Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful two weeks staying at this property. It was perfect for the five of us, very clean and comfortable. Juanita was the perfect host and quickly responded to any questions we had. We joined her for the Island Wrap Around Tour the day after we arrived and it was very informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend it. Really gave us a feel for the whole island. I hope to return to Bermuda in the future and will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Juanita for all your help in making this a memorable trip for myself and my family

Definitely a Bermudaful experience Great place to stay convenience and quiet

Juanita is an awesome host. It was out first time using vrbro and I was so nervous but Juanita was so helpful and reassuring. Her place is quiet and cozy. She is very accommodating. Answers all question and totally helps you out on how it will be best to get around the island I'd your not renting a scooter. Our weeks vacation there was absolutely the best . We definitely will be returning!!!! Highly recommend riddles bay Manor definitely a Bermudaful stay. Can't wait to come back thanks for the Bermudaful experience the Lynam family

Comfortable and Convenient

The apartment is just as represented in the photos. Very clean and great location for walking to the grocery, Island Cusine Restaurant, and the bus stop. Communication with Juanita was good, and we were met at the door when we arrived from the airport. The rooster on the property across the street crows very early and might be a problem for a light sleeper, but did not bother us as we are early risers. We ate at the Island Cusine twice, casual, good food and good selection. Would definitely book this apartment again if I am lucky enough to return to Bermuda.

A wonderful Christmas Stay

This was our 1st time spending Christmas away from home for my family and I. Also our first time using Homeaway. We had such a good time and couldn't ask for a better rental. Especially, the rental owner Juanita was gracious, fabulous and hospitalable. The place was described accurately. The property was well kept and clean. We couldn't ask for better customer service. Our stay did not feel like a transaction, it felt like we were visiting family. With Juanita being a tour guide on the island, we were also able to experience her vast knowledge of her beautiful island. She also engaged our preteen girls while on the tour? On our final evening on the island we enjoyed a nice evening of dancing and dinner at St. Catherine's, along with Juanita. Thank you again Juanita for making our 1st Christmas away from home a memorable one. I strongly recommend Juanita's property you will definitely enjoy your stay as we did.

Quite, Clean, Comfortable, Easily accessible to Bus and Grocery

The house is in Riddles bay, Warick area with less than 5 minute walk to two bus and two grocery store. The horse shoe bay beach is a 20 minute walk with showers and changing areas. Warwick is about a 15 minute walk. The house is in a quite neighborhood, clean, big, comfortable, well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils and tons of brochure, information about the island. We stayed as a family of four for 9 nights and absolutely loved it. Each day we took bus(rest from driving your own cars in crazy traffic) & went to different places - Hamilton, St.George, Tobacco bay, Somerset and dockyard. Jaunita is an awesome host, she let us check in luggage earlier, provided the complete tour in her van of the areas around the house - beach, restaurant, shops, walking area etc to get our bearings in the new place. She responded quickly to messages/emails before, during and after her stay. We also booked for her to drop us back in the airport. Lovely experience and relaxing stay. Thank you Ms.Juanita!!

Excellent Location, Outstanding Host!

It was a really wonderful, relaxing few days that we spent at Riddel Bay Manor this past December and couldn’t recommend it more! We are so grateful to our terrific host, Juanita who went out of her way to make our trip memorable.We chose this apartment for its excellent location. The gorgeous Horseshoe Beach, Warwick Long Bay Beach, Jobson’s Cove and Gibb’s Lighthouse are all a 20-minute walk or a short bus/moped ride away. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and a short walk away from grocery stores, restaurants and the bus-stop. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of pots and pans which was great for our family of six. And Juanita’s thoughtful touches definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Juanita, special shout-out for the excellent Christmas Farine and Ambrosia, the wonderful tour of St. George Parish and introducing us to the Cricketing Stars of Bermuda! That really made our trip! You didn’t really have to, but you did and it was much appreciated. Thank you! Bermuda – What an incredible place and culture! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It is definitely now on our list of countries to return to and we whole-heartedly recommend Riddel Bay Manor!

A wonderful place to stay in Bermuda!

Having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms at a very reasonable price for Bermuda was a real treat for the five of us. The apartment was also super clean and a great location near Bermuda's best beaches, a great little local restaurant (Island Cuisine), grocery store, and fabulous ice cream store. The owner, Junita Jones, was very nice/helpful and even gave us five bus passes to get to Hamilton on a Saturday to get more bus tickets at the main bus terminal and a quick van tour of the local beaches.

