Manque la climatisation

Studio très fonctionnel et très bien aménagé . Situation idéale 5 min de la mer et des commerces à pieds. J'ai 2 enfants c'est parfait. Vue sur le chenal. Par contreil manque une climatisation car il est plein sud et les nuits sonores chaudes.. Un lave linge serait l'idéale !

L'emplacement est merveilleux coté canal, à coté des commerces et 100 m de la plage A noter : l'appartement étant assez petit il est idéal pour 1 couple L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux

Super séjour

On a passé un super séjour avec un propriétaire très gentil et agréable avec un accueil chaleureux dans ce studios très spacieux et pratique . Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec la plage sud a seulement 2 min à pied l’emplacement est très pratique avec pas mal de chose à faire dans les environs. Je conseil fortement l’appartement avec un balcon qui donne la vue sur la canal c’était très agréable. Merci encore à monsieur Luc Fugier

Emplacement idéal

Calme et très bien exposé, vue paisible sur le chenal. Accès plage au bout du parking, supérette au bout de la rue, on pose la voiture tout le séjour. Nombreuses pistes cyclables. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant.

Super séjour à Grau du Roi. Quartier calme, proche de toutes commodités (plage, restos, supérette à proximité). Appart agréable, fonctionnel, avec très belle vue sur le canal. Propriétaire sympa. On recommande !

Rien à dire c'était OK

Belle copro rien à dire, c'était très propre, à retenir, plage à deux, et la cerise sur le gâteau, pas de moustiques. A RETENIR
