FILICUDI AEOLIAN HOUSE IN MANOR AEOLIAN

The villa is situated in a scenic and secluded location in the woods and is divided into two buildings separated independently usable by different nuclei: A'Scalunata and headband. It enjoys a splendid view to the sea, the sunset and the North coast of Sicily. Nearby, about 100 meters, there is a car park. The sea and the commercial points are reachable by car, scooter or on foot in about 15 minutes. The ancient stone structure with thick walls and high ceilings provide maximum freshness and internal ventilation. Allowing the location of the aggregates of dense districts houses, also it offers the ultimate silence and privacy.
The headband is fully autonomous with regard to access and services and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and two terraces. The minimum unit that can be made available consists of 1 bedroom, kitchen and bathroom; the second and the third chamber with its bathroom are made available when guests are more than two and up to a maximum of six. The panoramic and independent terraces have views of Sicily and overlooking a colorful flower garden.
Nearby it has a large gazebo / private solarium on which a large barbecue is available.