We had a fabulous stay!

4 friends and I stayed here and had a ball! Juanita was very helpful and accommodating. We were close to a grocery store and the famous Horseshoe Beach. Our accommodations were quite comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!

For the most expensive venue on the planet; this is the place to see it all from. Short walk to the bus line and convenience shopping (grocery and restaurant) Thanks for great weather and easy pick-up and drop to airport. Although modest, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

A wonderful family vacation in Bermuda

Juanita’s place is a lovely home near the most beautiful beaches and sea coves in Bermuda (10-15 min walk through Warwick’s little streets), and conveniently located to the bus stops and the grocery store, as a well as the local restaurant and the ice-cream shop. My family loved staying here and it was wonderfully set up for a family with tons of room to enjoy. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms set up made it very comfortable and convenient for us. Juanita was a gracious host arranging our transportation from and to airport, stopping at the grocery store, helping us with some bus passes, and checking in to make sure everything was great or if we needed anything. Juanita is a great communicator and will answer any questions you have promptly.

Best hostess ever!

Not only is Juanita's home well equipped and comfortable, she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. When we got to the island 4 hours late on a Saturday afternoon, she took us to the bus station before it closed to get our bus passes. Otherwise, we would have had to take cabs Sunday and Monday . Her Island tour (extra fee) was very comprehensive and informative. The house is situated mid island so is equidistant to both ends. It is very close to Horseshoe Bay Beach arguably one of the most beautiful anywhere. You can't go wrong with this property.

Convenient location

This place is conveniently located to the bus stop and grocery stores. The apartment was a clean and great size for our party of 6. Juanita was friendly and very helpful. Quiet location, no street noise. We enjoyed our stay at this place and would stay here again.

A little bit of paradise

We had a wonderful time at Riddell's Bay Manor. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed. It was in a perfect location for us with shops, bus stops nearby . Juanita, the owner, is an angel with 2 halo's!! . She showed us around and gave us some bus tickets to get us started. Comfortable and accessible

Juanita was a friendly host, and the apartment was well stocked, spacious and accessible to beautiful beaches, with about a 25 minute, hilly walk that allows you to view local living in Bermuda. The location is in the middle of the island, which allows you to easily access all that Bermuda has to offer. Only one restaurant, which was decent, that was a short walk away, plus some resort restaurants closer to the beach.

A comfortable house in the middle of Bermuda

We had a great time in Bermuda! We stayed in the house for 2 weeks, it is situated very central on the Island, so in the middle of everything. Juanita is a busy and very hospitable propery manager. We booked a tour around the Island with her agency, a highly recomended tour! Thank you Juanita for a great holiday!

Disappointed

The best thing I can say about this place is that The property was in a good location. The owner advertised on the site that she would be able to arrange transportation however when requested I was told that she was unable to do so. When we arrived at the apartment, the place appeared clean but during my stay I saw several cockroaches which I am not accustomed to seeing and considering there was two cans of bug spray in the cabinet I'm sure this has been an ongoing problem . Halfway through the week the Wi-Fi went out and when I notified the owner she said that she was looking into it but it never came back on. Previous reviews spoke of how welcoming this owner was and how she went out of her way to share information about the island and places to go visit but that was not our experience. My biggest disappointment was receiving a message after I returned home accusing me of damaging a closet door which was already in that condition when I arrived and that my security deposit was being with held because of soiled linens. One would expect on a beach location that Linens would get soiled with sunblock oil and a rental property owner should expect to have to periodically replace stained and soiled linens and towels. Beware if you want your security deposit money back, bring your own towels and linens. Considering that my family took the time to clean up and make sure that we left the place looking exactly as it was when we arrived i am really pissed off!

Lovely Home away from Home

When we arrived, Mrs. Jones greeted us with a smile! The two bedroom, two bath room was perfectly located. Close to a grocery store and other accommodations. Although it was not my first travel to the lovely island of Bermuda and I was not in need of any transportation - the stay is highly recommended!! Very spacious and I look forward to renting again from Juanita soon!

Great Stay

The home was spacious, clean and tranquil. I stayed there with my husband, uncle, 3 year old, 8 year old and 19 year old. It was a short walking distance from a supermarket Juanita was very helpful and prompt with responses to any query. I would definitely stay there again.
