purchased snacks and breakfast items. We had a group of 5 adults and had plenty of space to spread out. The apartment is within the first 200 meters of the start of the Bull run. You can watch the runners say their prayer to San Fermin before each run, watch the Bulls run by, then go inside and watch the end of the run on the TV. Visiting Pamplona any time would be wonderful, but going during the Festival of San Fermin is a bucket list must. Staying at Samuel and Ines' apartment is the best way to visit Pamplona! You will be happy you did!

Se puede pensar que estar al inicio del recorrido del encierro no sea una buena ubicación, pero para un turista lo es pues estas convenientemente cerca del centro del casco viejo y a 5 minutos d un gran estacionamiento en la parte baja, pasando un puente de ensueño; me olvidaba, a pasos queda un supermarket

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Located in the heart of Old Town made it very easy to get around town and everything was within walking distance. Wonderful apartment & location!

We stayed at Ines & Samuel’s place for 10 days and it was the perfect location and apartment for our family of five (54,54,26,23,20yo’s) We were visiting our exchange student and her family for the first time and it was the perfect base for them to show us their city! It was blazing hot in the city but I & S thoughtfully provided us fans and to be quite honest the apartment cooled down so nicely each night and the heat was not a problem at all. As others have warned of, it is really up five floors of stairs so if mobility is a concern, this is not the place for you. That being said, we did not find it a problem at all. The place was super clean, we hung our towels out each day, the washer & dryer were key as we had only brought carryons with clothes for half our trip. Our boys loved staying together in the twin beds room. The atmosphere of the city was indescribable and our trip was amazing! Thank you SO much for hosting us!

Unbelievable apartment for San Fermin

This place was amazing! Very clean and just as described. It overlooks the very beginning of the route where the bulls run for San Fermin fest and was a PERFECT view with two separate balconies- enough for all 4 of us to comfortably view. The host was incredibly kind and even offered to pick us up and drop us off from the train station nearby. The blackout shutters were perfect for sleeping in. The only downside was the place did get a little warm during the day however we came during a heat wave in July so maybe it would be better otherwise? There was a swivel fan for the living room to help with the heat but the bedrooms got kind of warm. Other than this this place was worth every penny

Wonderful experience

Ines and Samuel were the perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, helpful beyond all expectations, and went out of their way to make our stay in Pamplona memorable. The apartment is right on the main Running of the Bulls route and we had excellent views from the 2 balconies. The apartment is spacious for 4 people, the beds are comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is outfitted wonderfully with everything you could need to cook or snack. The entire apartment is updated, pristine clean, and extremely functional. I would love to return: we had a fabulous time and would not hesitate to recommend this property and these owners in the highest terms. Thank you for everything, Samuel and Ines.

Balcon del Encierro is perfectly located in old town Pamplona. It is a great location for walks, museums, eating, shopping and just enjoying the city. The Museum of Navarra is very impressive, in particular. The apartment is beautiful; tastefully decorated and designed for comfort. Ines and Samuel greeted us, helped with getting settled-and were gracious in welcoming us. Be ready for stairs! Howver, even the staircases were beautiful. In Pamplona there really is something for everyone. We hope to return to Balcon del Encierro. Thank you Ines y Samuel!

Charming, immaculate newly restored apartment in the Old Town

Immaculate, top quality appliances, kitchen items, bath fixtures, outlets and lighting galore.You are provided with everything you can imagine...ironing board, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, brand new pots, pans, dishes, silverware...even a first aud kit.The beds are very comfortable.Everything is perfect.The location us in tge Old City with access to free parking.Yes...it IS a hike up that staircase.But the climb is worth it. Close to many restaurants and with a balcony overlooking the running of the bulls.Samuel is great and will meet you and explain everything.His command of English is excellent.You will want to move in!The best of both historic charm and modern convenience.

Perfect location, nice and family friendly!

We went to Pamplona in the beginning of January and stayed until the beginning of March. I went there for work, and our son went to the British School of Navarra during the days, while my husband worked from home in the apartment. We had a fantastic stay! The excellent hosts Ines and Samuel, welcomed us and helped us with all our inquiries. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a very modern heating system, super modern bathroom and a great kitchen which really fulfilled all of our expectations. A big plus is that the wi-fi is excellent. On the down side, there is no elevator and if there is noise on the street, you will hear it. The picturesque building has an old charm, and Ines and Samuel have done a beautiful job in renovating the apartment so that it has a very modern feel inside. Our stay in Pamplona was off season as it was during the winter months. Therefore, staying in the heart of the old town was ideal for us. The old town is exceptionally beautiful and the calm Spanish life is nice to somewhat be a part of. I have heard however that the old town can be very busy other times of the year, but during our stay it was calm, safe and very family friendly. After a few days we were recognized by the locals and it was always a fun social adventure to go shopping for groceries, meat or bread. Everything you need are within a few steps from the apartment. About five minutes from the apartment you can find all Pamplona buses, and locals do take the bus when going somewhere. Also a few minutes from the apartment it is possible to find free parking. We truly recommend a stay in this apartment, and would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Pamplona!

Très bel appartement refait à neuf

Nous avons été formidablement reçu par Samuel et Inès et l'appartement était vraiment top: très bien équipé (dont notamment lave-linge/Sèche linge) et refait à neuf cet année avec beaucoup de goût (des lumières partout...). Samuel avait récupéré des brochures en Français spécialement pour nous: très pratique pour découvrir la ville et les environs. Bel emplacement dans le centre historique (piétonnier) de Pampelonne: on pouvait découvrir la ville à pied depuis la location. Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement pour une famille de 4 personnes (c'était notre cas). Petit point à connaître: l'appartement se trouve au 4ème étage et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Çà ne nous a pas gênés mais c'est à savoir quand on remonte avec les courses.... Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre court séjour (de 4 jours) à Pampelonne.
