Bien placé mais vétuste

Logement bien placé mais vétuste. Ancien garage aménagé. Il suffirait de peu de choses pour améliorer: enlever les choses inutiles car beaucoup de rangements dans la cuisine avec des choses récupérées qui ne servent à rien et qui prennent la poussière; mettre un beau cadre en bois dans la salle de bain au lieu d'un plastique rouge...gros tri à faire.Sinon très bien placé et spacieux.

La casa è molto carina e funzionale, all'interno della pineta, fresca ed accogliente. Bonus per il posto all'aperto dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Super bonus per la proprietaria Giuliana, simpatica, discreta e disponibile. Consigliatissima!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche am Meer verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr günstig, der Weg zum Strand ist nur kurz. Im kleinen Ort findet man alles, was man braucht. In der kleinen Wohnung ist alles Nöitige vorhanden. Sie liegt im Keller und bleibt auch im Sommer kühl. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

la casa corrisponde a come è stata descritta. Siamo stati bene. La signora Giuliana è una persona squisita, molto disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Purtroppo siamo capitati nel periodo credo più caldo di questa estate e quindi non abbiamo potuto sfruttare al meglio lo spazio esterno. ma questo naturalmente non dipende da nessuno. Nel complesso esperienza positiva.

Sentirsi a casa

Abbiamo trascorso in questa casa una settimana molto piacevole e rilassante, sia per lo spazio a disposizione sia per la sua posizione, comoda per raggiungere il mare e qualsiasi luogo di interesse. Consigliatissimo per chi come noi ha bambini piccoli. Giuliana è una signora cordiale e premurosa, una presenza discreta ma sempre disponibile per dare consigli ai suoi ospiti. Una bella scoperta che speriamo di ripetere l'anno prossimo.

Schöner Aufenthalt direkt in Strandnähe

Das kleine Apartment in Marina di Grosseto hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt einen großzügigen Außenbereich, einen privaten Parkplatz und eine Küche mit allem Zubehör. Die Decke im Bad ist sehr niedrig, aber für Leute unter 1,80 super. Der Wasserdruck lässt zu wünschen übrig, das hat uns jedoch nichts ausgemacht. Giuliana und ihr Mann sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und waren immer erreichbar. Top. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Bellissima vacanza

Che dire, ci siamo trovati benissimo, nell'alloggio se trova tutto quello che serve. Vicino al mare 2 passi a piedi e al centro, ma anche tranquillo senza troppo traffico e rumore. La possibilità di utilizzare il giardino e di mangiare all'aperto al fresco è stato sicuramente il valore aggiunto. Che dire poi della signora Giuliana e del suo carissimo marito, persone ospitali, pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza e molto discreti. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione. Grazie ancora di tutto. Sowohl Lage des Objekts als auch Gastgeberin sind wunderbar. Allerdings: Wohnung ist im Souterrain - besser gesagt im Keller. Das sollte man in der Beschreibung schon angeben. Dementsprechend Modergeruch- Bin nicht empfindlich, m.E aber für Kinder weniger geeignet Stehhöhe max 2 m - im Bad noch weniger. Bin selber gut 1,90m. Dementsprechend war ich immer am Kopf einziehen.
